Typical Wawa except now as clean.Decent super Wawa with all your typical Wawa needs. Nice staff, simply organized like all the other Wawas, and overpriced convenience items.The only difference from this Wawa to other Wawas is that this one was especially dirty. The bathroom was not pleasant.

A huge shout out to Marcus at the coffee bar. Every day you greet everyone including me with a smile and a “Good morning, how are you?” You seem to know everyone that comes in and they love you. You work very hard and it shows. That is why I choose THIS Wawa instead of the one down the road. Because of Marcus. He is part of the local flavor and Wawa is lucky to have such a hardworking sweet man. I’ve grown up to a seasoned age stopping for my morning coffee and could go to a Dunkin or Starbucks, but as long as Marcus is at this Wawa, I need that smile and hello to start the day. He is the star of the staff among several at this location. Some sweet ladies there too. But Marcus makes it feel like home. If you see him he will be working with a smile and making sure you have a good morning. In my community, Marcus is a pillar.

I placed an online order, my coffee was made wrong, my sandwich and chips weren’t together in a bag for pickup on the racks, stood around for over 10 minutes until someone asked if I was waiting on something and said if it’s not on the rack ask a cashier, the cashier attempted to ring up my sandwich, which was paid for! Then another associate said apparently we are a hit mess today. I said I’m gonna grab the chips I paid for too on the order and the same associate said I was not aware of chips. I get back to work and they did not give me the correct sandwich! This was absolutely ridiculous for $20 on 3 items and nothing to be correct! I will never shop at this Wawa again!

My daughter busted her toe open trying to open the door (it wasn’t store’s fault) but Rebecca was so kind and offered first aid immediately and an incident report. She was very caring and empathetic. A great kind of employee to have we are grateful for her fast acting and providing first aid!

This wawa is pathetic. Every time i go it takes way longer than it should to get an order. They forget most of the time. The people making the sandwiches have no respect and make the food sloppy and incorrect. Stay away form this wawa. There is one right down the street a few blocks that is better

Love Wawa! It is the freshest, cleanest, most versatile convenience store from a corporate standpoint. Each store may be a bit different but overall you will not find a better store. Prices are average for convenience stores and they do have sales and special pricing. Their made to order sandwiches, hoagies, soups, and hot foods like mac n cheese are delicious and better than most restaurants. Coffee is ALWAYS fresh and counters clean.. Can't beat the friendly staff either! You won't be disappointed.

I went in tonight to use the Mac machine and it "froze up" and said "out of service"! WTH?? My card was stuck halfway in and halfway out! I asked the clerk for help and she was rude and useless saying that's the banks issue. Not so! Then a clerk from the deli came over to help and he got my card out!!! Kudo's to him for going above and beyond his duty!!!

Ordered a meatball sandwich, classic roll. They gave me wheat bread. Sandwich was soggy! Maybe the two girls behind the deli should stop talking and pay attention! Next time I'll go to the one down the road.

Unfortunately this is the only Wawa close enough to work for me to run out to grab a quick sandwich or (this time of year) a Gobbler bowl.More than not, my order is messed up. Unripe tomatoes, stuff missing from my sandwich, stuff on my sandwich I did not order etc.I get it this place is busy, but there should be no reason for the number of times I've ordered a Gobbler bowl: Half Mashed Potatoes, half stuffing, roast turkey, cranberry sauce. Simple right? On the ticket right? Not in my bag, I double check for cranberry sauce every time I order now.Another time I order a shorti from THEIR favorites menu: Turkey, Cheese, Jalapenos, Light Horse Radish Sauce on the roll topped with lettuce. They forgot the jalapenos that time.Do I keep going here? Sure. Why? It's Wawa, they're generally pretty quick to get you in and out.Lets face it though, Wawa just isn't what it used to be. Once upon a time there was care taken in your order. I think now there are entirely too many options which could be throwing the employees off.

The two (black) gentlemen behind the deli/food service station between 8pm and 9pm this evening were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure immaculate customer service and a delightful (as always) experience. I appreciated their speedy and knowledgeable answers to some concerns I had and felt the need to give a review as these are the types of employees that deserve acclamation for going above and beyond their normal task duties. Hats off to you guys! Thanks for a great dinner!

My fountain soda tasted like lemon pine sol. I asked the cashier if they just cleaned the soda machine. She said yes with a big smile. I told her and she told the manager. Hoping they clean it again

good location has wide variety of milk shakes and everything else. Service is typically really nice and i usually leave really happy there hoagies are amazing. The manager mike is really awesome and everytime i see him he is right there helping staff do there job. I have had a few occurences with rude staff but very few times compared to some places.

Was in on 1/28 around 4pm. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the deli. They never called my order. And when I told them that, they seemed to have an issue making my order. I will be in to get the names later if I feel like it. Never will get my money again.

Don't order any food from this wawa... the chicken sandwich was cold cheese not melted. The kids making the food are joking around having fun not paying attention to their jobsWorst wawa experience i ever had!!!

Love going here for coffee, gas, cigarettes and food. Their sandwiches are good and full of meat. I like most of the soups too. Bathrooms are usually fairly clean.

the utter disrespect I received from the cashier was unacceptable. The customer is always right and to be told that an item that was blatantly not what I asked for was the right item repeatedly until I left is not okay. Will never spend my money here again. I would give 0 stars if it were possible, you should really look into hiring staff that actually listen to their customers instead of giving them attitude.

I had a really bad customer service experience at this WAWA location. It was bad enough I notified the corporate office. My complaint was ignored and the company did not seem to care about the way I was negatively treated. Complete failure.

I love wawa so much! But unfortunately I just contracted an extremely disgusting case of food poisoning after eating a hoagie from this location. I was sick for two days. Please make sure to wear gloves and wash hands. I will still be coming by to buy food!
