I worked there for a bit, the manager was quite rude, and was not respectful to me, I had an emergency situation where I lost housing when I told her she said ok so your not coming in, then don’t come back, and just blatantly hung up. They say they care about their employees during orientation but they sure don’t show it, and she didn’t give me my last paycheck either either. Every other worker is nice and very respectful but the manager is very disrespectful and rude.

Nice store, staffing is BAD. Always slow, 5 staff members milling around talking about their co-workers while the line stretches around the store. 3rd times the charm, I won't be back after running out my lunch break waiting on line and having to put my stuff back because I couldn't wait any longer.

Ways a great place to stop and get a few things you need. They have tons in stock and get restocked regularly. The store seems to be a newer store and is fairly busy considering it's one of the few larger establishments in town. I always come here for small things like paper plates, trash bags, pet food, and drinks.

Overall a very nice store. Well maintained, shelves were stocked, and the cashier was very efficient. Staff was much friendlier than the manager at the Garden View location. Rated a 4 because, even though they were fast and efficient, I got the vibe that they were understaffed. Store was clean, but had a Hersheys display that was knocked over, possibly not picked up because the only employee we saw was on register. A+ on the parking lot however. I could've parker a 30-ft RV and backed out with the amount of room they had. Overall great store for the small town they're in. Keep up the great work! We will return!

It's realy convenient,store hours pretty good,good selection of drinks and snacks. With the new refrigerator a lot of frozen food,that I like,prices compatible with others,one drawback very unorganized since its new understandable.lots of parking all though the front curb is to high except right in front of main door, so handicapped be ware

Staff is generally courteous. Pricing is usually reasonable. As with most stores you have to know prices; as some stuff is cheap other stuff over priced. So know your pricing & your gtg. Useful place to grab a few things as opposed to going to a more specialized store. Overall I'd say it's decent.

Employee refused to load money onto my PayPal card even though dollar general is on list of places where this can be done. Saying he can’t scan phones for barcode. I asked how else someone is supposed go load money onto their card. His response was it’s not legal and you can’t do that at dollar general. I showed him the dollar general scan code and how they are a participating partner and he said no they aren’t. Even though I’ve loaded the card at two other locations within ten miles of the Troy PA store. misinformed, lazy, or both. I’m not sure but there was supposedly no manager to speak to.

This store is ridiculous. There are never enough cashiers!!! 20 people on line on a Friday afternoon and 1 person working!!! Shame shame!!! And there is maybe two people on the entire staff that know how to smile! This is a small town, there's very few places to shop, a lot of people come here, they should staff accordingly!!!

I absolutely love the staff here! They are so friendly and everytime I go they're very polite. The yoohoo chocolate caramel drinks I so boldly bought however was terrible!

My local dollar store isnt bad but they always have 1 person at the register with lines of customers waiting while theres 5 other workers standing around🤷‍♀️
