We just moved to town and I came across this store while checking stores in the area. I needed to switch my dogs food and they were so helpful. They were knowledgeable about specific brands to meet my dogs needs. Love the atmosphere in the store.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We visited this location for the self-serve pet washing area. We purchased a 5-pack for our two dogs and the staff took time to walk us though the process. We will definitely come back, especially since we have three punches left on our card!Fall 2023 update: dog washing is still available, but what was previously $25 for five washes is now $40. Same amenities, for more! Staff is still helpful and friendly, and the stock of items is very vast for a store of this size.

Great location for all sorts of pet needs. It's always clean and well-stocked, and the employees have always been very pleasant when I've interacted with them. I go here every time I need to buy anything for my special needs animals because I know they'll always have it!

I've been coming here for several years for cat related stuff. Mostly kitty food. Staff is always offering to help if I need it. To be honest I really don't because I know exactly what I'm getting and where to get it. They seem to do a pretty good job of keeping the shelves stocked.

LOVE this store! Large variety of food, treats, toys & other pet needs all reasonably priced. Staff very friendly & helpful. Conveniently located near grocery & other stores. I moved to the Downingtown area 10 months ago and stopped in to Pet Supplies Plus just to have a look...haven't shopped anywhere else for my cat since!

Lots of stuff for my kitties. Plus they usually have kitties for adoption. So cute! Staff is very helpful. Plus if you sign up you can get 10% coupons almost monthly! Definitely helps me out, having 5 cats!

Great breakfast, unusual items. Husband had C-Mac, loved it. I had French special with scrapple. Both were delicious. Our server Drew was very attentive and friendly as well as the other staff. Food came out fast and hot. THIS is our new breakfast go to place when we’re in town.

Every time I’ve needed something for my pets the staff here have been incredible. Can’t say enough good things about all the people. The store is usually stocked with anything you would need. They even gave my dogs a few treats the few times I’ve taken them to the store. All in all a great place to shop.

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with what I saw while shopping. Employees being very rude and disrespectful to a customer. Cursing at the counter to the customer. Over all very upsetting. I hope the employee gets some anger management help or something. Very disappointed with their employers. I couldn’t catch the employees name BUT she has green/blue hair.

Love the self-serve dog wash stations. The stations are affordable and professional grade, making them easy to use. Deer antlers are also much cheaper than the other pet store chains, with more sizes available. Always a pleasure to stop in here.

It's a small store. It's near the hallmark store and giant. They had very thing we needed. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk and I did the initial treatments of peroxide, baking soda, soap at home. Later that day, I took him to pet supply plus for a regular bath. I asked the guy at the front if they had any shampoo that would help get rid of and residual smell. He looked at me like he was completely disgusted and told me I couldn’t bathe my dog there because of the skunk smell. I totally get it if this is there policy but I honestly didn’t think my dog smelled that bad anymore, as I had already treated him at home. The man was so rude about it and acted like I was insane and my dog disgusting. I was already having a really stressful day and he made me feel 1000 times worse. I bought skunk treatment there and asked if I could bring my dog back after the treatment, and he was like “I don’t know when you can bring him back here.” Again very condescending and not at all helpful. I wish he had been kinder and more compassionate

We went on a Sunday and it was quiet your supposed to schedule dog wash on weekends but I didn’t and was able to get in at the time I went due to no appointments scheduled. Discounts took price down thanks to employee we will be using again. Most affordable place for self service dog wash

Their in house "kibble" dogfood they sell is awesome for any ages. Great place, nice people and a good atmosphere. I'm constantly buying the round meat sticks 10 to 20lb.

They closed all the baths for hours because an influencer was there with an unfriendly cat. The staff was kind about it but its still very annoying, I feel like the influencer should have been asked to leave if her animal was a problem

Aisles are small, and when trying to stock, the boxes take up a lot of room, hard to see things on bottom shelf, however, the staff was friendly, and they had what I needed- plus it was cheaper than Amazon! Cashier was also kind enough to offer to carry the big bag of dog food to the car.

Pet Supplies is the best. They've got everything I need - food, treats, grooming supplies, you name it! They have great sales & if I can't get to their store to pick up what I need, they deliver which is a wonderful service. I'm very happy to support this great local business rather than the "big box" stores! Try them - you won't be disappointed!!
