I have been in this store many times and bought many things here and there...We had an issue with a product purchased elsewhere, the warranty company was giving us the run around for weeks and I walked into Ace and talked to Steve, he took care of my issue on the spot. He definitely didn't have to do that, but I appreciate it greatly. Can't beat the small town, customer service. I can't thank you enough. You've earned a customer for life. Thanks again.

Old school style hardware store with just about everything you might need for a job. I have recently purchased in store and also ordered online and picked up at the store. Staff has been friendly and helpful each visit. The store pick up order was filled fast and waiting for me at the checkout counter. Store is clean and easy to find things in. Glad I found this location.

This store has always been a great go to for specialty items. Big box stores can't hold a candle to it. The selection of hardware at this place was impressive. We have traveled all over the area looking for a specific machined screw etc. Plus the prices, hard to beat. Thank you!

I had been searching all over for a screen door that was only available through Ace Hardware, but unavailable to order online. I called about 3 Ace Hardware stores in my area looking for someone who was willing to order this door to the shop for me, and was told no by each store, saying they couldn't help me. This store in Union City was the only one who didn't give me any grief and was happy to help me order the product I needed. They had that door available to me within 2 weeks of calling and I am extremely grateful. The door was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful and efficient. Thank you for your help!

The owners and management has really done a great job with this store. The previous owners didn't even try, this group has gone above and beyond what I would have hoped for, in a small town hardware store. I try to take my business there as much as I can now.

Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. I got just the right shade of paint to match what I had. They mixed it up in no time and even helped me select the most affordable base for my needs. They have also proved themselves very helpful for other small projects! It is a cute little hardware store!

I often go here to shop for bolts and other items but I just went there and the bigger gentlemen there has such a poor attitude and does not like to help when I needed the help...I will not go back here again I will find another place to get my items I need.....

I try to support local business,but just purchased a guart of paint at my local ace. Price was over 19.00 that makes a gallon of their paint almost 80.00!!! Do they think it’s gold. I know it was probably good quality,but I can and will go to Walmart for 21.00 a gallon next time. Just lost another local shopper.
