Thanks to the Tails of The Free rescue and PetValu, we found and fell in love with our third furbaby. I wouldn't have traded him for the world and have no idea how someone could have gotten rid of him. He makes us so happy.

I am kind of a regular there, they have a great selection of natural dog food and treats (for cats also). The store brand is what we use for our Bella (Chocolate Lab), most of the products are from the Canada or the US. I visit the store at least once a week (Thorndale and Parksburg PA locations) they have wash booths and a club card kind of thing, you spend money and get points that are worth money, its cool I have over 2k in points, stop in and check them out, the staff is pretty good at what they do.

Fantastic staff, they are really great people. My dog pooped all over the place; it was so embarrassing. They cleaned it up and made us feel like it was no big deal. Reasonable prices, great selection, would love to see more chew items produced with material only from the United States. Some of the language is so slippery...

Super nice staff. Went there instead of going to petsmart, unfortunately didnt have the dog food that I normally buy. Ended up switching food brand to something similar from a recommendation of an employee, and both my dogs love it and I've been buying it from there ever since. It was cheaper than what I've been buying, and just as good. So happy with my buy and the knowledge of the staff here.

Fantastic place to wash your dog and get anything else it might need. They also have cat supplies, and fish supplies too. The staff is always willing to go out of their way to make sure you are happy!

Excellent pet store with a great staff. We routine come here for doggie baths. The staff is incredible helpful and accommodating. Even though pet valu has other stores it doesn't feel like a chain.

I'm so sad this chain is going out of business! The customer associate was so helpful in choosing the size coat for my dog! There are no returns so if I purchased the "S" size it would have been too small. That personal touch will be missed!

Very clean, beautiful store. Excellent selection of various items (including supplies and toys for rats, which are difficult to find sometimes). When I walked in I saw a pit bull being shampooed and groomed and she looked very pleased. They have a nice grooming section and plenty of variety of foods and cleaning supplies for cats and dogs as well as small animals. The section for birds seemed a little small but avian friends were still represented which I count as a plus. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and I signed up for the rewards program with her help, very easy application process. All in all extremely pleased and I will be going here instead of Petsmart or Petco in the future (especially because they carry the triangle Oxbow rat food; my rats hate the cylindrical shaped ones which are all you can get at Petco). 5/5.

This little Pet Valu is a hidden gem. The staff is helpful and very very friendly to people and their pets. I take my dog to the dog wash here because it's usually warmer than the one in Exton. She's a chilly chihuahua. We also buy sweaters and tshirts here for her. Decent selection of leashes, collars, healthy pet food, and other pet supplies.

I'm a frequent flyer of this place because my 5 animals go through food pretty quickly. They all love the performatrin offered at pet valu. Staff is always super friendly, store is clean, and they have the good kind of treats and toys that are healthy for your pet and won't hurt them (like rawhide. Ew.). Will always choose pet valu!

Typical selection from a pet store. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. They have dog grooming areas at a decent peives (DIY) and cats up for adoption that are fun guests to visit.

Great spot to bathe the dog! No bending over the tub, shampoo, conditioner, towels, dryers all supplied for $10! Very friendly staff!
