5 stars for having the best selection and best organized Salvation Army I've been to in NEPA. I'm confused by some of the reviews- of course there's a weird smell and some of the workers are grouchy. It's Salvation Army lol. I've never been to one where that wasn't true! But they keep their books nicely organized, best maternity selection I've seen (although still small), and often alot of nice finds.

Although the store is nice I'm giving 1 star because of the miserable older lady that's employed there that yelled at my grandsons for touching a doll house that was in the toy section that I WAS going to purchase. Instead we put all the items we were going to buy back and left the store with nothing. Won't go here again.

This is a smaller size than some of the other locations, but I almost always find something to love here. The staff is friendly and they make the shopping experience a pleasant one.

Honestly some of the items if not mist of them seemed to price rather high some of the clothes smell like human urine.. or they're just down right Filthy..Yes I do understand that you should washes everything that your buying .This store has a problem with over marking the items ..

I usually love to shop here and do so frequentlyHoweverPaying $7 for a book that's literally falling to pieces (I will be rebinding)and then having the woman try to throw it without a care into the garbage bag she threw my other purchases into is absolutely ridiculous and rude.Will be reevaluating coming to this store again and may just go to the scranton stores instead

I like keeping things out of the landfill and saving tons of money! Why throw away things that still have a lot of life left? It's so much fun to repurpase things and be creative!

Great store to look for odds and ends. Only downfall for me is the smell sometimes. I think if a piece of clothing stinks bad enough to smell across the aisle it should not be put out.

I truly like to shop here it's a great place nice clean store however all of the big men's clothes never has the color coded tags that are on sale unless it's on a Wednesday.

Visiting the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Tunkhannock is always a pleasant experience. It is very clean and organized and well-stocked.

One of the better salvation army's. There's no musty smell like some of them but I can usually find some banger clothes here so that's dope
