On Apr 6 around 3 or 4pm, the lady in the back at CS was anything but CS. Ignored me and took the lady behind me first? Probably unloved at home.What a miserable sack of existence.On the up side, the African American woman at Jewlery was super nice and helpful. She directed me where to go with genuine kindness and not just put on a fake smile.

Really dirty store. I've been to Kohl's over the years in many places, but this one is so sloppy, and the dressing rooms are filty and dusty. Meanwhile. There are a plethora of staff standing around chatting, but not straightening up or cleaning. The hardest working people are at the returns/Amazon returns counter, and they let you know it by openly complaining. The only plus are the sales and discounts. Photos are the brief time I spent in the dressing room, dodging dust bunnies and standing below the edges of trim with a half inch of thick dust on it. I decided it was easier (and cleaner!) to try things at home and return what didn't work out. Disappointing!

Talking about this Kohls, I'm always a fan of Kohl's shopping. This location has some good shopping places near to it like Giant, Papa John's Pizza, Domino's Pizza, Applebee's , so you can spend some time at other shops when you plan to shop. Now, coming to the shopping option within the store, they always carry a good collection of clothing for the entire family. The staff is usually friendly come on that is Apple amount of parking available within the shopping center. Year around, they replenish the stock, which makes it easier for us to buy several varieties of seasonal clothing. The store also takes Amazon returns.

I go there for my Amazon returns. While I was there, I was intrigued by all of the clothes in the men’s department. They had what I needed. I signed up as a member, and the Kohls cash has come in handy. I’m now a customer and plan on buying more to replace my worn wardrobe.

Easy parking. Great friendly customer service. Quick with item pick up. Masks. Gloves. Dividers. All stay safe store. Great way to be. Shows their concern for you and themselves the way we should all be now. Weather vaccined or not. Safety first. With care for others. Easy on line ordering with those discounts includes. Really enjoy this kohl's the staff is very pleasant and courteous. When they left a sale price up longer then it should have been when I inquired about it they without asking said "we would be happy to honor that price for you because we should have removed the tag before opening the store this morning"...that was very nice of them.

This location is reselling returned items that were used and filthy. I wish I could share the photo I took of a white Columbia fleece jacket with dirt stains and cigarette burn holes all over the front and collar of the jacket. I put all of my overpriced items back and left. Gross!

This Kohl’s is probably one of my favorites! The store is clean and the merchandise is almost always organized, which makes shopping so much easier 🛍. I’ve also dealt with the customer service at this store (both Kohl’s direct for returns/order pickup and Amazon return counter), I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Sure some of the staff may not be the friendliest but I think people seem to forget how difficult retail can be (or they’ve never experienced it first hand).PSA - You never know what someone is going through.Be Kind, Have Compassion, & Show Love 💕

Love Kohls! I can always find what I need. I was in the store because after 7 years my coffee maker gave up the ghost. The store has changed their layout quite a bit. They took out the one side of check out counters and made the store more open by changing the different departments around and they have also down size their sales team. It did not detract from my overall experience.

Good store. Usually clean, and the workers are helpful. Kohls as a brand/company seems to juggle things around (including availability) so that prices coincide with sales, or not. I've bought shirts on sale and thought I got a good deal because of the Kohls Cash and discounts etc, but then a week later, the sale is off but the same shirts are then priced lower than what I paid with discounts the week before. Their sales are often confusing because of the exceptions (certain brands not on sale, even when they say everything is on sale). So I have reduced this Review by one star due to Kohls as a company rather than this particular store.

My husband and I both work long, late hours. We were in the store last night between 930 and 10:45 PM, as that is the only time that we have available to get our errands done. We were followed by every single employee in the store, who pretended they were customers shopping and pushing carts.They were intensely watching and following every move we made. While I can understand loss prevention and that theft happens, there are better ways to go about it. Perhaps next time your employees should implement excellent customer service as a tactic for loss prevention rather then making people feel uncomfortable. This was an awful experience.

I found what I wanted. Decent price. Not one employee asked me if I wanted help. Not one employee made eye contact with me until I got to the register. I spent quite some time looking for the proper size shoes while there were at least five Khols employees in the immediate vicinity. If would have been nice if someone had offered to help.

I went to this store for the first time a few days ago and found the staff rude and dismissive so I left. Then today I thought I would give it another try. I waited patiently for the sales associate in the jewelry department to finish with the lady before me. I waited as the woman finished and came around the counter, I thought to help me, but no. She packed up her things and left the floor. The store had another 45 minutes until closing. I'm not impressed with this store at all. I would give the store negative stars!

I was refused service around 8 ;30 in the return department for my Amazon by a female supervisor who told me to stand aside as she helped the customer behind me with her Amazon return.I asked her why and she said she didn't have time to do my returns.January 26 2022.KUDOS to Kohl's for helping support the community. This Kohls is the best in the area. Love the staff there. Helped me pick out stuff for my wife and daughter. Mike and Nora the managers are awesome. You can tell that they treat the staff great because the staff treats the customers great. Can't say enough good things about this particular store.

Great people running the cash registers, and very helpful people around if you asked for help finding something. One draw back is that it seemed like a lot of things weren’t in the right place and a lot of things weren’t stocked in very common sizes (I’m a 32/32 and could barely find pants in my size)

Not much for girls/women other than tops & pants, few choices men's slacks in mid-sizes, very little inventory for gender-neutral newborns. BUT finally got 30% coupon, so we worked hard to find something to buy. Cashier was pleasant enough.

Kohl's is a fairly unique operation. The stores are nicely designed, clean and organized, and well stocked. Although not quite a discount store, Kohl's merchandise is reasonably priced and there are regular sales throughout the year. This is a very nice store.

Customer Service is not dead, and this Kohl's store is proof. I had an issue and the manager, Deb and sales associate, Olivia, were amazing and I had full resolution to my problem. It took them some doing, but they did not make me feel badly or that I was putting them out in any way. I shop frequently at the Kohl's and will continue to do so. Great deals and service with a smile. Love it.
