Very very rude workers that work at the pharmacy! Very cocky, don't even say have a good day or anything, can't even finish talking they just hang up. I don't recommend this pharmacy at all to anyone!Especially if your a recovering addict. They treat you like complete trash.I don't even give this one star!

My wife and I have been loyal customers of this store since moving to the area 3 years ago. Last week, I picked up a prescription and handed over my UHC card to the pharmacy clerk. My rx was covered at 100%. She failed to scan my card and compelled me to pay out of pocket. I returned home, called my insurer, and they told me to return to the pharmacy for a full refund. The refund process took 15 minutes. At no point did I receive an apology. So much for our loyalty.

I went to Rite Aid to talk to somebody about Obamacare and they had a health insurance professional in the store who answered all of my questions and enrolled my family in a new plan. It was quick and painless. I heard of all the people who were having trouble on their own so I tell everybody I know to go to Rite Aid now.

I was automatically charged a donation amount to the charity rite aid partners with, Kidcents in the amount of $1.44. I was not asked to donate it was an automatic charge on my receipt that I failed to notice until I got home. Absolutely ridiculous and illegal.

Good pharmacy, and new store layout, inaccurate store details- like address. I've spoken to the manager and explained more than once that the address out front is wrong. It's not 77 ReuterS Boulevard , its 77 REUTER Boulevard. Why won't they change this? There is a street sign right out on the road..

Went to rite aid to buy a last minute thing but they advertise wrong since they closed there stores early instead of at 9 PM... I was outside the store trying to understand why it was locked at the time I got there which was at 8:57 or 8:58 PM today... I had 2 or 3 minutes to get my item and they wouldn't let me in... I suggest to not go to rite aid ever for any services!

Never helpful can never find an employee when I went to the pharmacy to ask where something was all they could say was they don't work out on the floor so o got pissed and LEFT and went to (CVS) which I should have done in the beginning absalooty hate this place cbc has all my business now
