What you would expect from a GoodWill.The place wasn't very clean or organized well at all. I had trouble figuring out if they had any real system with the clothing layout and finding sizes. None of the shoe tags show sizes so sometimes you really gotta lot for them.They definitely need more employees to keep the place clean, organized, and to have someone at checkout. Myself and another customer waited a bit until someone noticed us standing around the checkout area. The women was very nice but for the size of the store I think there were maybe 2 employees there on a Saturday. You definitely need more employees.I bought a cheap pair of comfy shoes and a simple cheap shirt. They don't sell their own products so they don't really have any accountability for the quality but at least you know the price is fair.

Make sure that NO MATTER WHAT IT IS YOU FIND THERE that it has a price tag. Otherwise they will NOT let you buy it. They won't hold the item for you. HUGE let down.DON'T PUT THE ITEM ON THE SHELF UNLESS ITS PRICED. It's really not that difficult. Do your job better so that you are not getting your customers' hopes up. Especially with only a couple of days left before Christmas. People have no compassion.

Very clean and well maintained store. Wide aisles and good signs make finding what you want easy. I especially liked their senior discount.

It is about as good as any Goodwill nowadays. They used to be affordable and so much better even 5 years ago. Very poorly organized.

Horrible customer service and store policy of them not selling you items without a price tag. We found a bunch of similar style items we wanted to buy that all would be in our collection. The ones with price stickers were all $2.99. So they weren’t able to price it the two missing tags then for us we’re told we had to wait hours or possibly tomorrow. Came across as them just not wanting to do their job. They wouldn’t even hold the items for us. It’s not like they take inventory of items anyway and it’s their mistake for putting things out without a price. The manager said “they’re “ always watching… if that’s the case they should take care of customers and put prices on anything they bring out from of the back. Just so frustrating because it shouldn’t have even been a problem. Slap a couple stickers on and charge us the same price as the similar items. Guess that’s just too much hard work for them to handle.

Ever since they got rid of the wall shelving and put up the flimsy black shelving, this place has really gone downhill. It's hard to find anything because everything is so unorganized and a mess! Each time I go I find myself so frustrated with all the clutter that I end up leaving without purchasing anything. They no longer have furniture and the kids clothes are almost non-existent. It seems as if getting rid of the wall shelving and replacing it with the flimsy black shelving was their demise.

This used to be a good Goodwill, now you can rarely find good items and the shelves are stacked with simple, glass vases, simple mugs, and not much more going on. And there are items with no price tags, that they don't sell you, because they can't put a price on it for you. And the manager gives you a wrong number to call to complain about the no-tag-cannot-sell policy, as she had suggested you to do so.

Goodwill's Books are 6.99,2 years before was 0.99-1.99 . 1 yearBefore was 1.99-2.99. 6 months before was 3.99-4.99. Right now 6.99. You can buy these same books 1.99-2.99 from Amazon and eBay.I wonder if inflation has increased %500 in U.S, are we not aware of it?This is not good.

They eliminated their daily sales, which was a bummer. I didn't find any real good deals there. Prices seemed kinda high. Even stuff they were donated from Dollar General is expensive (see photo)

Pretty decent selection of miscellaneous items, however, the place is organized chaos. There are items strewn about the store, sometimes in places they don't belong. This probably isn't all on the employees. People are lazy and ignorant, so when someone has something in their cart or in their hands and changes their mind about buying it, rest assured that wherever they are when that decision is made, that's where you'll find the item that they're now not buying. Oh, well, the employees will get it. I'm sure that Goodwill is short on staff like basically everyone else in the world, so why make more work for them? But all of that doesn't matter to me because I love second hand stores. But some folks probably wouldn't jive with it. Well then, don't go in here, go to Target, bougie Becky.

This was my worst experience with donating items. I went to donate several bags of clothing that were in fairly good condition. After driving 3 miles to the Thorndale location I was told they did not have a paper receipt to give me to provide proof of the donation. That made absolutely no sense to me! I left without making my donation.

So this is definitely my favorite Goodwill if not just generally my favorite store. I shop here atleast once a week and never leave empty handed. That being said, I would like to specifically mention Mike who works primarily in the back room. He's always friendly, helpful, and hard working. Today, he went out of his way to find and return my six year olds lost wallet. He is definitely an asset to this store!

I used to shop in here on a regular basis. The quality of items and workers has gone down drastically. I recently visited on Thursday, Dec 20 and you lost a loyal customer for good. I was appalled by the display two coworkers were creating on the sales floor. The boy Jeff who typically works taking donations was embracing and touching their assistant manager Becca in an unsavory and sexual manner. My sixteen year old granddaughter had pointed it out to me and said she didn't feel comfortable shopping anymore. She asked me to take her to a different store to find her holiday dress. I will not return. Kohls is within walking distance and most certainly does not tolerate that kind of behaviour between management and employees. If I could rate them zero stars I certainly would.

