This morning 2/24. Two workers. One brand new. Both working with the flu! Seasoned worker extremely rude to customers. Over 1 hour to get food after ordering online and driving down nothing was made. 2 workers finally came in and got things slowly better. Mutiple people got refunds because of the woman complaining about working with the flu. This store needs to be revamped and moved elsewhere! The new management has not made anything better! Will now run up to the valley where it's more respectful!

They always try to make my ice coffee exactly how i ask it to be prepared. If a mistake is done, they always fix it to my satisfaction. Pleasant workers, but not enough on staff when its the busiest part of the day. The donut and muffin trays are stocked better then in the past. At times, dry crumbly muffins, but overall good tasting. Need to change back to the older way for parking, more like a drive through, for safety reasons. Major blind spot to pull out with how they are set up now. My opinion and many others, say, very dangerous. Most vehicles are parking tward the road and bank. Theres no guard rail there. To add to the blinded out space from the vehicles that park there, to pull out. Concerned. Walkway blocked by a "add" sign. You need to go around it to get from one side of the building to the door. Not safe! Add photoes at another time.Parking: Not safe as previously stated. Also, large pot holes needing filled.Wheelchair accessibility: Only can safely enter door from one side of the building.

Placed an online order, nothing was done until after i arrived. One of their machines was in pieces on the counter where food and beverages were being made in plain view of everyone. I was asked if i was ok with an iced coffee instead of a iced latte, but instead of getting something comparable to what i originally ordered, i received a basic iced coffee but was charged for the original order. 0/10 avoid this place and get some coffee from the dandy

Ordered online while driving. Showed up 5 minutes after ordering and then waited another 20 minutes for One cup of coffee. There were several employees and the busiest one, who was making the sandwiches and cooking stuff all by herself, saw that we were waiting and made it for us. Thank you to her! She is the reason it is 2 stars, otherwise it would be 1 or none

My one star is for whoever is in upper management of this place. Your store needs serious help. Like emphasis on the SERIOUS. First of all people shouldn’t be waiting 20 plus minutes for an order. That is grounds for a refund, second of all this happens daily. So whatever you’re doing clearly isn’t working. I noticed you have one lady on sandwiches who was very polite seemed to be the only adult of the crew? Then teenagers it seems. I believe you need to have two people on food and two people on coffee during peak times. This Dunkin is getting quite the reputation around town so I’d fix it accordingly before you close down. Also give the older lady a raise because she’s the only one doing what she’s supposed to she’s maybe in her late 20’s very tan.

Used to be the best dunkin around. New ownership ruined it. Service wasn't great. Machine broken and were promised to be charged less, but ended up being charged the same as a regular coffee, but never even got decor or much whipped cream on coffee. Coffee leaves weird after taste. Really not impressed, which is sad because we used to go out of our way to go there for the last owner who put a lot of care into the coffee they made. Went downhill real fast. Won't go to this dunkin again. Regular dunkin shops weren't even this bad.

So a few months ago I did an online order. Arrived in store, super busy, so busy they had to stop making food all together. They put on my receipt " food credit" . I can't recall why it wasn't put on a gift card, but I figured it was due to the fact they were so busy, I understood, and it wasn't their fault. Well I kept forgetting about the food credit until recently. So I finally went in store, the owners were there working. I handed them my receipt that stated I had a food credit. I walk over to the waiting area and then the male owner comes and tells me he was not going to give me my food, nor give me my money back. He first stated I should've came back the day after for my food, then It should've been at least that same week, but no more then 30 days. ( My thought is my food credit should be just as valid as a gift card, which is good any time). We probably argued for a good 10 minutes. He finally agreed to give me my hot food, but didn't give me any of the donuts that were on my receipt.

