This place might be okay if you know what to order but I had the fried chicken dinner and it was absolutely disgusting! Another woman ordered the same thing and said it was terrible. I didn’t eat much at all because it tasted like cheap Banquet chicken out of a box. Yuck! When we checked out, the waitress even admitted that she knew it was bad and she SHOULD HAVE spoken up and said something when I ordered. I expect more from a small town diner so they lost a couple customers forever. Our meals were about $20 each including the iced tea and lemonade and she gave us a whole $3 discount. What a joke. I personally wouldn’t have tipped her at all but my date is too nice. My meal should’ve been free or AT LEAST half price because she knew, in advance, that it was bad.

This place is a constant go to! Everytime we have gone here we have been served by the most friendly servers! This last time we called ahead, because we were running a little bit late. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing. They said, please come! They cheerfully served us a delicious diner fare dinner. Prices were reasonable. Just keep in mind, this is not fine dining. This is a local diner. Most everyone here has the same open friendliness which you find all over Potter County. I have been here when everyone knew everyone and a fun conversation bounced back and forth between multiple tables and the staff. It feels like you have been invited home to eat, but you don't have to help cook or wash the dishes!

Great place ramp out front for ease of access. The owners are very nice. The food was great, I tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and I never had a bad meal, and neither did my 3 travel mates. Would recommend place is small with limited staff but worth it for the food. All in all, for a small town, 10 out of 10 will go again!!

This place was always at the top of my places to go. Will never happen again. Wednesday night we arrived at 7pm. Only 1 other couple in the place. It took 40 minutes for our order to arrive. Meantime the staff was breaking down salad bar, closing at 8. 7:50, waitress comes and asks if we might pay bill so she could close cash register. Said she had a long day and wanted to leave. We clearly had food on plates, wanted to know if we were done, wanted our dishes. So we kindly put rest of foodin Styrofoam dishes, gave a 20% tip. At 8:05, owner came , waving arms and said it's time to leave, he had to see grandchildren. I told my friend , he's kicking us out. Owner said, no, he just wanted to see grandchildren, he's been here all day, and it's time to leave. So, we left building only to find the outside lights were off, we couldn't see to walk safely down the steps!! Lucky for him we didn't fall and Sue him. I am 70 years old, no way to be treated.

My girlfriend and I are from long Island. It's a real treat to go in a resturaunt and see a staff that recognizes their customers. We don't get that here. It gives you a sense they actually care about making a good impression.The food was good and we left with maybe a $16 check for two of us.

Always great food here at the Corner Cafe!!!! The Tuna melt was different in a good way! My husband enjoyed the Mushroom and Swiss Burger!!! We usually hit the place on Saturday mornings when we drop our garbage at the dump. We went to Westfield to shop at Tops, and stopped to grab a bite.

The only place to go for Friday Night fish fry. I usually get the Lemon Pepper and wife get the beer batter dipped. Usually packed so we have to wait for a table. Highly recommended.

I like this little cafe. The food was good. My daughter and son, who absolutely love a certain sandwich and not the frozen kind, were able to get it. And they loved it. My daughter explained this is my favorite restaurant.
