Place just opened recently and it's already a dump. Carts of stock in every aisle unstocked shelves and one line open with long lines. Dollar General should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen.

Stock was somewhat low, but it was right at the peak building up to a storm. I'm not a local I was vacationing in the Poconos. It had what we needed and for a reasonable price. Staff was very polite as were other shoppers who let us go first since we had a few items and they had fill carts. Overall experience was good would reccomend for something needed quickly.

The store has come a long from where it began. At first it was disorganized and hard to get products and move thru the store. A gentle man that's works there now I think the manager or asst manager has really improved the other all appearance and functionality of the store. Besides all of that, him and the other employees are a pleasure to speak to and are helpful and friendly.

I went in to Dollar General today it is June 07, 2021 I just wanna say how nice the store is starting to look and I wanna to give a shout out to Ashley and Cassie and their boss for doing an amazing job getting the store back together.. very nice young ladies and keep up the amazing job yall doing. Forgive me if I put the wrong name.. I did let them know of the good job they are doing to make the store more better.

I think that it’s disgusting that customers can come in and harass good workers that try to make this a cleaner better place with no help and respect from management. Watched a whole entire man verbally assault female worker. Female manager had a horrible attitude with no resolution.

This store is less than two minutes from my house. I shop here to avoid large stores and a majority of the time it’s clean and organized. I have not had an issue with any of the employees including the manager Jim. Jim has always greet customers and ask if you need help. When you check out at the register, the employees ask if you found what you needed. The only time this store is trashed, cluttered or looted look; it is on weekends or holidays when the tourist come out here and trash stores. This store has a variety of things and always has food stocked. Most items are under the proper label and yes they are under staff. But they do hold the store down at their ability they are only human.

Yesterday and today the Store is looking alot better!! You could never get down half the isles in this store because 2-3 cages of merchandise in each isle today there was barely any cages throughout the store and if so you could actually get around and down every isle. The new manager Jim is doing an excellent job!!

It's a shame that this beautiful store is trashed daily and it seems most workers just don't care. 4 miles down the road is the other dollar General and it's always stocked and pristine.. this morning seen 3 workers moving like turtles and one was coughing and not even wearing a mask. Needless to say I left quick.

I give 3 stars only because honestly the employees working here are always all so great here.. However, the store itself can honestly use some improvements.. Like for example everything is always very cluttered here. Not to mention they literally have water leaking in thru parts of the ceiling thru out the store with buckets catching the water coming in from the snow & ice... Also they run outta a lot of things here, & I've been told it's mainly because everything is usually sitting in all the boxes u see waiting 2b restocked in all the aisles you try & walk up & down thru out the entire store. After talking with multiple diff employees its obvioys that they really need to hire more ppl so their poor overworked employees can actually help the customers instead of emptying buckets of water & restocking shelves when ppl are waiting 2b checked out.

Place was in disarray, food is outdated., milk was expired, unsafe to walk around because there are empty boxes and carts blocking the aisles, and under staff. But the cashiers are awesome. At the beginning this was the place to go to, now its unsafe

I know help is hard to find right now, but dang this store was a MESS!!! Shelves in disarray, stock stacked all over the place... Kinda felt like a rummage sale... And it's not just this location!! Pay more money and hire more people! You're going to lose mad business keeping your stores in this shape!

My son got sick in the car so I stopped to see if I could get a quick change of clothes, I didn't expect a huge selection but there was practically nothing and whatever they did have was short sleeves and shorts, it's November, nothing with atleast long pants? And the store was a MESS.

The store is terrible!!! The manager doesn’t wear a mask , like he’s above everyone else and doesn’t have to wear it ... and the store as of recently started to look a tiny bit better but not much... still can’t get to certain things I want ... the line is always long ... Just a few reasons I stopped shopping here and always go to family dollar now!!!

Needs more staff for sure. Too much stock not getting attended to because of not enough help. Its ashame they are close to us, and I elect to stop at other DG'S because of store congestion and under staffing.

Well for it being a brand new store, I dont like it. It is messy inside from the isles all the way to the check out cash register. The prices are normal. I personally cant think or shop when it's that messy an things everywhere.

A lot of improvements have been made recently. I was able to find the items I wanted. The store is now much neater and cleaner.

This place is ALWAYS HORRIBLE!!! you can't find anything because they have carts full of merchandise all over the place blocking aisle, it's a mess in here, your better off going the dollar general on 611, or family dollar.

Tobyhanna Dollar general they fired my two best workers for one taken vacation and one for compensating customer with a $10 discount after customer was being disrespectful and annoying and the worker as a supervisor should have authority to override an item that is out of season post
