Oct 4 2023, 4:30 PM. Bathroom supplies were good, but men's toilet needed a little cleaning. The latch on the stall door was completely broken, so I had to pray for privacy. Warm water, soap, and towels, I appreciated the hospitality.Back in the store, the shelves and refrigerators were well stocked and neatly organized. Had to wait on line for 30 seconds to pay for my snacks, lol. When a line started to form, employees came running to man the cash registers.

I stopped here during a snowstorm while I was taking my daughter back to college in Pittsburgh. Considering the snowstorm that was taking place, the store was very clean, the staff was pleasant, and my daughter and I enjoyed our M-T-O food.

Ordered 2 chili and cheese hotdogs and 2 with ketchup and relish got home and we had 2 hotdogs with ketchup and the bun fell apart and 2 with relish ketchup and cheese the hotdogs didn't match the slip on them need to get employees that can read what people order and not the first time this has happened Rutters needs to move in

Ordered food from here. They completely missed all cheese on 2 of the items. Homestyle chicken sandwich was more like a slider with all roll. Cold hoagie roll dry and falling apart. Wasn't even very busy. Do better!

Nothing special just stopped while traveling. Need more Sheetz locations to have the soft serve self serve cups, especially the pineapple or other seasonal flavors maybe. It's nice to get this 1 bargain snack, as little or much as you like.BTW Sheetz mto milkshakes do not have icecream or heavy cream in them(the 2 main ingredients of a real milkshake)but do have water, ice, and powdered cream(chemicals) Snappys does use real icecream and real heavy cream and whipped cream! Sheetz chose profit over quality on this 1. Sad they used to be #1, but now they're profits are more important than their customers for a quicker rise to zillionaire status.

In the “old days” Sheetz coffee was great. I would swing by and almost always grab a cup of dark roast on my way out of town. Many a good memory of road trips and other adventure started off with a Sheetz coffee cup in my hand. These days the old machines are replaced with newer more-automated single brew machines. The coffee tastes bad. It’s slow. It’s annoying to use.It’s such a drop in quality that I don’t even bother stopping by anymore. Sheetz is just a gas station now. A classic example of a company opting for a little more profit and a little less quality and losing what made them a good company in the beginning.Stop with the gimmicks. Go back to the basics.

I wouldn't even give them a one!! They either have lazy worthless people that make the drinks or horrible training I don't know which one!! Then when they mess it up they just add more ice and whipping cream to it....YES I seen the girl do it now I have a water milk drink which is suppose to be a PB Reese milkshake and this is NOT the first time for this they usually forget the topping or the syrup that's suppose to go with it!!! Worst sheetz ever to order milkshakes from!!

Second shift here is horrible. Once I was in line for over 20 minutes before being rang up and then told it would take another 20 minutes for my food to be ready. (sheets standard is like 6 minutes) for microwaved food 1 sub and some cheese sticks. So I asked for a refund did the witch of a manager, Dawn, make me wait another 20 minutes to get a refund. They should rename the store Shitz. You would be better off driving to snappys now that rhy have a grill. The food and service there is vastly superior to the tyrone sheetz store. I would rather walk a mile across a field of hot nails than to ever go back to this store again as long as dawn is working there. Seriously next time you want gas station food head out to snappy exit 52 I99 and you'll never want tyrone sheetz. Again.

For a newer store it sure was a mess inside. Drink shelves were half empty and a mess. Beer cooler was pretty much the same, half empty and completely unorganized. Out of food items on the ordering menu but they did at least give a free item voucher but when we sat down, the table was sticky and looking at the other tables I found they were a mess also. Some full of newspapers to be sold the next day and some with trash on them. No cups or spoons for ice cream. The floors were a mess but someone was beginning to vacuum when we entered. Trash and debris out in the parking lots and sidewalks as well. Haven't seen a Sheetz that messy in a while but maybe they were short handed?

I was at Sheetz in Tyrone a little bit ago. I was totally disappointed with the long lines. I did know that the walkie they use is part of the uniform but l didn't know that ear buds were. There was a person that was wearing earbuds and if he was called to help with the line he would not have heard anything. I also stood there waiting for my order and they never called out my order number. There was a supervisor that was helping with the line. I buy a lot of stuff at this location. At my work place we are not allowed earbuds or cell phones while at work.

