Do not come here to have anything printed. The staff are clueless and rude. Absolutely an awful experience. The women in charge at 4:00 pm were on 3-26-2024 was as clueless as the child she was responsible for training. Stay away.

Came in to have (1) photo scanned to email. They said the self scanners are the same quality as theirs (they are not and only scan to PDF). Then told me for them to scan it (2 min process) I would need to drop it off. I have had this done on the spot numerous other times at other Staples. This was a waste of a trip going out of my way.

Came in to buy an office chair a few months and the lady who ordered it for me told me about a promo they had where I ended up getting a free desk with my chair. Always pleased when employees go above and beyond just taking someone’s order

I just have to give a BIG thank you to Joy!! I spent hours on an order for my mother in law. When I got to the store I had a special request. Joy didn’t even hesitate to make my project perfect. She is so kind and extremely patient!! My mother in law loves her new cook book and I was very proud to give it to her. Thank you Joy for helping me and not making me feel bad. I have been shopping often recently at Staples for a printer, ink and laptops. All of the employees have been very helpful. Just today I was there. I was checking out and mentioned a $10 reward coupon I had forgotten to bring along. The cashier gladly looked it up and applied it. That helpful attitude seems to be common there.

I love the people at this store, particularly Evan. He is very knowledgeable and Tony is very helpful as well. The manager Doris is doing a great job at that store. The only time I had a bad experience was when the little guy Donielle approached me and tried tricking me into a credit card claiming he was a district manager and he had some kind of pull with the bank and could get me approved with deferred financing but it didn’t get approved and my credit took a hit and he claimed after the fact that I misunderstood him. He speaks fast and doesn’t know what he is talking about. Evan definitely made up for it though

Customer service seems to have flown out of the window. More than once I've had to walk around the store for a while looking for certain products. No one stops to ask if they can help, even when you obviously look lost. Then when I did go up to customer service desk and ask where a product is, they would just point to an isle that I've already walked down multiple times. Good customer service would walk you to the item and make sure that it's what you're looking for.

Printers wouldn’t work, staff were kinda rude and kept blaming my cell service for not receiving docs. My phone was totally fine and everything was sending/loading. No one offered me further help or a solution and I was pretty much just ignored.

Great customer service. The people there were very helpful when directing us to what we were searching for. Unfortunately, their credit card machine was not working properly so I had to use my debit card and not my credit card which was a bummer, but it wasn't their fault at all. They were very courteous about the situation.

Always able to find good office supplies at Staples. They often have good deals going on, so be sure to take advantage of them. I wouldn't buy electronics from here, but for everything else it's a good store to visit.

Trying to set up a home office and made the mistake of buying a desk (Essex Desk & Hutch by Z-Line Designs) from Staples. I knew it was a bad idea once bolts were falling out of the box as I started to bring it in my home. I have both made and sold custom office furniture before and never in my life have I seen such a mess. There were pieces all over and one main piece was completely destroyed. Now I have pieces all over my future office and I dont even know how to package this back up to return.

My husband stopped by to have them run a print job on Wednesday, but they were "having technical problems" so he came back the next day to drop it off. On SATURDAY *I* called to check on the status. After HALF AN HOUR on hold, I talked to someone who put me on hold three more times before telling me it STILL WASN'T COMPLETED. Apparently there had been a problem that no one bothered to call the number my husband had left to correct. When I asked how long it was going to take now, I was told "I'll run this now" and "I'll call you when it's done". No estimated time, just "I'll call you".From now on, I'll be going ANYWHERE ELSE to have my jobs done.

I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience on the phone with one of the sales associates her name is Nash at the Telford Pennsylvania store she took the time to look for a product and to see if it was in stock because I was driving and could not look up the item number and she was pleasant about it as well in this world today there are so many rude people especially in customer service and I have to say that this Girl was wonderful
