Everyone at The Party Shack Pocono Party Rentals was extremely nice & helpful! I give them a 10/10. They did such a beautiful job for my nieces Sweet 16. Their work is beautiful & you can just tell they love what they do which makes you as the customer feel good & confident that they’re going to make your vision come to life & make it 10x better than what you had expected! And that’s exactly what they did. The balloon arch & garland were beautiful & so was the white thrown! I will definitely be a returning customer & I’ll recommend them to everyone. Clarissa and Yolanda are great! We had a Gala dinner and needed everything from linens to flatware. They setup the room and transformed it to a beautiful gala. The created the signage, the cake table, back drop, balloon arch and created center pieces. Such a great experience and we will definable continue to use them for all our events.

I had an extremely negative experience with The Party Shack for my wedding. I had called to inquire about a dance floor about 6 months before my June wedding and referenced the largest dance floor size they had listed on their website.Party Shack frequently worked at my venue prior to my wedding and I had told them my estimated guest count. I trusted their opinion therefore so when they told me the dance floor size is too big/not needed and to go down one size, I listened. That was a mistake on my part, and truly was a lie on their part. The dance floor arrived the night before the wedding and was so small, it could not have fit even half my guests. I was disappointed but emailed and called to say if they drop off more panels, we will set it up even to be larger. They did not answer my calls and only when the venue called a contact directly was she told that they only have enough panels for two of my size dance floor and the other half was rented for the weekend. (Most likely the reason they talked me down to a smaller size was so they could rent the other one. They should have been honest and said we cannot accommodate your size any longer). I spent the morning of my wedding securing a dance floor with another company in the area (Special Events, highly recommend them!) and my family took apart party shacks dance floor instead.In discussing this after, Party shack offered very little sympathy and only offered a future credit if I want to use them again. I personally will recommend people away from them and I told them I absolutely will not use them again. Also my new dance floor came in bigger than the original size I requested, nicer looking and was cheaper and delivered in 1 hour. Please use Special Events instead and save yourself the headache.

We threw a totally awesome 80s theme party at Mountain View Vineyard in honor of Pocono Mountains United Way's 80th Anniversary. The Party Shack supplied us with an amazing balloon wall for the night of the event which became the backdrop and centerpiece of the party. We cannot thank Party Shack enough for helping to make our celebration all the more special by bringing the bold and bright wow factor our event needed.Thank you to Zaraya and the entire team for coordinating this for us!

I was so please by the entire experience! I needed last minute decor for my porch for my grandsons arrival home. I looked everywhere and they don't have any welcome home baby decorations!...I called The Party Shack and told her my situation and the fact that my daughter may end up coming home a day early...within a couple hours I was notified she put something together for me! I couldn't ask for better more personal service than what she provided. I love to support a small business and give places like party city one less customer! Thanks so much Party Shack!! I will use you for all my party needs!

We rented 60 chairs for my outdoor wedding ceremony last weekend from The Party Shack and they were awesome! They were definitely one of my most communicative wedding vendors. They responded to my emails very quickly whenever I had a question (and I had a lot of questions lol.) They never made me feel like I was being annoying by asking a lot of questions. I had to change the number of chairs we needed at the last minute and they were quick to make that change easy. They helped me stay in my budget. The delivery and pick-up was a breeze and the delivery guys were very nice and professional and made the delivery quick and easy. The entire process was totally smooth and painless and I'll absolutely hire The Party Shack again if I ever need them in the future! It was nice with everything else going on for the wedding day to know that the chairs were totally taken care of. Easy peasy. Thanks guys!

this is the second time that we used Party Shack where we had a tight deadline, though this latest was even tighter. I had two days to set up an event. Not only did PS come through for us they were highly efficient, professional, helpful and, since our event want slightly longer than expected, the breakdown crew totally indiscreet until the last guess left...I did not even know they were there until they pulled up to break down the tent and collect the other rented objects. I highly recommend Party Shack and we will definitely use them again

I found myself in the area and needed a few things for the week. The staff was so accommodating. Even though my rental did not amount to many dollars, I was treated with courtesy as if I was a big customer. I would highly recommend this rental location to anyone needing their products.

Rented a lot of pieces from this company for our wedding which was 3 hours away from where we lived. We made it clear multiple times we needed a certain drop off and pick up day and time due to the wedding being at a private residence and we had to be there when they were dropping off and picking up. The week of the wedding they said that day wasn’t possible and I had to call multiple times to get the day that was originally planned. In addition we had to pay extra money for them to pick up the rental on a Sunday which was the day after the wedding and they day we were leaving.Did not come to set up time they said they were going to be there. They were 4 hours late with no call. I had to call them multiple times. A rental table top was shattered and no one told us. We had to call them AGAIN and we had to go pick up the replacements ourselves.This contributed to one of the most stressful things for our wedding weekend.The staff setting up the rental equipment were very nice and friendly.

The day of the event was a complete success. Yolanda and her team came and turned my backyard into the dreamy baby shower I had envisioned. I along with all my guest was blown away by how amazing everything came together. The job was done in a timely manner and the pick up after was even more time efficient. I am very appreciative of the work they did and for sure will be using them again for all my future events.

I’m only giving one star because they did provide me with the things I needed with such short notice and I got a refund for the “inconvenience” but my overall experience was far from great. This was for my daughter’s first birthday party. Got the chairs and they were DISGUSTING had to wipe them down (all 15 of them). we got there and realized tables and chairs wouldn’t fit (when we were told the tables fit in smaller cars) but that was okay because we were told that the tables would be left outside for us to pick up after hours. Went back and there were no tables there. Reached out and was told another customer picked up our tables. This was literally the night before so I asked to have the tables delivered the next day and they claimed they didn’t have anyone to deliver them. So my husband had to take time out of our already hectic day (the day of the party) to go and get them. Again I appreciate the refund but I think the part that really set me off was when we went back to return the items, there seemed to be 2 cars there and it seemed like they were almost waiting and watching us! And then the cherry on top- the owner got back to me with a longggg list of why it was basically my fault or at least no fault of their own. It almost seemed like “we’ll we tried to help and stuff went wrong and that wasn’t our fault.”You can definitely say I will NEVER use this company again nor suggest it to anyone I know. Wish anyone the best of luck if you decide to book them for your event

This place is great, my parents use them all the time for their events and I ended up using them for my house wedding. They were sssoooo nice enough to delivery all the rental equipment I needed (even when it was raining outside). They also came and picked up the equipment after the party so we didn’t have to drop it off. They have every and anything you need for any party. I truly couldn’t have brought my wedding to life without them...Thank you sooooo much!!

I had to put together a sweet sixteen party for my baby girl. I had no idea where to start and how to finish. I met with Clarissa and her team and they helped me plan the party from start to finish. We rented tablecloth, chair covers, sashes, plate ware and glassware. They provided lighting, DJ and the best Spanish food from chef Riera. They also provided waiters and a bar. My baby girl was so happy and they did an amazing job within my budget. These girls are a class act and I'm definitely going to use them again.