They literally only have 1 worker here today doing everything by herself I’m surprised she hasn’t just walked out this Dunkin location has always been the worst I’ve ever been to but this is a new low they hardly get your order right and the donuts are over cooked or dry this place needs new ownership and more employees this ridiculous I I shouldn’t have to wait over 30 minutes to get 1 medium cup of coffee and 2 donuts

This place must be where lobotomy patients end up after surgery. I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. In that time, I witnessed other customers standing there for ar least the same amount of time waiting for their order, only for the server to tell her that they don't make the thing she ordered....even though it appeared she had already paid for it. The server made it sound like it was the customer's fault, as she was local and should have known they don't serve what she ordered at that location. I watched another customer leave and heard the staff talking about how they think it was her drink that was on the counter but the label was turned so it was her fault for not checking all the cup labels. They then proceeded to keep telling me how short staffed they are; yet I kept seeing servers walking in and out from the back room without a care in the world about what's going on with their jobs.I am seriously never going to Dunkin ever again. It's pretty much like this every one I go to.Should have called it Waitin instead of Dunkin. 15 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee??I'd rather just drink water thanks.Dunkin.....what a joke 🙄

Awful Awful awful service. Only 2 employees and both employees only focus on take out orders than one on each station. Absolute drag to wait 45 minutes for a few donuts that aren’t even of good quality. I ended up having to walk out and so did the man in front of me waiting for god knows how long before I even got there.Will never go here again, maybe try training or hire more staff.

We waited over 15min with one person in front of us in line before anyone took any orders. Then when somebody finally took the order for the person in front of us they took the one order and went back to making the online orders and ignored the line of people that went all the way out the door. We waited another 10 min with No one taking orders at the counter until we just decided to go somewhere else. This sadly isn't even the first time something like this has happened. Also the owners are always quite rude and God forbid they mess up your order and you say something about it cause they with act like it's your own fault that they messed up your order. They have been short staffed for the last year at least and I get that but also I haven't even seen one new person hired there and doesn't seem like they are even trying to hire new employees. And the employees they have always seen to be taking smoke breaks and standing out side while they have a line of people out the door.

This place is an absolute hot mess!!! I've had times where we are waiting with an online order that they just didnt complete because their espresso machine was down and after 25 mins of waiting we asked why our drinks weren't done yet, to which we got a very nasty answer from the female owner that their espresso machine was down and that's why she didnt do them that we had to pick something else like we were suppose to know to ask her for something else

Been here twice now and both times order was wrong. Staff complains to customers they’re the “only ones working morning shift EVERYDAY”.I ordered items off of the app only to arrive and be given something different without being told by staff! Found out when home. When I called to complain I was told that this store only has “certain” items and that “CORPORATE” handles the app!If the app gives you an option for a specific flavor and you order AND pay for it how can the store substitute whatever they want?!Ridiculous!Store is filthy!

I was second in line, no one working the counter. After almost 10 minutes and a line of 3 more people, a girl runs in still breathing what looked like cigarette smoke and ran behind the counter to take the order for the person in front of me. Didn't even wash her hands. But instead of making the order for the person on front of me, she made a coffee for her "cousin". Everyone's jaw dropped. Anyway, I was hoping she would not take care of me and I was lucky enough that another girl came and took care of me. I will not be going back again any time soon.

Working on the road & needed to keep moving when I stopped in for coffee. Server behind counter not paying attention to ppl @ counter but more interested in chatting with coworker behind counter. Ordered winter blend but girl (not paying attn) poured decaf, even though her coworker told her it wasn't winter blend. Was too late when I realized it, back on the road. And of course, bathrooms were Out Of Order?? While I was waiting in line, 2 others went towards bathroom as well, only to find sign posted "OOO".

Wait time with nobody in front of you can be 10 minutes. Coffee quality is very inconsistent. I had to start ordering through the app when I leave my house in order for my coffee to be done when I get there. Today was the last straw! My coffee was horrible. I ordered the same coffee from the Dunkin’ in Troy and it was much better. Save yourself some time and money and find a Dunkin’ that cares about quality and service.
