BEWARE! Would NOT recommend even to my worst enemy!If you are going to use this company you're making a mistake. My mother purchased a runner for her stairs in November 2023. Terry came to install and made a mess, used way to many staples and spent a lot of time practicing to use the staple gun leaving a ton of staples outside on the porch (see picture). Terry had return 2 more times having to install new carpet each time, and still doing it wrong. It was crooked, horrible seams, and it went onto the wall at the end of the hallway. My mom contacted the store each time and they gave her a $100 credit to use in the store... Please Dominick explain how giving her a credit helped in this situation (actually don't bother explaining)... My mom sent pictures and called basically once a week to ask them to come fix it. Finally frustrated and upset, she let them know that I would in fact be writing a review.. it was only then that Ramzi (the head installer) came out, and his immediate reaction was "oh this is bad".... well DUH! The store had to reorder the carpet again! It took them a week, and then my mom STILL had to call them back asking where they were because they told her they'd show up on a Wednesday and they no called/ no showed her. I mean honestly Lomax... how disrespectful of your customer's time and money. The carpet has finally been fixed.. as of the end January....you're better off going ANYWHERE else.Now I will say, every person who walked into my mother's home was very nice to her, so the people who work there are kind individuals, but you all completely missed the mark on this.

Great experience! Steve Keech helped us pick an awesome area rug. Very friendly and patient; didn’t stand over us or pressure us to purchase. Great guy! Ash also gets an honorable mention. We had a nice conversation about music at the desk while Steve checked us out. Good crew at this place! 🤩

We needed an area rug for the living room and before buying a mystery rug online, we tried the new Lomax in Thorndale. The place was awesome and had a HUGE selection. The employees were all nice and Steve Keech was amazing! Helped us talk through our faves without any pushing at all and carried it to the car for us. The prices were comparable to online so if you want to see it before you buy it, head on over! We'll be back for all our flooring needs in the future!

This was my first time purchasing carpet from this store and I could not have been more pleased! Steve Keech was wonderful to work with. He was dedicated and persistent with getting the job done in the very quick timeframe that I needed. I picked out the carpet one night, Steve came out the next day to measure and the carpet was installed the next week! The crew that came was kind and courteous. It looks beautiful! They get the job done right! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Lomax has a great selection of rugs. The sales team is very helpful. And the time from purchase to install is very quick. Prices are very reasonable. I have bought several wall to wall rugs and an area rug, and 2 remnants.

From start to finish Lomax was excellent to deal with. They had so many nice products to choose from that we were very impressed with everything. Crystal was awesome to deal with and so was the rest of the staff. The installer Jonathan and his crew were very professional and did a great job. Sam was always there for us as well. Steve was extremely knowledgeable of the products and the color tones I was interested in which helped eliminate such a broad spectrum of choices. I expressed I have six dogs and need a durable product. I mostly appreciated the low pressure aspect and being left to consider my choices without being pursued by a pushy salesperson.

Walked in on a whim and am so glad. Great place with a HUGE selection of flooring competitively priced. Carpeted the master bedroom and so happy with the results, we are doing two more rooms. Needed a 15 foot wide carpet to avoid a seam (my choice) and Lomax had a much better selection than other stores at a better price. What we saved by purchasing an in store carpet more than paid for upgraded under padding (get the Monster padding…it’s amazing). The sales associate, Steve Keech, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. As a matter of fact, everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Terrence laid the carpeting and did a great job. It was apparent that much of the staff had pretty extensive experience in the flooring business. Very pleased with the whole purchase and would definitely recommend the store.

Kudos to Dominic (store manager) for following through to deliver quality product and service. He intervened to make sure I was happy when service and product fell short of what I expected.Avoid Ed if you can, the self-proclaimed manager. Ed is over-confident and made this transaction more difficult than necessary.

I would highly recommend.I was so unsure what style I wanted for my master bathroom, bathroom and bedroom remodel.I worked with SAM , and she went well above and beyond to help me pick out designs and spent a lot of time with me throughout the whole process. It made the whole experience enjoyable.It was a pleasure to work with Sam and definitely would recommend any friends or family to shop at Lomax…. Steve was incredibly helpful with the flooring for our basement. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us many options that fit our needs perfectly. He had many opportunities to upsell us to something that would not have fit the job but instead chose to guide us to exactly what we needed. He was honest while steering us to high quality product for the job we were doing.He thoroughly - but simply - explained the differences in the multitude of options we had and was accommodating with every decision we made, never attempting to push us to something that didn't make sense for our vision.We're extremely happy with the finished product and will turn to Steve first for any project in the future.

I had an EXCELLENT experience purchasing carpets at Lomax/Thorndale! Terry McGovern worked with me selecting a carpet as I didn't know much about them. Then they sent out a guy to measure the house the next day, and came up with an estimate the same day! I believe I got a great deal with Mohawk carpets, at a reasonable price! They are just beautiful, soft and apparently won't stain! They were actually the same price as other carpets I priced at another supplier which were MUCH less quality. Highly recommend Lomax Thorndale.
