Now that they opened a store in Shoemakersville I will never be returning to the Temple location. I went in today just due to convenience and let me say that was THE WORST experience ever. Yes my puppy had a nervous accident in the store. I apologized and asked for supplies to help clean it up. The employees very rudely sighed and grumbled to each other and under their breath while outright ignoring me. I then continued to wait 15 minutes before anyone would leave the back office to help unlocking a cabinet. There were two other customers who needed help but nobody would come out of the back. Not even to help the one cashier who had a huge line. The employees are rude and lazy. Even the “team leads” and higher ups. Somebody needs to give them a lesson in customer service and work ethic. Not to mention the feed is old and covered in mites and the whole store REAKS of mouse/rat pee and covered in poo. Numerous times I’ve had moldy or dried feed. They also refuse to discount any of the damaged bags that are obviously chew holes. Today was the last straw when there was glue traps with rotting dead mice out in the isle. I will never return due to convenience, I’ll make the drive to another location.

I have to tell you i was so disappointed. First there comical in my opion lies. They wernt that busy walked in and NO ONE EVEN NOTICED US SAW US BUT NOT EVEN A HI.And we litterly walked in and saw the lady right there. Not may i help you not hello not thank you nothing. I really wanted a new coat. But im old and will never be able to afford one there😔. I love there stuff. Its a shame i used to love Tractor Supply so much. 😔 What happened to this awsome store.

Negative stars. Don't advertise something online that's for sale and hire people too lazy to get it out because "it's packed away for the season". Then why is it advertised online?????

I'll admit the prices can be a little high on some things. But not all. The atmosphere here is the seller. Just walking in, the smell makes you want to get to work on whatever job you have to do

My significant other and I were passing through the area and towing some equipment. Our trailer got a flat and we could only plug it to get us so far. We still had another hour to get to our destination. This happened at 8:50PM on a Saturday night during Labor Day weekend. We called this store hoping they’d have a tire available in the size we needed. They did have one and as they closed at 9PM. I told the sales lady (Morgan) on the phone our situation and that we were 5 miles down the road but had to change the tires to get there and wouldn’t get there before 9PM. She said that it was fine and that she would keep one register open for us. It was the nicest thing someone could do to help us out in a time of need and especially on a holiday weekend. Thank you so much Morgan and I hope that management sees this and recognizes your hard work and dedication to the companies mission!

Your one employee was so helpful I never been to your store before but because of her I would come back. She helped me to find medicine for my kittens eyes I'm so grateful for her help. Thank you for helping our fur babies❤

They had what I went in for. The lady at register was very polite. Even offered to load my 50 pound bag of chicken feed. Keep in mind that she might have been 120lbs herself. While I am an easy 245. The offer was appreciated but I didn't need it

Came here looking for dog food for my dogs. They didn't have the brand I normally get but they had another brand that I also feed my dogs. The prices are good too.

Love visiting this store for Winter wear. Their Work boots are durable and comfortable. Plus a wide selection of tools and other Hardware/Farming needs. Been visiting for 15 years between many other stores..all are pretty much the same.

I needed to get a connector hose for my Mr. Buddy and a propane tank. Ben, a manager, helped me to find the right one. He was extremely helpful. Thanks for the hangers!!!

Never stocked. I have not once gone into this TSC store and walked out with everything I planned on getting. I also never go here when I have farm emergency, because every time, what I need is not in stock.On a day with a 10% sale(which they send mailers out in advance) forget it, even on Day 1--barren. Learn how to prepare. I have given so many chances to this store. Done. Prices may be slightly cheaper than a good feed store, but you won't get all you need--and will have to make another trip. Don't even talk to me about their rain check system....eyeroll.

I guess part of a customer’s experience is how your employees treat the customers. Please train your employee on how to bag the items purchased by the customers. Literally had to ask for my purchased items to be bagged twice. Not just me but an older couple too.

