Really nice place. Staff was very accommodating. Stopped by for lunch. My wife had chicken tenders and fries. I had the bratwurst with kraut and brown mustard on a pretzel roll. Awesome! It came with fries and ketchup and pub cheese. The fries were one of the best and skip the ketchup. Go straight for the pub cheese Also great beers and wines. Definitely going back!

Took a Lyft over to Bierhaul while waiting for our car to be serviced at a nearby dealership and happened to show up for 2023 Oktoberfest! We had a great time relaxing in the airy inside area sipping beer and people watching. The property and interior spaces were larger than I expected and well decorated. Everything was decked out for Oktoberfest and there were tons of vendors and patrons alike. The draft menu was packed with local options and German pours which was awesome. Every beer we tried was excellent (there was even Russian River on draft!) We didn't try any food, and the options I saw were less German centric than I expected.Overall, had a great experience and next time we're in the area waiting for our car we will be back.

Vegetarian perspectiveFood: great vegetarian and vegan options! They even had tofu scramble on the brunch menu! What a treat. Inconsistent portion sizes....most in my group had big portions, except the person who ordered chicken and waffles. it was comical small, seemed like a kids menu size! Half a waffle and three chicken tenders....the peach caprese was also a few slices of thin mozzarella and mostly tomato, a few pieces of peach.Drinks: amazing drink menu with hard to source beers, and amazing cocktails. Wine was available too.Atmosphere: Really cool place and tons of outside seating. We had a group of 6 and for some reason were seated in a back room, and were the only group there. I saw other groups our size in the main area, with open tables, so I'm not sure why we were seated there.

I feel like the vibe was there. Our server was nice. But I don’t feel like the food was all that. I think the surf and turf nachos were the best we had(out of our whole meal). Very filling. On Tuesdays they have the deal with perogies and literally was $8 for 3 perogies. And the salmon blt just felt like it was missing something. Overall I’d go for maybe the app. And the vibes but other than that I’d pass on the food.Kid-friendliness: They did specifically say kid and dog friendly. Which I really liked.

Enjoyed the beer, specialty cocktails and food. It was a bit loud inside the bar area. Appetizers, food, drinks and servers were great. Pet friendly and family friendly!Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun activities available for kids.

This restaurant is the greatest thing to happen to this area in a long time. Everything about this place makes it an instant favorite. The food is fantastic and affordable. The booze collection is of museum quality and arranged with sophistication. I would love to keep it a secret but it would give me terrible karma. Be the first in your friend group to go and look like a genius the next time you suggest it.

Can't say enough good things about Bierhaul and the staff. We had our engagement party here at the end of September with about 90 guests and everything went splendidly. Cindy, the event coordinator, was a pleasure to work with from our first meeting to the day of the party. When the weather forecast worsened, James, the owner, brought in additional tents and heaters so our guests would be able to comfortably utilize the outdoor patio area. The food and drinks were delicious and the bartenders were superb. Don't hesitate about choosing this venue for your next event!

I’ve been to BierHaul twice now - once for a private party with buffet upstairs and another time for a regular visit downstairs. Both experiences were terrific! The food is delicious, and the service is great. It’s an ideal spot for celebrating or hanging out with friends.Parking: It’s a more rustic, gravel lot.

This is a GREAT spot hidden in the back roads, not too far off of Route 1. The beer selection is top-notch and really has something for everyone. Many places tout themselves as a place with a great selection, but they really just have a ton of trendy hazys, some IPAs , and one or two other styles that are mediocre at best. BierHaul has a great selection of local beers as well as other well-known breweries across the country. Our service and the atmosphere are great. It's the perfect amount of attentiveness, but also enjoy what we have to offer with your family or friends. They can accommodate families, and there is some outdoor space to let the kids get some energy out away from the tables. My only ding is the food, great options for food, but honestly, the food I tried lacked flavor. 2 of us at the table ordered the mussels, and neither broth had much to it. I personally had the Fra Diavolo, and it lacked any spice and far from spicy. On a positive note, the mussels were huge and open. We also shared brussel sprouts, which were good, but a little small for 4 people. They were well cooked and glazed. I think if you work on the food, then the whole experience will exceed expectations.Parking: Parking is great, huge lot. There are tons of spaces, but I think as the lot creates a need for a 3 row, which is created in the middle that some assistance would help. If the two cars on either side of the car parked in front of me hadn't left, I wouldn't have been able to get out.Wheelchair accessibility: The accessible parking is literally next to the main entrance. They have wide pathways and large single bathrooms.

Great atmosphere and great beer selection. Outdoor seating is in a beautiful setting. Party of 6, no rez, and we got seated right away on a Sunday brunch. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty.Parking: Right across the street. Well-maintained property. You must cross a two-lane road to access the restaurant, but it's pretty quiet as far as traffic.Kid-friendliness: Large lawn above the outdoor seating area. Kids were up there playing while the parents enjoyed dessert.

