With Ted Clark’s closing, this is now sacred feeding ground. Nothing better happen to this place! It’s really the only grocery store left that you can get a decent piece of meat from. Your ribeyes are delicious. Keep on chopping them! My family has been getting steaks here for years whenever in the area to be at our mountain house. This place never let me down. They have delicious meat at fair prices.

Family run business that tries to cater to their customers. They have Boarshead cold cuts that are a healthier option than other meats. You need to watch the sales. It's a small community that has few options for groceries. All in all I would recommend and support family run business

Not really impressed...No price for the special...8.00 for a hoagie...4 for day old ..not much meat no mayo or oil with them and please keep the Bible thumper away

This used to be a great hometown store....anymore you are not only greeted with attitude but the deli is full of rude, lazy, disrespectful workers! I have never seen such a group as the ones today 9/18/23.....I get it that yes if you were "swamped" it would be nice for people to special order things ahead of time specifically the 2ft subs.....however there were 3 workers and only 3 customers that came before me...2 of which were already being taken care of. I do not enjoy having to listen to constant bitching about doing your job just because my family would prefer made fresh subs just like I'm sure other families do. My family have always came to Hurleys for subs because we like the quality & when you have a big family it's nice to spend a little to get a lot. Also, customer service is part of your job and if a simple request is asked of you...then don't throw a fit like a toddler be an adult and do your job. The constant ringing of a personal phone call was unacceptable and the fact that you as a worker are more worried about your personal life then taking care of customers which again is your job! Makes me think that the owner Nick doesn't really know what employees are hired and how they act when he or his wife are not around. Be Better!!!

For a small family grocery, they have a varied selection. Their meat are quality cuts. I would have given them a 5 but sometimes a long wait for customer service.

Place has gone downhill, they wont be in business long now that Aldi is in town. Just bought a sub that was marked buffalo chicken and it was turkey for $7 with nothing but two slices of soggy turkey and some lettuce. No cheese, no tomatoes no dressing... I didnt bother looking at the receipt until i got home and noticed they overcharged by .70 so i was overcharged for a soggy mislabelled sub. I wont be back...

Went for lunch meats. I like my stuff cut on the thin side. They assume that everyone wants blocks of meat and cheese on their sandwiches. This has been a long time battle for us and today the worker actually made a comment to me about it. She stated "she will make sure not to wait on me again " one worker in the past always avoided us completely. joking or not, I thought it was rude. So much for the customer getting what they ask for. Maybe if you just cleaned off the old cheese from the slicer, everything else wont stick to it. I don't care if they figure out who I am. If you don't want to cut my stuff the way i ask, please find someone who will.

Very helpful and kind to customers and have great veggies to choose from and excellent deli section. They are great if you wanna make stuff from scratch. Or if you want some premades too they gotcha covered. 9/10 place to shop.

The prices here are ok if it's on sale,the produce selection is fair. I love the meat and deli section though. They make fantastic subs and cakes. My kids enjoy coming here to get a cookie.

Our family loves Hurley's. The staff is friendly, the deli food is fresh and delicious, and we can get almost everything on the grocery list here, save a couple of specialty items. The prices are usually better than Tops, and when not a bargain, comparable on most items. They also carry at least 5 or 6 items we can't find elsewhere. As a further plus, the Hurley's savings card is one of the few that is actually useful in saving a bit extra.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. The manager at the front counter has helped me on several occasions. You can pay bills here, buy and cash lotto tickets, and now can purchase cbd products. Love that you don't have to buy the 5 products for $10.00 to,get the sale price; meaning if you buy 2 they're $ 2.00 a piece unlike other stores. A definite must stop and grocery shop if you're in the area!

Lots of food items, prices higher than what you would expect, the deli, has a lot of questionable sanitary issues, not cleaning the slicer after cutting liver worst, and then cutting other meat, food left on slicer for extended periods of time. Stuff unwrapped in the cold case, scraps left on slicer, well over an hour, unprofessional conversation with deli worker on shift with an off shift deli worker over the counter.

I am disgusted with this store. Nothing about this store has changed over the years. Just to buy a money order they refused my credit card & my debit card. It's still strictly cash and they still don't do cashback transaction, how primitive is that. Two centuries behind the rest of the country. This store needs to on the ball and play catch up and graduate into the 21st century. Get their heads outta their butts. Guess I will be doing alot of my shopping in NY across the border.

Come here quite often for ingredients that we need or just buying dinner for one night. I've never full fledged stocked my house from here. For some reason I go elsewhere for buying groceries. But we only buy our cold meat for sandwiches from here. No where else. Just better quality here for some reason. Seems fresher

It's a little expensive but great options friendly people the wait for check out can take a bit but usually moved in decent time they also have cheaper tobacco products then most stores and there deals when they have them are really good

Very pleasant privately owned grocery store. Good selection of all the usual items. The deli had alot of pre-made and wrapped hoagie subs. Bakery was impressive with the emphasis on cake decorating.
