Pet Supplies Plus, and specifically the Telford location, provides terrific service, selection and pricing for your pet’s needs. Staff is always helpful, and mobile ordering with curbside pick up is a great service. Highly recommend. They bring it right out to your car with a cute little thank you note. Great selection of brands and varieties. Can’t beat the convenience and friendliness. So much better than the big store down the road.

The employees are always very attentive and eager to help, without seeming overbearing.The store is well staffed. This store faithfully restocked with items that I purchase on a regular basis. So, once those specific products begin to run low or sell out entirely, rather than stay vacant for days, the shelves are quickly replenished with more inventory. I appreciate having the piece of mind, knowing they'll have what I need, instead of wasting a trip. There's usually some new merchandise on display as well. They have some good sales on occasion, so depending on which type of pet you're shopping for, you can find a nice bargain now and again. Prices are fair, if not slightly better than most of their brick and mortar competitors. The store is clean, pet friendly, offers grooming services, and has a decent selection. It's right off 309 with plenty of parking out front.

Second time now within 2 months that I came in an asked for "Large crickets" for my tarantula, and they gave me tiny crickets. They are only a dollar, but it's just the fact that I had to drive out of my way to get them. Will not be returning!

My favorite pet store in the area. Cheapest crickets (.11-.12 cents each) Well stocked in all different animal foods and supplies. They also have an area for dog washing and offer nail clipping for $10Employees are helpful and friendly and always greet you when you walk in.VIP pet care is a mobile vet that goes there on Saturdays and offers discounted immunizations and microchips for dogs and cats.1 stop shop for pet needs.

Got our 7 year old husky nail cut today. He gets aggressive and is very dramatic about his nails. They did an awesome job!!!! He's definitely a difficult dog and they really helped him and cooperated with him :). Will be going there again!

My whole family absolutely loves to visit this store. They have animals to adopt from cute little bunnies to lovable, huggable dogs. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. I broke my leg a few months back and I'm using a cane to get around and every employee I saw asked me if I needed any help getting things, I truly felt cared about. Even before injury the cashier always asks if I need assistance carrying my dog food to the car. They have a fantastic selection of stuff fir all your pets. The dog section has everything from affordable options to the ultra luxury products for those who don't mind spending $35 on a 6' leash, it is a really nice leash, just saying.

First visit to this particular PSP & I'm impressed! Because it's located in a shopping strip, I did not imagine the store being as large as it is. I was greeted right away from a PSP employee and later asked if I needed assistance finding anything. The shelves are well stocked, in all pet departments. The store was active with dogs being groomed and "Kitty Mama's Cat Rescue" set up for an adoption day. I will commend the aquarium section as well...Tanks were clean and fish looked happy/ healthy.I will definitely be shopping here more often for my 3 cats!

Nadia is a wonderful groomer. She did my Chinese Crested Powder Puff yesterday and did a wonderful job on his hair. She did a full beauty treatment that my dog enjoyed so much. I’ve never seen him so happy and handsome. Nadia will not disappoint. So happy we found her!!!!!

We have shopped here 5-6 times and have also used the dog wash service. Each time has been a very positive experience. Helpful and friendly staff and a good supply of the many different dog and cats brands we purchase. Nice discount coupons on your total purchase too. Recommend.

Love this local pet store!! Always friendly and helpful staff - the curbside pickup and delivery options are incredibly convenient AND they usually are offering extra discounts if you choose one or the other! They are pretty much the only store that I can buy our favorite brand cat food - Stella and Chewy’s - and I am so thankful they keep it stocked!

I always enjoy shopping at Pet Supply Plus in Telford. The staff is always kind & polite to me and my dog. If I’m shopping without my dogs they always ask how my dog is doing. A staff member always greets me when entering the store. A staff member always asks if I need help while shopping. The staff members are always helpful & pleasant while assisting you, answering your questions, or while ringing up your purchase. A staff member always thanks me for my purchase and for visiting the store. Pet Supply Plus has a wide variety of products for all kinds of pets for reasonable prices. Pet Supplies plus offers great in store sales as well as store coupons.

We have had our puppy groomed here 3 times so far and each time, we have had a great experience! Our puppy seems to do so well with our groomer, Tricia, and she is literally in and out within an hour and half at most. Her cut is always done well and her coat feels so soft and velvety afterwards. We also appreciate you can apply coupons and rewards towards the grooming costs! We will keep coming back for grooming!

Store has a nice layout and flow. Staff is friendly although not the most knowledgeable. The dog wash stations save my back from stooping over at home. I highly recommend the dog wash card as opposed to paying for individual washes (about half price for five baths). Nice selection of toys and accessories in addition to food.

Used them for washing the dog. Reasonably priced and area was fairly clean. If you need more towels, they will provide them. I did see the employees come in and clean the station next to us after the individual left with his dog, which is nice to see. Would definitely use again for washing our dog.
