Absolutely disgusting. I shop here only a few times a year when I'm visiting family and I consistently have issues with buying rotten produce and rancid meat. It's hard to check some of the items, so make sure to check the packaging of anything fresh thoroughly, and make sure the meat isn't being sold beyond its expiration.

Very nice and complete store. Tops can be pricey, but there are some good buys and their quality is very good.

I recently visited this store after many years & it was an amazing & positive experience! I was waited on hand & foot. The Manager was eager to help me find what I wanted. The food choices were wide & varied... another employee helped me find everything I needed. I highly recommend that in Bradford County as the best stocked Tops Supermarket, with the most helpful employees in the region!

Very helpful employee not only helped me to transport my two shopping carts of heavy water jugs to my car but then loaded them from the carts into the car for me. This was on Oct 8 and his name was Stephen and I just want his company to know how great an employee he is and how much his helpfulness and very pleasant attitude was appreciated.

All of your food needs under one roof. It even has non food necessities, too. The draw backs a poor parking lot and the item layout changes often.

It's a decent store. It's clean, taken care of. There really isn't much competition with grocery stores in this area so I think some of their price's could be better. They do accept and double coupons though. Plenty of parking-although the parking lot is known for having pot holes. Handicap accessible.

Due to working extra long hours, it's nice to have somewhere i can come get groceries before work at 03-04am. Drove 30 minutes just specifically for groceries today to find the store locked and no signs of actual open times. Google the times and it says 24hrs. I understand with covid and holidays times may be erratic but take the time to update hours and put up signs so people don't waste their time.

Moved to the area after retirement from Lancaster County, PA. We are, therefore, sensitive to the freshness of produce. I have photos in my phone from two different visits; one shows rotting cauliflower, the other is of tangerines covered in black mold. Inexcusable!!

Super convenient to come here if you need late night medicines or you work all different sorts of shifts I need to come somewhere to get a quick bite to eat or grocery shop because it's 24 hour. I'd say it's probably the biggest tops in the area. I do think that they need to repave. And they need to make it easier to use the self-checkouts.

I have been here from out of town for a week. My brother-in-law picked up 2 containers of arugula and 1 container of mixed greens for me. The next day I opened one of the arugula's and it was rotten and I had to throw it out. I opened the other arugula and it was on it's last leg. We salvaged a little from it. I opened the mixed greens and it too was mostly rotten. We went back the next day and bought a vegetable tray and some vegetables in the bags. The next day I opened the broccoli and cauliflower bag and the cauliflower was mush and rotten. I opened the vegetable tray and the cauliflower in it was also rotten. Needless to say I will NOT shop at this store when I return next year. Sayre TOPS it is even though it is an extra 25 minutes from where we are!!!

Customer service needs work. The cashier didn’t even speak to us as we walked up or during the whole of our checking out. She barely made eye contact with us at all.

Since we moved and can't use wegmans or giant, this is the only available grocery shopping center we use. Needs a better lunch meat selection and better meats. Maybe a better selection of veggies wouldn't hurt also.

People use the self checkouts for 200 dollars and huge purchases mostly because of no regular lines open and no express lane for you can wait a long time to buy one item , just a poorly managed place could also be the local working gene pool . If I could give the towanda store zero stars I would , I could write a short book about this place

Grated this is one of the better tops in Bradford County PA but it has a rotten food smell that the Sayre PA doesn't have and the price difference is shocking for being in such a low income area. The set up is very confusing also.

They are posting to help junior diabetes. Cashier didn't ask me to donate or round up. Didn't ask the guy in front of me either. Sign said for staff to wear blue jeans they would donate $5 but staff wasn't wearing blue jeans. If your gonna post to help your staff should push to help...

Largest selection in Towanda, including vegan options; however, produce is over-priced, some wilted, and the $5 pre-packed sweet peppers I bought were mostly moldy.

It's a good thing I'm not a manager at this location customer service members would be terminated dated for a employee to literally stand texting while I wait in an empty line and to do so for over 20 minutes is onsurd

Not very friendly at deli.No thank you when you were done but I told them thank you.i got to counter and girl never said a word to the lady ahead of me or me.the boy clerk in other lane was very friendly to his customers but not in my lane.i told her thank you and have a nice day.i think you need classes for employees on how to greet and thank customers .The customer is the reason why they have a job.A have a nice day and thank you isn't to much to ask from a clerk.they lady ahead of me and I both thought the young girl was rude.

Meat prices are outrageous and utterly out of budget for most residents of the area. Produce is meh. Seafood department is simply laughable. TOO expensive, overall, for this region of the State. This ain't Philadelphia, folks.

I was there this morning and found it decidedly UNFRIENDLY. I was a little unfamiliar with the self checkout, and the woman overseeing it was downright condescending and rude.

Very friendly store workers, I was not a member but was told by a worker that the cashier was able to put my items thru with a store member card which saved me lots..I'm from jersey visiting my son in Troy staying at Riverside Campground...
