I ordered 1 ton of wood pellets in November when I picked them up. The store associate wouldn't load the skid into my pickup truck because I have a cap on my and saud he wasn't comfortable taking 20 bags off the skid and putting the skid of 30 onto my truck. The associate put the 50 bags of wood pellets behind my truck and didn't offer me any to loading them into my truck and didn't even offer me a utility knife to cut the wrap off of the skid.

Love stopping in at Tractor Supply when I am up in the area. I head there for my cat's wet food for the week, then it is a mad dash for the discount table up in the front area of the store. I am a unique person and love to experience unique items and I usually find one or two deals on the table. Pleasant shopping experience every time.

This place is NOT SAFE!!! I was in the store on March 9, 2020, with my wife, when I was trying to pay the cashier asked me to rise a gardening fork to scan it and I barely touch a sign that was on top on us and this thing fell on us from the roof hitting my wife’s head, the cashier was and shock and call the manager on charge who ask my wife how she felt, my wife was in shock, she was touching her head and said I think I’m ok. Someone on the line told us that he was a doctor and recommended us to ask the manager for a report in cause something happened later on. We did it and the manager brought us a regular piece of paper and ask my wife to write what had happened, the manager told us that we would be contacted in the following days by phone or email to know how she was going and if she was going to need anything but until now no one has ever communicated with us. On March 11 I had to take my wife to the hospital because the headache persisted along with dizziness and physical fatigue we was very terrified because blows to the head are very dangerous but thanks God was not serious and after a couple of weeks and some medicine she felt better again. We try to contact the store by email, by phone and we went personally to the store and gave the bill from the hospital to find out who or when they would pay it. The manager on charge told us the somebody will contact us that was May 20th still waiting. I don’t think we have to pay the bill because the sign was not placed properly and I don't see why we have to accept their irresponsibility and lack of professionalism of this store they don't care about the safety of their clients, much less the health after an accident. No one has contacted us and that is why I recommend people to look for another store or when they go please be very careful this store is always messy and is dangerous for you or someone of your family and friends. I will attach the giant sign that is still on the front door without hanging yet.

For my first time there I have to say I loved it. Didn't actually go to purchase anything serious, just the AWESOME SIMPLE SERVICE of a place to wash my big 'ol FUR BABY. He thoroughly enjoyed after trying to escape twice. I will definitely be back. Thank You

I have been going to this TSC for over 20 years, but will not return to this store ever again. I was profiled by store workers the last 2 times I was in this store. I have spent thousands of dollars in thid store and will not spend another cent after this. I went there to buy wormer and nail clippers. I was asked if I needed help, I told them I knew what I wanted. A second worker came with the first worker and asked me again if I needed help, and I said I was fine. Then a 3rd worker came and stood, and watched me with the other 2 workers. I made my last purchase in this store today. I am a Marine Corps. Verteran, and someone constantly questioning my integrity is a bit too much for me to deal with.

Rented a trailer there this weekend. Needed it for a few hours for a local large item pickup elsewhere. The entire transaction could not have been easier. Having rented from other truck / trailer rental companies in the past and knowing how painful the process can be elsewhere, this transaction was a breeze. Staff are always very pleasant and extremely helpful. This is also my go-to place for hardware, well worth the trip. If there were 10 Stars they would get it.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to help provide guidance in regards to anything and everything farm related. I enjoy that it is dog friendly. My pups loooove going there and getting their treat at check out everytime. Also they have a wide range of products available on hand. They have a good selection of different types & brands. Meets all my dog and chickens needs.

Go if you don’t have any questions! Stopped here after Ace didn’t have a product in stock. Asked the same question to 2 different employees and their answers were “I don’t know” both with shrugs and “if it’s here it’s in aisle...”I had told her it wasn’t there, I asked her if it was in the back and she said “I don’t know”. I’m here supporting your paycheck and you can’t look. They didn’t act like they cared to help or find me someone who could give me an answer to when or if it was in stock. Will never be going back. Ace right up the street was beyond helpful, I actually chatted with a super helpful employee for 30 mins. If you want helpful and attentive go to ACE!!

