Very poor customer relations. They have no business working with the sick or elderly......my mother asked for assistance @ the pharmacy, just to be dismissed by the worker. People don't go to a pharmacy for kicks, they're actually sick & need help. I wouldn't recommend this place for my loved one.

Pharmacy never has medicine ready. Young man at the register is anything but helpful!! He is actually a bit on the rude side. A little old lady just left without her medicine. He wasn't able to help & didn't find her anyone to assist her either. Awful customer service.

CVS pharmacy is generally very helpful but some of the newer hires are not as responsive.But, (and I hate to start out with a preposition) the front has a particular employee who needs a definite talking to.I would say that 90 percent of the customers come into a pharmacy because they are ill and need a prescription. Which of course is a way one treats something they have no control over and are hoping that once they enter this store they are treated with dignity and most importantly empathy. One of the older male employees who works the front, does everything to do the opposite.I must live in this community because I am caring for another individual who has even more problems than I. I’m sorry I can’t walk in with a slew of relatives or a six foot body guard to gain his respect and his undivided attention. I’ve given him every chance to man up!

Simply will not take the time to look up prescriptions properly, quick to brush you off by saying go park and come inside, they are fast to assume your prescription is at another location. Finding out after numerous calls tracking where the items is, only to be told it was at the original location visited. All it takes is to asked a manager or co for assistance before wrongfully sending the customer off on a wild goose chase.

Staff told me insulin is a first come first serve basis. What if I die because I dont have my life saving medications? It's been 3 days and insulin still out of stock. Prescriptions are never done on time and they dont have enough in stock. They always have to order order order my prescriptions because they are out of stock. They shouldn't be going all going on lunch break at the same time if they can't fill ALL prescription on time. They need to fix their attitude with the first come first serve basis because running out of insulin is not a laughing matter.--Update: Chris is my favorite pharmacist and assured me that everything will be okay. Samantha is the best when answering my calls. She is straightforward with a helpful voice.

Pharmacy employees did not check for insurance when asked to. Overcharged my wife and I $50. Refund took almost 20 minutes while surrounded by unvaccinated Covid 19 people. Bungling clerks, it took 2 of them and a manager to get it done. One of them threw my receipt away, picked out of the trash and threw it at me. Manager scolded me for making one of them cry. I told her she needs to grow up or work at Burger King.

Constant issues with Pharmacy staff. Scripts are never on time. They refuse to look to see if meds are approved and are aleays loosing scripts. They have even Texted claiming scripts are filled just to have me shoe up and them claim they are not done. Some of these meds my dad needs for his heart! Unacceptable. With the exception of some minor staff being decent and professional I abhore using them. I eill be seitching.

Prescriptions are never done on time, even with auto refill so you go a day or two without them. The staff are like a revolving door. Someone new every week. Most of the staff are not friendly, except for a few who are professional. The drive through has now become a sit and wait in line for 15 minutes while filling orders through the window because they're not ready. Seriously understaffed. Very disappointing! I'm ready to follow suit like a lot of others did and transfer to Rite Aid.

A nice CVS. The pharmacy is good but I must point out that the photo staff and main clerks are very friendly and kind. The store is usually quite cool in temperature which is nice and well organized and clean!

The pharmacy staff are very irresponsible ,how do you loose a script that has been called in ,I was there three differant times only to be told it had not been called in,no other follow up to see what could have happened,five differant employees behind the counter in the days to follow, and not one single person stepped up to do the job they were trained and paid to do,but finally one of them found it in the computer five days later with no explanation for me because she still could not find a hard copy,finally with a call back to my doctor he could finally cancel it so I could transfer it to another pharmacy that could honor my insurance because at the time I dropped it off to see if they could fill it there was no mention about insurance which most pharmacies ask you before they even accept it to fill
