It should not take 35 minutes to get a prescription. I have been going to this place over ten years, the customer service has declined with wait times over 30 minutes-- I have noticed that services closer to black neighborhoods have longer wait times- shame on CVS. I will be changing my pharmacy- just cant take it any more- late for work this time
