I will always check here before other big box stores. Super friendly/helpful staff and a good selection for a “smaller” hardware store. (Small compared to Lowe’s/HD). 10/10 would recommend

They made a copy of my car keys a few years ago and it was perfect! Another company had trouble doing it, but True Value was confident that they can do so. I'm glad they were able to back up that confidence.I recently went shopping there and I'm glad there's a hardware store nearby with so many options and really friendly staff. I still go here when I need some hardware to repair something at home or if I'm missing something.

I have visited this store on multiple occasions and the staff is super knowledgeable. Can pinpoint items with ease. I prefer going to this store because of its size unlike HomeDepot where you have to lug yourself through miles of aisles to get to one small item. Great positive experience ! I even got a "hatt buck" once as a reward for buying something.

They usually have what I need when I need it but the variety and price obviously lacks those of big box stores. I used to manage an Ace Hardware while in College so I have a special place in my heart for smaller Hardware stores and other local businesses. I come here when I need a few things but larger purchases typically go to the box stores. I did however purchase my all stainless steel Weber Grill that was close to 1,000 on a weber event day they had a few years ago. They had the best price and I wanted only stainless steel inside parts where the box stores only had cast iron.

Clean, well stocked store. Employees are knowledgeable and concise. There is never any upselling or nonsense, just quick helpful guidance and you're on your way. This is the hardware store you see in TV shows all the time and didn't think actually existed. Also a game changer is their propane refilling. They will fill your tank to 20lbs (exchanges are typically only 15lbs elsewhere), AND they do pro-rated partial fills if you're just looking to top off your tank before a long weekend. Great place, great prices.

I asked this little guy about a faucet and he acted like he was the one who drove down to buy it. I don’t care if I ask what color the sky is if I’m spending my money in this economy I should be taken care of with respect. Home Depot is cheap. I’m sure they like money

A great local alternative to the BORG (Big Orange Retail Giant). Maybe it's not a huge warehouse store. Maybe the selection is smaller, but within 5 or 10 seconds after walking in the store I was offered assistance. There was no lack of staff.to help the entire time. You don't find that level of service from the huge retail chains and certainly not from the online stores.

Great hardware store, always nice people! I recently purchased a chevy suburban only came with one key and fob the dealer wanted $300 for a spare key hatts cut a $10 amazon key and i programmed it in under 5 seconds and hatts only charged me $3 and change awesome store and even better employees.

Hatt's had both the solvent resitent spray bottle that both Lowe's and Home Depot's websites' said they had but didn't and Lexal caulk for almost $2 less a tube than Lowes!

I love hardware stores and visit them wherever I find them. Hatt's was a clean, well stocked store. An employee asked me soon after I entered the store if I needed any help. Can't ask for much more in a hardware store.

Six young male employees clustered around register area, Act like I’m interrupting their training with older woman manager, , I say, “hello”.?! (Holding my purchase). The very next I day return the item, didn’t fit, waited ten minutes for refund of less than $9, clerk was so slow and acted like I was returning a thousand dollar part! Old fashioned, high priced store! Never AGAIN! Three strikes, I’m out! Lousy service is only consistency here!