I’m not including things that are solely due to there (very) recent opening in the decision to give them three stars. That being said, they can definitely make some improvements. They have a pretty small beer list for a place with beer in their name. I had their house lager and it was ok. Their food menu was small as well but that’s less of an issue if they were going for more tavern, less restaurant. The food was just ok. The burger was bland and lacking any specialness. The fries were undercooked and floppy. The soft pretzel was very good, but the cheese they served it with was curdled. It’s also very loud. It has a big open ceiling but for some reason that didn’t help. The music was very loud as well, trying to combat for most annoying over the people yelling at each other. The waitresses seem very new but also very nice. There are a ton of windows and a nice outdoor area which are a plus. Stage building itself is really cool.I’ll try it again in a month or two when they have time to get their act together.

Pizza and Maine brewing co beer on tap? What could be better?! I have been here twice, first time just a couple beers and second time I met my PA friends. I had the veggie pizza which was delicious and the curry cauliflower soup on special was awesome. My one friend likes the hazy ipas, and my other friend loves sours, especially the Imprint Brewing. I love West coast style beers so the west coast pilsner was good, and the Maine Another One was awesome!! They liked their food for the most part but the fish and chips maybe could be better my one friend said. I was impressed with the pizza. Great atmosphere, love the TVs plus outdoor areas are packed on nice weather days. Plus the bar is open late! I love that. Cheers from a NJ resident (easy to get to, Commodore Barry Bridge and straight up 322)!Vegetarian options: Curry Cauliflower soup and the veggie pizza is bangin!!

I felt a relaxed and friendly atmosphere immediately upon walking in, and that continued all the way through the meal. We were part of a large group for a workplace holiday luncheon so we had two servers. Both guys were super patient, kind, helpful, and efficient. Unfortunately I didn't get their names to give them a well-earned shout-out. The table ordered cheese curds and dry-rub wings as an appetizer and both were excellent. The breading on the curds was nicely flavored and just the right amount of salt. The wings were big, well-seasoned, and SO tender. I ordered the cheese-steak Rueben with fries, and it was DELICIOUS. The perfect balance of savory, tangy, and rich, and the pretzel roll tasted like it had a buttery eggwash on the outside, making it crisp and flavorful while the inside was soft. The fries had a tasty seasoning and weren't remotely greasy or over-salted. Definitely worth another visit.

I’ve been meaning to check out Bierhaul since it opened. Finally made it in and I’m kicking myself for not going sooner! I neverrrr write reviews but truly believe Bierhaul deserves a 5 star review and I’m sure they’d like to hear that! So here goes. My aunt, me and my toddler went for Sunday lunch, I invited my aunt to join after I saw Fried Green tomatoes on the menu- one of her favorites. We started with that and two old fashioned cocktails. The drinks were phenomenal. Perfect OF in my opinion. We both agreed it was the best fried green tomatoes dish we’ve ever had. We went on to order the charcuterie board and truffle parm wings (? If I remember the flavor correctly). Everything was excellent! We couldn’t stop saying how happy we were to be there. Next time we’ll get a babysitter and post up at the bar by the fire 😉. You guys have a great thing going on there. Keep it up! We will be back, especially for patio weather!!Oh and our server was awesome too! Wish I caught her name

Such an awesome spot. Bring your kids, they can run around outside out of the way and have a blast with other kids. The food is wonderful, so fresh. Drinks are awesome as well. Well crafted and balanced. For all the gluten free folks, their gluten free dough is probably one of the best you will taste, it has great texture and will absolutely make you ask your server if its actually gluten free :)

Beer sections are amazing; you can’t find a better beer list in Delaware County. The service is always great and the outside patio is family friendly.Live music is a nice compliment.

Great beer selection and good food. James and co know what they are doing and it shows in the early open. The Mexican Corn "ribs" and the lobster grilled cheese were two highlights, along with a great staff. Looking forward to many repeat visits.

I want to love Bierhaul. We went a ton over the summer but tonight was awful. They served two three year olds RAW chicken fingers. Not undercooked, completely raw. Thank goodness we cut it up for them to check the temp before serving and much to our surprise the chicken was raw. When we told the manager, his reaction was “it’s not my fault…” 🤔 Our server, whose actual fault it was not, was lovely. They ended up comping part of the bill but this was unacceptable.

This place is very disappointingVery nice property and establishment and a lot of potential. Unfortunately, whoever is running the place has no idea what they’re doing. The service is terribleThe management is terrible and immatureApparently, they also try to keep tabs on their customers and what they’re driving…… very scary!I would recommend going to McDonald’s before I would go to this place againOh and wait for it….. the classic denial from the establishment patsy that somehow in a nice way it is or was me and how it’s not them? When an establishment comments on your bad review instead of addressing their issues chooses to attack a customers opinion and then comments about your car but says don’t come back because you pointed out their failures….. for the 3rd time/try but the fact they knew what I was driving?Creepy!I feel like my privacy was violated in a way….. like really…. You’re tracking what I drive?

We went there with our 2 Great Danes and had a wonderful experience! My sister also brought her kids, one of which has Autism and its really hard to find places that he is comfortable but he did great here! Our waitress Lily was fantastic!!! We met one of the owners James who was so nice and took the time to talk with us. Food was yummy and beers were cold and delish! Overall fantastic experience!
