Same employee doing all the work while the manager and other employees play on their phones. The manager will see a long wait line and instead of helping she will stand right by the registers and not help. It has been this way for years! Get rid of the dead beats and hire people that will do their work load. Probably if the manager did her job and made sure they were getting their work done, they'd probably quit and you wouldn't have to fire them.

I have not shopped that store in months due to the nasty looks I get when I enter there. The store is in disarray products open and on shelves, have never seen such a flight store as this. I do my shopping at Dollar General or Family Dollar in Sayre.

Dear Family Dollar,I would like to say that Towanda,PA store is the best store to go too. I think the people who work there are so great because when I was short on money for an item, I needed the one lady helped me out with her own money so i could get a can opener. People like that lady who helped me is a kind of person you need to have in your store. From now on the only Family Dollar I will go to is this one!!! I'm so thankful for this help from the very nice lady.

Cashier Montana has a real Nasty attitude and needs to improve. The store in itself is not too bad needs a little organizing and more help. I will be shopping on Troy from now on.

Great place to go for many different items. Easy to find what you are looking for and the workers are very polite. The store is also very clean.

They only had 4 packs of the 3M stick on hooks. Haha. Normally the store is good to go. Service is generally good,all the time.

Always wait longer then five.minutes to check out even with only two people in line, almost everytime we go there...but the staff is amazing very nice people and very helpful and kind :)