Today's rating is a 1 star. We ordered a small amount of food for 3 people and they forgot two of our hotdogs and all of our fries. I'm not happy with them forgetting my fries, please look at the order slip next time. It was at the tip of it for gods sake. We were one of the first people there before a bunch of other people so our order should have been already made but the wait was very long and yet they still messed up our order. Our order number was 404 on Sunday, Oct 11

The Sheetz store is fine—well stocked and clean. But half a dozen people walked in without a mask completely ignoring the state mandate while I was in there for barely five minutes. Not one Sheetz employee said a thing to them, just smiled pleasantly while waiting on them as if it’s no big deal that they are not taking anyone else in that store into consideration

The fluid containers to clean your car windows hasn't been refilled in over a year. Most times it just has garbage in it. When I asked an employee about it, he responded that he's just too busy.

I ordered 4 hotdogs with heavy catchup and a chef salad .I got 4 hotdogs with very little catchup and all the chef salad had was a slice of turky I couldn't tell if it had ham for sure or not. How can you call that a chef salad. Chef salad is supposed to have hard boiled egg and cheader cheese. When I called the store they put me on hold and left me there until I hung up 10 minutes is a bit long to wait if you google chef salad you will find out what a chef salad is, it is more than a bowl of romaine letuse and 1 slice of turky andaybe ham.

Store and restrooms were clean enough (parking lot was littered with trash). The store had a decent selection of items and staff members were cordial. Coffee was good. Sadly, the MTO experience was disappointing. It took multiple steps to find the wrap menu, which wasn't included in any of the home screen options. While there were an adequate number of different wraps and toppings available, there was only 1 flavor of tortilla (compared to 3 choices at Getgo). The wrap was assembled well and with requested toppings, but the grilled chicken was grisly and unflavorful. All but a few bites of the wrap was thrown away as I didn't think I could return it. This isn't the first time I've had a subpar MTO. As an early entrant in made to order food, it seems that quality has diminished over the years. I strongly encourage Sheetz to evaluate the quality of ingredients as Getgo has surpassed Sheetz in many aspects of a convenient store.

Not very happy with my order today. Ordered a whole Italian sub,only got a half. Also ordered a chicken sandwich with Mayo and ketchup,had no ketchup and the chicken was very dry. I don’t normally have issues with my order,from now on I will check order before leaving.

This Sheetz is much better than the one in state college on S Atherton. The employees there are very nice and friendly. Never got an MTO wrong at this Sheetz.

This store is dirty, The soda shelves are never stocked, The manager was very insulting.I ordered a whole sub and she argued with me that it wasnt what i ordered,Even though i had the reciept in front of me.She yelled and said ill make you another one.But buy the time i went to stand at the counter.she had handed me one already made.If i didnt order the whole sub,then why was there one already made up,with everything i ordered?? This store has had bad service.for about the 2 years ive been going there.But At least when i go to Rutters.They never mess up my order!!!!!! 😡 Wish tyrone had a Rutters

Just about everything I'd expect from a Sheetz, minus 1 star for occasional long wait times and/or food mess ups.EDIT: can confirm the report of "gangs" from about 6 years ago is false. It's small town Tyrone lmao, worst you see is a junkie and they're not the type that sit around Sheetz and try to mess with you.

Great little store, MTO food is awesome, usually pretty fast. Well maintained and very good customer service. Occasional mess up with food, but they will fix it if you bring it up to them.

1. Why wouldn't you lock your car normally?2. It seemed like any other Sheetz, even with things as terrible as (gasp!) teenagers. Then again, I only spent a few minutes filling up here while on a trip, so I guess I can't rule out the possibility of gangs. But I'm guessing the "tyronenative" reviewer has a problem with most teenagers.(with apologies if there actually is a gang problem)

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie tonight and i just got big chunks of ice. Absolutely horrible. Don’t get a smoothie from Tyrone Sheetz.
