The store looked like it was in bad shape.The store isn't organized or clean. There is always stuff everywhere but it's a week before Christmas so they're probably getting a lot more for traffic that they're used to. The staff was friendly. They need to fix their lights on the outside of the storeEven when it's not Christmas it's still not very clean but slightly more organized. There isn't as much stuff thrown around as it is during Christmas time.

Night Manager of this location this evening was extremely rude as I wished to ask a simple question. Hardly acknowledged me and before I even got the question out she spit back “Yeah, what is it!” She hates herself and her job. She shouldn’t work there or in customer service.

Linda is rude ! Snatched the divider out of my husbands hand and yelled “ don’t touch that!” Obviously he didn’t notice she was using it for her sensor but maam you work with customers.. you should have respectfully said “ I’m using this for the sensor” Don’t work with people if you don’t know how to treat them.

This is easily the most disgusting Dollar Tree I have ever visited. Typically, I enjoy a visit to pick up cheaper kids crafts, etc., especially around holidays. Not only were the shelves 70% bare, but there were so many items on the ground that you couldn't even use a cart. In addition, it was dirty - to the point that I got what I needed and left. There were bags of trash laying around, pallets in reach of customers to trip over and employees on speaker phone in the store. My 3YO daughter was with me and was disciplined by a cashier for touching the empty bag stand, which was just inappropriate (and the least of this store's worries). It was an embarassment of a store. I'm not sure i'll visit another Dollar Tree again.

The Dollar Tree in Thorndale is disgustingly dirty. There is trash all over the floor & dirt & spills on the floor that have been there for months. When I showed the manager this on 11/4/23, she told me she would give me a bucket to clean it up. I'm the customer! That is what she is being paid for! They have also been out of stock for months.

Before this dollar tree location was kind of sloppy with stock boxes in aisles. But recently there has been a complete 360°. Very clean well stocked. Even though they have one register open when you walk in they will open more if need be. Location is convenient as well.

Love the store. They always have what I need and well labeled aisles and I've never left there not getting what I came for plus a few other things. I've been there three different ones and they're all the same with the pleasant staff!

Since this pandemic started, the store got more messier. it's mostly a miss. At times the store was closed due to lack of staff,like everyone else. Sometimes the cashier don't even say hello or anything. Just look and act so miserable. We are all feeling the same way about this pandemic, it has been 3 yrs almost. We know that some customers r nice bad other aren't, but isn't right for the nice ones to get attitude bc the rude ones spoiled ur day. So don't spoil ours.

It looks as if this location might be closing; 80% of the shelves are empty. I gave it 3 stars because of the one cashier who was handling the never ending line with grace and poise

The new girl in there yadeline. Is profiling people of color I'm in store drinking Pepsi as I'm shopping so go in line to get rang up and theres 2 long lines .I been gave the girl my soda to ring up so I hear yadeline say you get that Pepsi I'm like why you way over hear and she was in the middle of ringing her own customer up plus had a line so I'm like don't be profiling she says I'm not but most people come in here and steal well I'm not most people smh horrible wherever she came from she needs go back because she's Givin dollar tree a bad look

The place was an absolute mess. Nothing was on the shelves where it belonged. None of the employees were willing to help with anything including getting my merchandise out to my car. I was treated very rudely and even snickered at by the cashiers because my cart when it fit through the door and instead of getting me another card that would fit and helping me move my bags from one card into the other they all just stood there and laughed. Will never ever go back again. Not to mention they didn't even have the most of basic necessities that I need it like a toothbrush holder or q-tips.

Horrible. The place is dirty and messy and none of the employees are friendly or helpful. They don’t even say excuse me when moving through isles. Put all my stuff at cashier and waiting in line all for Beverly to tell me she’s closed because her light is off. All their lights are off. I guess her break was more important than helping customers. So instead of the next cashier helping me I then had to wait even longer vs people that just got in line. The cashier that finally helped me was nice but clearly all of them lack customer service skills. They are there for a paycheck and that’s it. I’ll remember to drive further before returning to that store. Complete trash.

The shelves were not properly stocked this afternoon. Several items I went in search of were not available.Generally, when I have come in over the years I have lived in this region (17), the Dollar Tree has always been my place to go for one stop shopping. Whatever the problem was today, that stock was unavailable, it is my hope Dollar Tree Management will look into this and correct it ASAP! Thank you.

Staff is friendly, and out of the 4 local locations I’ve been to in the last day, this location has been the most well stocked with the most varied products. They even still have small Christmas trees, whereas nowhere else has! This is also the only location where I found home wall art and decor.

Walked into the store with my niece and the older black lady working was very very rude to her because she ran in. She's 4 years old and she was excited to go into the store and the lady started scolding my niece like she was her child. She was commenting on my sisters parenting just because she ran in the store. I can not believe this woman would even think it would be ok for her to open her face. I've NEVER had that happen to me before in ANY store. I don't think I'll be returning to that trashy place. How ignorant and rude and ratchet she was. I would of loved to say something to her, but I have respect for my elders. But the woman should be talked too about her actions. So everyone, don't you dare let your child run into the store cause you might be told how to handle your child. Worst customer service and employee ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice store but their selection of paper plate colors was terrible. They only had white, black and purple. We went to another Dollar Tree and found the same thing. We had to go to Party City to get a color that was appropriate.

Asked one of the people on the floor stocking the shelf if there was another line open. The lines were extremely long. He tells me no only one cashier . Finally after waiting 5 mins in line the cashier calls for help. And he is the one who opens the line . Poor customer service. Shelves are always half way stock. And the one cashier with blonde hair scans slow and then she looks like she is falling asleep or forgets what she is doing

Seems like Hilary would rather talk to her co-workers than help customers in-between bites of her yogurt. She seemed quite amused at the reviews her and her store are getting. Giggling about mask issues and such. Time to go the extra miles to another location. I recommend staying away from store #1657 Lincoln Hwy until they can find employees who appreciate having a job and working professionaly during this time. Go ahead, laugh and make fun of my post too.

Store has what you need mostly. It is all ways bare looking and depressing. Not terribly clean, its a dollar tree.I have been to cleaner and better kept dollar stores.Staff is average, they keep an eye on all suspicious people even as ur checking out, which detracts from their interaction. At a dollar tree? Theft??If you need wrapping paper or some mundane sundry items go here.

Messy, bald guy employee was nice & helpful. Blonde cashier had her mask down under her chin while taking a line of customers. Usually its no big deal to me, but when you're close to older people & children like that, put your damn mask on.

Exactly what you'd expect from a dollar store - no really high quality merchandise, but decent enough for a buck - hence the 5 star rating ... I particularly like their card selection/prices.

Ok products and good products. Good for parties but they don't have specific products and toys are the cheap toys. Good staff though. This store is good if you're looking for cheap items and/or a good price for common items.

I love the Dollar Tree stores. You can't beat their prices. But this store is always a mess and in organized and rude cashiers/ workers as well. I will not return to this location.

I like going into dollar tree because I can buy name brands for a dollar! Not like the other dollar stores, ie. Dollar General which the name leads you to believe that everything is a dollar also...but not so!