Update from 2 stars too 4 stars, I have recently found a cool portable DVD player at the very reasonable price of 10 dollars. Great addition to my electronics collection. Nice staff. Also found a few other trinkets like a tiny clock for 97 cents.

one of the nicest goodwills ive ever been to. it’s so organized yet, there’s so much stuff to look at! i could’ve spent a couple more hours looking & finding things that were WORTH buying. pricing was fair also

In response to the prices are too high. My husband gets work shirts there for 3.99. Some are so nice I won't let him wreck them at work. (L.L. Beans, Lands End etc.) He recently purchased a leather jacket that was distressed but with no holes or stains . The price was 15$ before he used the Mon. senior discount. Needed a little sewing on the zipper and the inside was pilled, but he loves it; does look great! There are great buys to be had if you take the time....

Disappointed tonight with service checking out. Martina was stiff and up tight. Her interaction with us seemed almost forced to just be done with us. I've never experienced this at this store before and feel that's because everyone else there is always very friendly and helpful. I noticed a hiring sign, but wouldn't consider recommending anyone based on her lousy attitude. The positive was we found what we came for, so the need to go back soon isn't there.

I usually have a great experience when I shop at the store, but today 6/24 3pm.. I was treated extremely rudely!!!I picked up a lamp that was sitting in the housewares section for a great price! I was so excited to have found an beautiful lamp at such a great price. I continued to shop around the store and an employee named GINGER - STORE MANAGER came running up to me grabbed the lamp out of my hand and rudely said " you took this lamp out of the box!!" "This lamp is not for sale for the price that is listed on the lamp"; " this lamp is priced way higher that this" .At this point I'm very perplexed that she actually took the lamp away from me and then began walking to the back of the store behind the "employee only" Doors. She then came out with the lamp in a sealed box with a price tag of double the price listed on the lamp originally!I told her that it was very unprofessional the way she handled this situatuion ans every other establishment I've ever patronized. If a price on posted on an item for that price, thats what the customer buys it for.I everyone in the store was looking at us on shock in awe because of the way she literally ran up to me and grab the lamp out of my hand. All of the customers and her fellow employees were shaking their heads at her behavior.Isn't the store managers job to ensure customer satisfaction? Well that day she sure was not doing hers and in my book if an employee is not doing their job maybe they don't need it!

This is a review on the donation aspect of Goodwill (I've never shopped inside). This Goodwill is the best one around for donating items. I have recently been cleaning out my in-laws house for downsizing and the donation team here is always friendly, helpful, and kind. I have had some not-pleasant experiences with other local Goodwill stores before I discovered this one - I will continue to come back over and over again. Donations are easy and there's always a smiling face to greet you :)

Selection here is good. It's a hit or miss like all thrift stores are. Racks are always full and there are always racks of new inventory waiting to be put out which is nice. Better selection here than at the goodwill in exton. Sometimes items are marked up because of a nicer brand.

Wide variety of items: clothing, furniture, knickknacks, toys, etc. Clothes for almost any size available for men, women and children. Everything is clean some still with original price tags on! 🤩😁 Great prices... DEFINITELY a location to add to your list of favorite shops and stops in the area.

Giving one star is being generous. Prices are much too HIGH for used, second hand items. I find this true for ALL Goodwill stores. This is suppose to be a store to help low income families buy needed clothing, toys, appliances and so on. That they normally would not be able to afford. Yet they tend to put high prices on everything. Which is shameful considering most of the items are donated. I have even seen dollar store items priced $3. $4. dollars or more. And what is extremely shameful, many items are broken, missing pieces, unrepairable. And they still put HIGH prices on them to sell. I feel these stores degrade low income families more then help them. Now on a good but confusing note. I visited one Goodwill store near my daughters home in the state of Minnesota. It was really nice. Employees were friendly, and curtious. Items were clean and priced in a range perfect for low income families. Now one would have to think that Goodwill stores are a corporation that distributes all over the USA. So... why is it the stores where I live, Pennsylvania and surrounding states, have items that are so outrageously priced? But... the store I visited in Minnesota was not? Something to seriously question! Thank you

The supervisor or lead person incharge when the manager is not in attendance, I believe her name is Ms. Karen, is very very rude. She lacks customer service skills. I've been a customer of this establishment since it opened. I shop here twice a week as I know it is for a good cause. This staff member should not be tending customer. She should be working in back of the store pricing items.

This is one of the nicer second hand shops around. This location has a decent selection of clothing and housewares. Some prices are a little high, but agreeable for the most part. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and I rarely leave there empty handed.