Always the nicest, happiest employees! TSC charges only for the propane they put in your tanks, not a full refill, when you only receive a partial (it seems sometimes tanks will stop working, but only need to be disconnected, shaken, and reconnected.) Great selection of so many things. Really great prices on high-end dog food. Every Saturday morning, they have pet vet hours, where vaccines, etc, are given at low prices. Our dogs loved the vets we saw, which is not always the case. Sometimes, I go there just to kill time, but always walk out with a purchase.

First time doing curbside pick up . When I got home they gave me the wrong dog food. I called to try to make things right no apologies all they said was I guess you gotta bring it back. Very unhappy. For few dollars more I’ll be doing my business at Petsmart.

I'm a fan. My choice for jeans is Carhart or Wrangler, and Tractor Supply carries both. Decent selection of many things you'd want to find in a hardware store. Not a huge selection, but they seem to have what I need - be it in automotive, electrical [admittedly, that was a fluke - their electrical is VERY small], pet care, plumbing, and household hardware-type items. They even have a few firearms-related items, including a selection of safes. Small store - not a huge, big box that takes 10 min to get from parking to shelf item.

I go there specifically for dog food, but lately last 3 visits they are always out of blue buffalo home style cans and also the they never have petite size of Greenes. I do have to say,The staff is very nice.

The staff is friendly and helpful.They have a variety of items. Tools, tool boxes, clothes, pet food, car ports, tractor parts, boots, variety of hardware, gardening supplies, feed for large animals, fencing, etc.It's right of the main roadway and the hours of operation are reasonable.

Horrible!! Ordered on line for pick up but never went through! Then went there to cancel my order and just let me get the items there and now. Couldn't cake the order. 3 1/2 hours of wasted time!! Left without the items because they couldn't figure it out. $30 order!! Offered me %15 off ...that is whenever they would figure the order out. Ridiculous!!!!

The staff are great, but this place has some trouble staying supplied. Every time I go in,at least one of the things I'm looking for is out of stock. Still, customer service is very good and the location is convenient.

Just spent over an hour on hold, called back multiple times and was hung up on twice. I was simply asking if they had high temperature engine primer, still haven’t gotten a straight answer, they told me “I don’t think we have it”. Instead of calling them you will save a lot of time just running and checking the store yourself. Very disappointed with the customer service, it’s a shame.

Placed an online order on November 30th.The item I purchased were shoes I needed for a photoshoot on December 11th .i noticed that Tractor Supply listed the item as “will ship within 2 days” I thought that perfect and knew I didn’t have to pay extra shipping as it will come in time.7 DAYS after I placed the item the decided to ship out the item.after I noticed they weren’t shipping it within 2 days I called customer service and asked them if I can pay for extra for shipping he said it seems like they haven’t made a shipping label yet.but wasn’t able to help me pay for faster shipping.i really regret shopping at tractor supply as I wanted to try it out since I’ve never made a purchase there before .They never came up with a solution other then returning it.lets just say I spent all day today wasting time and gas searching for shoes that would match the outfit.

Okay... so you have some bird feed and a few tractor parts not carried in other stores...But WHY are 80% of your products ONLY available online or ship to store? I've had several gift cards for you store, and have in fact sold them to other individuals as I couldn't find any use for them....When cross comparison of your prices VS all other competitors.... your competition wins every time...Might be time for TS to do a little soul searching to find themselves so you can help people find your inventory...Thanks for Nothing yet again Trashcan Supply

Order online, picked up in store. It was okay no one was at the pickup counter, close employees wanted to ignore me then after I finally went to her, she made me wait until she finished what she was doing before getting my order so I could leave. So I'd give their order online pickup in store a 6/10.Annoying when they act like the customer is the last priority.
