Myself and kids order food few days a week usually super good and super good service however as of late several orders have not been complete some with several missing items. Today we ordered curbside received order thought bag felt light, happy I looked inside before getting home because appetizer sampler and all sauces including sauces we paid extra for entire order. Talked with an employee within 10 minutes I received missing items curbside very kindly and apologetically. So happy I wasn’t a C U Next Tuesday about it lololol I might have been had I investigated further because after arriving home not one of the several hot dogs ordered was made correctly. Ugh! Sheetz order preparer person today is your lucky day! You don’t want me to unleash my C U Next Tuesday side trust me on that so get it together or else.lololI let you slide long enough!

Ordered 3 tacos grande today it's Christmas Eve I get home and I get 3 broken shells with a teaspoon of beef no lettuce no cheese no sour cream and no pico. How can you not tell the difference from a shell with no meat and taco grande. The worker was hugely overweight and on her phone no wonder she didn't make them right she didn't care. I filled a complaint with the main office. I hope this person gets fired. I won't even go there to buy cigs again sheets is dead too me .. don't hire lazy losers

This was my first Sheetz experience on a road trip through Pennsylvania. Sheetz is awesome!Loved the seasonal caramel apple shake and ordering via the kiosk.

When your system malfunctions you should have a better way of handling the issue without have to "refund" the money and charge the customers card a 2nd time. Leaving them without the money to having to pay again and leaving them wait 7 - 10 days for a refund.

Wonderful food although expect to wait. Sadly, I have a schedule to go with. I can't wait or receive unfriendly service for asking if my number was called for my order. They need a "Now serving display" Especially for the food items.

Sheetz, I actually have to admit in the beginning of coming to the store I was sceptical about it. However after learning there processes of the food ordering, payment before they'll begin the order.How to use the lottery machine to retrieve a voucher for a scratch ticket. Take it to a cashier for redemption instead of the actual lottery ticket itself. It's became an adventure I've enjoyed. Although ONE thing that I do miss from my town would be fresh cut Deli MEAT from our local Co Fair Store. Sorry SHEETZ!

Anna here is very nice helpful and makes my time here in the store extreamle pleasent, Thank you Sheetz for Anna!! She goes above and beyond , fantastic food and service, love it! Blows my mind I didn't even know there was still businesses that cared about customers like this still I love sheets

Waited 45 minutes for 2 milkshakes. One that wasn't even right. The lady that was ahead of us, waited longer for 2 melted milkshakes. The supervisor was nothing but rude when it was brought to her attention that we'd been waiting that long. Definitely won't order drinks from this Sheetz again.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful, service is fast, and the food is consistently great. They also have a nice selection of snacks you can't get anywhere else in town. One of my favorite places in town for snacks!

Used door dash through Titusville location, made to order didn't give me my full order called to make things right .... They knew what happened told me the order but couldnt refund my money and couldnt make things right bc they didn't have my receipt but they knew what my order was??? Dont recommend using this locations door dash service if they wont refund when they knowingly make mistakes at the location and refuse to fix it.

Stopped for gas, snacks, and wine. Not horrible but not the nicest Sheetz. The one cashier was a little bit obnoxious, I understand she couldn't ring up my wine at her register, personally I didn't see the sign saying no alcohol at this register or hey maybe I just wasn't paying attention.. I used to work at cofair and I understand that policy and that it's not her fault or decision, and how irritating it can get.But trust me, there are ways to tell somebody that other than loudly saying, "NOPE, can't do that here. I can help who's next!" Setup of store was kind of irritating and cramped too.

Very poor employees. I wear a Trump 2020 mask and there was 2 female employees there that were very disrespectful. The red wave is coming because minority of americans educated themselves. It don't matter weather you like Trump or not. Don't show everyone how uneducated your are as a public employee, because it will show.

Love this Sheetz, clean, nice people. Why do the umbrella's over the tables have holes in them, though? Punched holes in aluminum defeats the purpose of an umbrella.

This is not no Dunkin’ Donuts ,Tim Horton’s or Starbucks know what all these places have in common they are specialize in coffee! But $2.43 for x large cup of coffee how can anyone afford to live here

OK car wash...if it is open. Most times I arrive for a car wash and it's closed with cones up. WHY is that??????
