Bree was very kind and thorough. She’s usually very booked but was able to take in Penny. Before the appointment she asked about my preferences in the cut and explained which products she uses. The water for the baths is all filtered. During Penny’s grooming she did a complete inspection for ticks and sent me pictures to comfort me that Penny is in good hands. Afterwards, she even texted to follow up to make sure there were no reactions or any discomfort for Penny, showing a genuine interest. As far as the grooming, I was very pleased with the cut and scissor work. This was also the softest that Penny’s fur has ever been!1. Professionalism: 💯2. Value for money: 💯3. Proper Grooming with scissors: 💯Since Penny is often booked on short notice for photos, it’s nice to have a reliable groomer I can trust.

Bree has been grooming my 10 year old Bichon for years and I just adopted a Rodecian Ridgeback that has never been to a groomer and she did great. I recently adopted a small dog who seems to be afraid of everything that moves. I needed someone who was kind, patient and understanding of my skittish dog. Bree is definitely the woman for the job. Bree has been grooming our dogs for over a year. I’m so glad that I heard about her while she was helping in our community, she is has a big heart. Previously, I was going between groomers at dog spas that were overpriced and it was difficult to get an appointment due to my work schedule and their limited hours. Bree has been very accommodating and communicates in a timely manner along with keeping me informed about our girls. Her pet salon has a great atmosphere and location. She knows her breeds and has a been outstanding at working with our preferences on our mixed breed pup. Kaylee and Bella always leave the salon happy, smelling good, and loving amazing!! This is truly an amazing place to take your pups! Bree goes above and beyond to truly make the dog (and owner) feel comfortable. I've gone to Bree before she had her own shop, my dog is very anxious and would always be pretty nervous to be groomed, but bree could always calm her. I couldn't not follow her when she left. Since she has opened her new shop, Maggie is even more calm than before when going to her. I've been taking our dog Willow to Bree for a few months now. Willow gets so excited when we pull up and absolutely lovesBree! Bree is friendly and knowledgeable. My English springer spaniel, Betsy, had her first appointment with Bree yesterday and I'm very pleased. Her coat looks great and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect for her. Not all groomers know how to properly trim a springer with a flowing coat but Bree sure does. Very glad that she will be Betsy's groomer from now on.
