I messaged David on Sunday evening asking for help with my mother's house. She's been sick for months and was admited into the hospital last week. Her little dog has had several accidents in her house while she was sick. We desperately needed the help. Especially given that the local stores around here aren't renting the rug cleaners right now due to Covid.David returned my message in less than a minute and after a few questions about the situation set up a time for Monday afternoon. Literally the next day!David goes above and beyond for his clients and the work that he did today has taken one less thing off of our plates.