Tractor Supply is one of our favorite stores. They have most everything you may need, they're knowledgeable about their products, and there is such a wide variety of items that you're sure to find *something* you've been wanting or needing. Two years ago, we were able to do all of our holiday shopping there! (Besides the things we purchased online.) They carry farm and garden equipment, kayaks, snow blowers and air conditioners, extension cords, heavy duty clothing, tee shirts and jeans and sweatshirts and button-ups and boots and sweaters and socks and cowboy boots and rain boots, (working and pretty ones and yes they have a dressing room!) seeds, outdoor furniture like porch swings and chairs and décor, plus all kinds of little things that are good to have, like calendars, small animal toys and supplies, tchotchkes and picnic stuff. I'd list more stuff, but you're probably bored of it now! 😉 of course,, you should ask if they carry what you might need. They are really a lot more like old hardware stores rather than a Walmart, and WEAR YOUR MASK!! There are signs on the door, so remember to bring and wear yours (correctly!) It really is a great store, (we've been to several over the years) and they are very helpful, and they generally leave you alone to do your shopping in peace. This is a great place to shop!

Walked into the store and there were two registers open and busy with customers. There were no signs anywhere directing patrons to customer service desk. I asked one of the cashiers and she rolled her eyes and pointed to the rear of the store. I found the desk and there was nobody around. There is no bell, no way to call. After standing there for 5 minutes, three different workers passed by and never even asked me if I needed help. When the fourth employee went by, I yelled excuse me to get their attention and told him I was there to pick up my package. He grunted and approached the desk and asked me for my name, looked up the order, had me sign the receipt, said the Package was at the front of the store, and took off without waiting for me. When I made it to the front he was standing there waiting. He handed me the AC on a cart and said have a good day. No offer to help me load it into my car or anything and I’m visibly disabled! I will never do business with this store again. It was my first time going there!

Love this place. Most of the people are pretty friendly and knowledgeable. I have had very pleasant and very poor employees.(It depends on what shift you go in on). It has a pretty good selection and very competitive prices.

Really cool place. Lots of different products ranging from air compressors, garden equipment, snacks, tools, clearance items, you name it they have an oddly broad spectrum of products that probably includes it. I went in the eekend evening hours closer to closing so they were not fully staffed but at that hour it was not an issue.

I love this place. I purchase all my bird food here. The prices simply can't be beat. They have all you need from farm animals to home pets. I love the selection of all things gardening.

Nice place. Some prices on things are too high, especially being right next door to a wall Mart. I get that they probably can't price match with the Walmart on things, but certain products they should just drop and focus on the items you can't get elsewhere, especially right next door for 50 percent less.

They carry Taste of the Wild dog food, it's much cheaper than at my local pet shop. I love that TSC allows you to bring your leashed pet. Great quality gardening tools.

Really disappointed. The website states that they can fill RV propane tanks but when I called and checked the rep stated that " no. sorry our gate isn't wide enough. We don't fill those tanks. Sorry. Good luck."Please change your website to eliminate this discrepancy.

Worst store ! Nothing is marked in the outside store area (The "Yard "), after chasing an employee down and asking for help, the guy shows up, leaves to go get a "price gun", waltzes back and STILL couldn't identify some prices! Then asked if I was "really sure I needed to know the price, because I'd have to go back in the store to find out".. REALLY?@? I ended up opting to buy the unknown priced fence panel, had to find someone AGAIN to help roll it up for transport... find the MANAGER who says, "I don't have any way of doing that" ...I ask, how do people get it home, (BECAUSE I FORGOT MY 18 WHEELER) she says, " they take it like it is".. Really?!? 16 ft galvanized fencing panels?! Cant be rolled up for customers with zip ties?! Than, put a sign indicating " MUST HAVE FLAT BED/18 WHEEL VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORT ".. WHAT a disgrace, I can't believe how no one cares about a thing anymore. I drove 45 minutes to come here, on my day off, left store COMPLETELY disgusted.

Rude employees. Ignore you and when you ask for information they seem annoyed to have to help you. This is three different people. Also went here for propane. Called first and got pricing. Get to the store and they say they don't have any. Not great costumer service.

Wonderful store. Good selection of tools and every thing you need for around the homestead. I like their sales and clearance prices. Lots of stuff for animals too.

I was pleasantly surprised that TSC had exactly what I needed in replacement parts for my pond pump and pond aerator online. Bonus, no shipping charge if you pick them up at your local Tractor Supply Co. store.

Employees are friendly and it's always fun to go in with the kids when they have chick days. If you need hardware and dog food, this is the place to go.

If you know what you need and won't need to ask questions you are fine. But if you need assistance don't expect help to come very easily and if you do find someone most likely it is a young unexperienced person that will say they don't know but not try and find someone to help, even when asked.
