There's seems to be a 1 to 10 scale for dollar stores these days when it comes to inventory, cleanliness, and overall presentation. This one, I'd probably rate around a 6 or a 7...It's not the cleanest or best stocked store but I've seen much much worse.This store did have some items I've never noticed anywhere else like a dedicated avocado slicing tool for $1.25 or a rubber broom head (the bristles are made of rubber).The growing trend of dollar stores offering items for more than their standard price (currently the standard is $1.25) - but they have items on shelves marked at $5 so pay attention to the actual price of what you're grabbing.No fault of the store employees, the increasing issue of "shrinkflation" is on full display with the stocked items. Containers are getting smaller. 4 packs of items are now 2 packs. It's all relative though - even if some items are smaller, you can still save money at the dollar store if you do it right.The store, like many of its kind, was noticeably understaffed but the cashier was very friendly and personable.There were some boxes of items that needed to be stocked dispursed around the store - but not nearly as bad as many other dollar stores out there.

I had a very unpleasant experience today. The manager “Gretchen” of this store is very rude and treated me horribly all because my card declined. I asked her kindly if she would attend to the other customers in the line while I turned my card on and she very angrily said no that she couldn’t. I was genuinely confused. I asked if I wasn’t able to purchase these items how would she able to attend the other customers? She then proceeded to cancel the order pressing against the keyboard very upset. She started talking out loud saying that “today is not her day“ in which I simply replied that it wasn’t my fault that she had a bad day. She replied back sarcastically “it isn’t my problem either.” I’m surprised that Dollar Tree has someone who lacks the qualities of customer service, and on top of that makes them a manager. When I got back in line she was talking to other customers and saying that she isn’t “ that mean”. Why have a job in customer service if you dont enjoy working and attending customers. The lack of professionalism, people-first, and patience is overwhelming.

Female manager with medium length straight brown hair is incredibly rude. Dismissive of multiple customers while I was there and was also personally rude to me AND my fiancé. Terrible customer service. All we wanted was a ballon and she rudely dismissed us by saying no balloons and walking without another word. Not even us asking if we wanted something else. She also shoved(not politely) past other customers with an open plate of food in hand without saying excuse me or acknowledging them in anyway and sat down on some baskets. Take your business to literally any other close dollar store.

They had me wait 10 minutes in line while they Talked and clearly seen me then when I put my money down at the register to let them know, I’m still waiting they said since I’m not gonna wait for them to get done talking that they’re not gonna give me my change back real great customer service

Some stuff are 1.25 but you can't go wrong to buy snacks for work or school, they've a lot of party decor stuff which is a life saver when the budget runs kinda skewed, they've zip locks bags and some kitchen tools, which solve the problem in a pinch...

This location is pretty nice they currently have Halloween decorations out now. They have a pretty nice selection on their arts and crafts also. The cashiers are pleasant making the shopping experience even better.

Today there was a bit of a line and I was surprised at how fast they were able to check everyone out. They opened up another register and then called another associate over to open another one. So the service and speedy checkout was great. I enjoy the banter of the checkout guy as well (I'll catch his name next go around).

The way I was treated today I felt very uncomfortable. I was at the first register checking out and the cashier commented on EVERYTHING that I had on the belt. She would randomly pick up my items and out loud ask various people and coworkers if they tried it or liked or allow there family to eat it?! I never was treat this way before in this store. But it made my experience uncomfortable and I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Always gotta love the dollar tree well the 1.25 tree...the lines suck but its worth it for the price...however I never take too much money in cause I'll spend it all always go for one thing end up buying 100 lol

I like Dollar tree stores and have shopped at this one several times.But this Dollar tree only gets 3 stars because the store is always a mess. Very disorganized with products just laying all over.Definitely needs a makeover.

Oh, where do I start? The bathroom was a horror show. That brown paper towel stuff being used for toilet paper when on the other side of the wall....packs of actual toilet paper. The shopping area is a mess. Not stocked, stuff everywhere. I know it's a dollar store (soon 1.25), but have some pride. It IS Christmas time, so I can give a break on the slow stocking, but not a smile on the face of any employee. Kinda sad really. Location has gone downhill. But for now, still only a buck I guess.

Absolutely horrible, bought a prepaid debit card and loaded $350.00 onto it. Or at least I thought I did when I gave the money to the assistant manager whom was very rude she loaded it onto a separate prepaid debit card she had behind her register!!!! Her superior did nothing to assist when told about this. It has been over a month and I still do not have access to my $350 I am in talks with corporate and will not rest untill both of them are fired and I get my $350 and if they are not fired IV already placed a retainer for my attorney. The card company shows absolutely no transactions EVER done to the card and even says that it was never even activated at the register!!!

Dollar tree have alot of nice stuff , I usually get my birthday cards and holiday cards they sell hallmark cards for $1 no one can beat that. I always seem to find alot more then what I originally went in for . Hahaha. Thay must tell you there's alot of good buys at the dollar tree

Friendly staff. Customers can be really rude sometimes. Variety of products but the floors could use a good sweeping and the store overall could use better maintenance.

I love this DT they have so much nice things to buy but they could keep the store more tidy and the cashier was on her cell phone just chatting away sorry don't think it was an emergency call 😐

Employees could be nicer. You know greet, thank you. No excuse me to get by. Talk to the customer behind, and just ignore you. Love the deals, but the younger ones are more professional.

Bathroom was so dirty so I went to Mama's Pizza in the mall there in kenhorst bathroom was very clean thank you to Mama's Pizza and their food is very good

Everything is 1.25 so be careful what you buy, sometimes generic brands here are a good price but branded items can be over priced. However look over the whole store , you’ll be amazed at what you can find.
