This store is under-staffed. The place is never very clean. Everything else is very typical of any Wawa. This location I feel seems usually busier than other Wawas which is why it feels understaffed. They have a self check out but it's easy for it to need assistance from an employee which is why it's usually faster to wait in a long line than wait for an employee assistance at self check out plus you can't use Wawa rewards at self check in which I think kinda sucks but that's they same at all Wawas.

Love this location and the majority of the staff. The general manager is great and I have become a regular because of the great service this location provides. That being said the assistant general manager has on multiple occasions including my visit today berated both customers and staff. This individual is not representative of this store but I sincerely hope someone addresses this behavior.

It’s three in the morning. I’d just spent twelve hours in the hospital and my entire body and soul screamed in inutterable agony. I cannot describe to you in mere words the absolute depths of exhaustion the day had just visited upon my soul. It’s three in the morning and I’m on the road. McDonalds was closed. Burger King was foreclosed. Checkers was boarded up and possibly beset by scrappers.Like a shining lighthouse amidst the tempest of fate, Wawa shone to me in my hour of need. I threw myself upon its shore and was rewarded with possibly the best 3AM hoagie I’ve ever had in my life. Thanks Wawa. You’ve got a loyal customer in me.

I called Manager after Uber Eats dropped the ball. Im with brother who is on hospice in VA hospital. She apologized for the mixup which wasn't her fault and promptly remedied the issue and with true caring she told me sorry for what I'm going thru. I truly appreciate her and how she handled.

1 cashier ... long line...usual these days...but unknown to me....plastic bags are 35 cents each now, which I was told AFTER my purchase of 8 items.Wasn't holding up line to get my cc out again to charge 70 cents.So as it was raining out...I had soaking wet groceries on my seat as well as my cold wet soggy sandwich when I got home.

Food always has an off taste from this location. Probably poor temp control on their food cases. Absolutely will never eat from their again. Quesdadilla were a watery disgusting mess.

Who ever the lady is the head manager that’s there in the AM like 7am is rude as hell. I made a mistake at checkout and she was just so rude about it I didn’t mean to do it. But the other lady with the mask was a sweetheart.

This Wawa is always right on. Coffee are always fresh, counter are always full, everys staff in this Wawa helps each other. When they have low costumer they are always doing something. And when they are full everyone helps each other.Wawa has a saying " start your morning with Wawa" yes Wawa is great. But not the Wawa at 3025 Lincoln Hwy pathetic. I have to drive an extra mile just to get my FRESH Wawa Coffee. It's what it's.

Out of the four wawa's in the one mile radius surrounding my home, this is the one chose everytime, hands down. Especially when speed and the accuracy of my order is of high importance. There is plenty of parking, the store wasn't finished being built till 2021 so it's shiny and brand spanking new. Very clean and abides to all the new vivid requirements. Curbside service available. Staff is kind and friendly and rarely seem overwhelmed or lacking of information pertaining to the store. All in all, always a good if not great experience.

I would like to thank Wawa and their amazing employees. Around 1am this morning, after struggling all night to get to sleep, due to an awful case of heart burn, I drove down the street to see if wawa might be open. You were open and had exactly what I needed! Anyone with bad heartburn/acid reflux knows it’s impossible to sleep if you have a bad attack. I have to get up early for work and you allowed me at least a few hours I wouldn’t have had otherwise. The woman working the register was extremely polite and helpful. On top of the great service I noticed the steps that have been taken to keep employees and costumers safe during this crisis. I cannot thank you enough. You all are absolutely essential in my book!

I stopped here last week and there was a simply mistake with my order. I understand that mistakes happen. What i wasn't expecting was how quickly and willing they were to correct this issue. This has completely turned my opinion around of this location and is a excellent representation on Wawa as a company.

Amazing. Handled the Christmas rush so incredibly. These are hardworking and kind employees. Love this store, love the people here. So many kudos to them for working so incredibly hard on the holidays!

Today is not their day for food. I got a ham melt bagel and it had about 6 tablespoons of mustard all over it on every layer. Each side had at least 3tbl of mustard. I tried to wipe it off but ended up throwing it away. Then the hash down was mushy, threw that away too and the coffee was luke warm, so I put that in the microwave when I got to work.

ATM inside store ripped me off $40 and upon speaking to others I found out that they have also been ripped off at the ATM machine inside this store. One being $800 that was debited off an unemployment card but only $300 came out of the machine. A $500 loss. The employees at the store acted like they were mad at me for asking who to call to get my money refunded.

From what I hear, this Wawa is tentatively scheduled for an opening early in the second week of August. Everything else surrounding this (like the Exxon across the street) closes at 10, which is annoying, so this is a welcome addition to the area.

It's a wawa it provides you with the classic wawa experience of good food good drinks and snacks and good service
