Has gone down hill since Ken the pharmacist left. Then now with Bob leaving I can imagine how much more worse it will get. The two new Asian or Chinese associates are so rude. The female has gotten combative with my husband asking for our script back. Then the male when I told him that my prescription wasn’t filled three weeks ago told me that it is what it is. Go to William Penn highway instead trust me they’re more professional and on the ball with getting things filled on time.

My concerns have 2 do with the pharmicist at turtle creek location. Mr wang i believe has a negative attitude it seems when serving ppl of color. I was denied services ( free flu. & booster) because i had no appointment after showing my covid card was told no, but on website it clearly states " walkins accecpted" after i pointed this out, he still blew me off saying no we dont do that. There was only one person in line and by the way mr wang had just vaccinated 2 ppl before me who were white. Over the summer his attitude has remained consistent in serving ppl of color like were second class....

I just love this store They are so wonderful and friendly I get the best customer service here They know what I like and I never need to get a rain check cause they always have their shelves stocked to the Hilt and I don't need to ask where anything is They don't play hide and seek with their sale items I just love this place Thank you CVS for being our store Amy H Pedder

Poor customer service. They are rude and unwilling to help resolve problems. They told me to pixkul my script at 555 the problem is that they close at 6 I'd advise find another pharmacy

This place WAS great but I got a taste of how the staff really feels about doing their job and now my family will move their business elsewhere. I needed to fill my sisters rx at a different cvs yesterday because I live in a different state and she is visiting, this should be easy and just requires them calling the insurance company to say they reversed her script back into the system. They refused to listen to the cvs where I live to take these directives and would put them on hold and never return to the phone. They told my mom it was done when it wasn't. I was at cvs by my house trying to pick it up, on the phone with this cvs with some lady yelling at me loud enough that the people around me could hear because she also didn't want to listen to the directives on how to solve the issue. She placed bob on the phone who yelled at the cvs employee here so loudly i could hear him over the counter about how he can't call because he's busy. THEY HAD TWO DAYS but they wouldn't shut up and get over themselves! Now my sister doesn't have her rx still when she ran out yesterday. Sorry to incovenience you about doing your job, bob and unknown female employee.

If I could give zero stars I would. The "manager" for the pharmacy is RUDE!!!! If they weren't the only pharmacy that took my insurance I definitely would NOT be coming here!!!

The Turtle Creek CVS really needs a clean up outside all around the building. This is a well established business and it needs cleaned up and cameras installed to prevent the littering.

Worst staff in the world. Always rude and slow. Back ups are never willing to help when the line gets long. If you ever want to throw half of your day away, they'll be sure to help you do it.

Every time I go it’s another problem, another price, another excuse. No consistency. Rudeness , and disrespect. I feel really bad for the few good workers, because the majority of them are awful and have to make their job so much harder.
