I called and letf a message to check and to see if I could get my rescue cat in for grooming they never returned my call not even to say they weren't interested . That's big turn off me I'll check some place else . Well I figured I would try again and that was a waste of my time I sent a message a week ago and still no reply. I called a place in Erie and they got back to me next day. I always try support local but I'm not going to waste my time

Emily is always so kind and takes real good care of my dog. He's very nerves to have his nails clipped and she is awesome with him. I also have him kenneled there when on vaca and its nice to have someone I can trust to take good care of him.

Walked all the way their and it's about 35-40 minute on a warm day their and then find out they are closed and didn't call me the morning or anything to tell Me what's going on

Today I saw a dog run out into the busy intersection and almost get hit by car. I went outside and fed ex driver had stopped to ask if it was my dog I said I think it escaped from dog grooming business and told them to notify. He told the husband and wife we all look for dog I went back and said it’s not in yard and thought it ran off going in direction of Waterford. She got in her vehicle and he got in his and they went to go after the loose dog. My heart dropped when I saw the dog almost get hit by car.
