I actually used their app and ordered online. Then just picked up my stuff at the store. I can't say that I was happy 🤫. #1 All of the items that I ordered weren't available. I wasn't even notified about not going to receive them. #2 My merchandise was put on a shelf extremely higher than my height. Yet No available assistance was there for help getting it. I understand that it is New and needs work, but Customer service shouldn't be leaving this world due to COVID-19!

I once had issues with this store. However after getting to know a few of the workers. Now I completely understand how much it takes to run a store of this size. Now I'm capable of buying just about everything under the sun.

This store in Saegertown has gone down hill. Half the time I go in there any more. I can't find what I am looking for it's all sold out. The stuff it not being pushed forward so you can reach it. So I just end up leaving with out it. I have told different people that work there. This store is really going down hill. I have even moved stuff forward. For other people in the store. And someone is not doing there job keeping the floor clean at times. I hardly go there any more and I live in that town.

I love that DG has relocated and expanded their store, but I do have to say that they need to hire a bit more help. Or schedule more workers to work during specific shifts. I myself, have only ever seen 2 workers on duty at a time there, (the Titusville location) a manager and a crew member. And for the size of the store and considering their clientele they have on the daily, it just isn't enough help to keep up with cashing out and assisting customers while keeping up with stocking the shelves! There's alot of bare shelving in store even though they have enough product onsite in the backroom to keep the shelves well maintained! If it weren't for this issue, I would have given a 4-5 star review! 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🌳🌳✌🏽➡️

The workers present themselves with all professionalism I would expect from a grocery store is it as well as a kind courteous atmosphere without a second thought will help you also gives you room and courteous kindness courteously passionately stop nugget are very sweet nice patient and sweet as well as understanding if needed or whenever possible without hesitation but will also leave you alone and that you shop not making you feel rushed or uncomfortable the friendly atmosphere Faso has facilities open to the public which is always good and convenient considering most of our establishments don't besides the gas stations.. space and makes you feel comfortable if not

I love Dollar General stores. I do 85% of my families shopping at their stores. I used this store while on vacation. It was more messy and cluttered than all the other stores I shop at. The employees where not that helpful. I asked where the automotive section was and the employee acted like I was speaking another lauguage. I still love DG! Lol

One of the biggest DG's I've ever been to. Had to pick up a couple things that I forgot at home while on a mini vacation. I walked up and down 3 aisles for 15 minutes looking for personal lube, finally asked an associate and was told they are sold out. Not sure what goes on in this town that they are sold out of personal lube, and I hope I don't find out.

Wouldn't accept coupons from another Dollar General. They give $5.00 off on your next visit. They usually say they can't read the bar code and it happens more often than they work.

Floors are very crowded with unstocked items making it difficult to see shelf items and difficult to navigate store. Workers could be friendlier as well.

Customer service not so great. Myself as well as several other customers left standing in line while cashier talked and laughed with another customer who clearly was a friend for over 5 minutes.. Quite a few of the shelves were cluttered and unorganized as well.. Rather pay a little more elsewhere in the future..

This place was filthy, it looks like the floor hasn't been washed in a year... Who's the manager aren't you paying attention!!! Prices are much higher than the drug store or even Giant eagle.
