Used the drive thru. Touch screen doesn't work very well. Attendent barely acknowledged me. Items missing, skimpy, or unrecognizable. Managers answer was for me to come back and they will give me a gift card. I live 20 minutes away?!?

The food is just okay. I guess better than the average gas station food. I didn't enjoy my pepperoni roll so I got a refund. It was $8 for two of them so I was definitely getting my money back. I like their beer selection. I love those Boyer's peanut butter cups they have. 💞

This is the ONLY gas station in the county that has both E15 and E85 gas. The store is always clean, good coffee, and has a drive-up window. This is the only place I purchase my gas now since my vehicles use E15, it's cheaper than regular gas and the Sheetz card drops it even more.

horrible. love their food but I used the app I order food at 11 and it’s 2 in the morning and it’s still not here. I called but still no food I spent my money and I have not received anything it should not take 3 hours.

Night shift is way better than day shift. I've actually gotten better food and better service later at night. It's still not the best though. But if you want something quick to eat when nothing else is open, sheetz is your place.

This place Is so ridiculous waited 20 minutes for our food which was mozzarella sticks. They served someone food that fell on the ground and all over there counter that they have been rubbing against. This place is the most ridiculous store the only time that it goes great is when the 8pm shift comes in.

Horrible customer service since they started selling alcohol. They almost never have a cashier at the counter who is old enough to wait on people buying alcohol...which is at a separate register from everything else. Depending on how busy the person is who actually can wait on the customer buying alcohol, said customer could be waiting a long time. It has happened to me on many occasions. I stood waiting and waiting while the cashier who was too young to wait on me did nothing while the person who could wait on me prepared food. Seems like they could trade off at that point. Similarly, the cashier may be old enough to handle alcohol purchases but now has to switch back and forth between registers, and customers still have to wait. They have a terrible system that has not improved. To be clear, this review is not about improving the speed at which I can buy alcohol. It’s about a lack of basic, efficient customer service all the way around.

This Sheetz could easily mess up a peanut butter sandwich by using jelly instead. Always check your order before you leave, I would say 90% of the orders I've given them in the past have utterly confused them. The concept of an appetizer sampler with more than one choice could cause even the smartest of us to pause in deep confusion. Also, would it really throw Sheetz into a catastrophic spiral toward bankruptcy to fulfill my condiment request?

ask them whenever you order something if you can get a mini-pizza box thing they have.make up some story about how you like to put it in there cuz it stays dry that way or whatever or if its a burrito say you dont like tinfoil wrap touching it something like that. or you are on the road and need a plate like contraption to eat off of then ask them to see if they can make it happen.LETS MAKE THIS A TREND!

The drive through service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a milkshake and chicken fingers. I’ve been sitting here for over a half hour, and still nothing. I’ll never use this place again.

Took ten minutes to get through the check out counter and then another 25 to get cold food..the food use to be great but this place has changed and the sad part is the lobby was packed and they had 4 people working and the manager,at least she claimed to be,was not even helping,she was walking in circles talking about taking temperatures.

The store manager has a bad attitude with customers, another person talks about how she was a drug addict openly, crystal, Dallas, holly and Donna are the best this store will have, great food but when it comes to customer service it is lacking
