Paws-itively Healthy staff knows how to handle your doggies. I have 3 dogs with different behaviors and they give the same care as we do at home. Crystal treated our dog, half Havanese and half Yorkie (Tillie) to what I believe -- by far--- the best grooming she has ever had. I had no idea how the proper way her breed should be cut and could not be more thrilled with the end results. It has been 4 days and Tillie still is prancing around (she knows she looks beautiful) and still smells so lovely!!! Thank you so much Crystal for becoming (finally) our forever groomer!! We have tried so many places--- Tillie will be a staple over there!!!On a separate note: the fact that Crystal sent me a personal email asking me how I felt about the grooming and if I would change anything--- means the world to me. It shows that she is truly committed to the satisfaction of her clients--- thank you.

Brought my two havanese dogs in for grooming and couldn't be happier with the friendly staff and quality grooming by Crystal. She met with me ahead of time to discuss my wishes which I appreciated. I worked here only for a day however I have plenty of pet experience. The building the kennel is in is very unsafe and the garage door that pets are taken out of have chains dangling Infront of it. Coworker's are using marijuana while at work. As a result of this unsafe work environment my hand was broken. I wasn't paid for my injuries or my time at work. Honestly from a pet lover there is far safer and healthier options to take your pets too.

Crystal did a fantastic job on both of my dogs. They are 100-lbs. each and a lot of work to get into the bath and keep still while bathing, drying and primping. When I picked them up they smelled wonderful and looked beautiful. I'd highly recommend her to anyone seeking a friendly, professional, thorough groomer who knows how to take care of all pets!

We took our puppy for her first grooming with Crystal. Puppy was nervous but had a good experience. After puppy was finished she was offering lots of kisses to Crystal. She looks beautiful and smells great! Very positive experience for us😃

Crystal did an excellent job grooming our puppy, Charlotte. Charlotte and I are both extremely pleased with her fresh cut and fresh scent. As a first time puppy Mom, I wasn’t sure what to expect so Crystal was happy to speak with me and provide a recommendation based on her long fur and playful personality. Charlotte loves her family at Paws-itvely Healthy and we can feel the love from the staff every time we take her to be groomed, nails trimmed, and day care.

I do not recommend this facility and would give 0 stars if I could. We picked up our two dogs today and are absolutely disgusted. For starters, our one dog was not taken outside a single time during his five day stay. He was left in the kennel the entire time due to being “aggressive”. Our dogs have been boarded at other facilities and have never ever shown signs of aggression and we have never experienced any issues in the past. The facility did not call us a single time to express any concerns with either pet, so we were unaware of any problems until we came to pick them up and received all of their belongings back, which were COVERED in feces and urine. It’s extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and wrong to allow someones pet to be in those conditions for nearly a week and to not attempt to make contact with the owners. We would have immediately came to pick them up if we were notified. I strongly believe part of this “aggression” may have been due to the way their staff treated my dogs during their stay. The staff we communicated with on site when picking them up were extremely rude and unpleasant and kept mentioning how busy and overwhelmed they are. I find it comical that they refer to boarding as a “retreat” because it’s far from it. The kennels are dingy, dirty, and not well cared for and your pets will not be either. I highly do not recommend.

We took our little lady Lola, a papillon for her first ever grooming. When we arrived she was nothing but crazy hair on a windy day. Needless to say she needed it. Crystal was our groomer and having never done this before we left it in her hands. We gave her ideas on what we would like and left it at that. 1 hour later we went to pick up our Lola and she was a different dog. She was adorable to say the least. Crystal did such an amazing job with her. Wash, cut, nails and ears. She smells incredible and now looks red carpet ready. We highly recommend Crystal and Paws-itively. We will be back for all of our pet grooming needs.

I'm disappointed. I had great experiences with Paws-itively until this past time I boarded my dog. He was usually fine when I picked him up—tired, but fine otherwise. When I last picked him up, multiple staff members were chatting out front while the dogs were barking like mad in the back. I've been going to Paws-itively for years. I had never seen that before. My dog came out anxious and desperate to leave. He had lost weight, which was not a regular occurrence. He was anxious all the way home and even after we had been home for a while. I'm doubtful I will return. I trusted them to care for my dog while I was away. I'm giving them 3 stars rather than 2 stars because I had great experiences before.EDITED: Jill the owner reached out to me via email. She said that she did some research, and she concluded that the staff was congregated in the office area because they were about to have their morning preparation meeting. She instructed the staff to have their meetings elsewhere in the future. She also assured me that my dog was in good spirits during his stay. I am updating my review to 4 stars because Jill quickly responded, validated my concerns, and made steps to adjust her staff's behavior. Thank you, Jill!

Crystal has been a great groomer to our rescue dog. He’s a 90 lb dog who is very anxious and afraid of everything. She’s patient with him and helps him to feel comfortable, and somehow manages to give him a bath and trim his nails. We are always in and out in under 15 minutes. I wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else.

After going to the same groomer for 8 years, decided to give Crystal at Pawsitively Healthy a try. She did a great job with my sensitive bichon and I think he had a nice time there too. It's been 10 days and Cooper's brush out still looks great and smells great too!

Crystal groomed our mini Golden-doodle. She did a fantastic job. Hazel’s hair is short and curly and can be a bit frustrating to groom. Crystal spent the time she needed to to make Hazel’s coat clean and clipped perfectly. We will definitely be returning to Paws-itively Healthy for all of Hazel’s grooming needs.

Crystal was wonderful at bathing, trimming and grooming our 2 Golden Retrievers, Bailey & Tucker. They were soft and fluffy and trimmed to perfection.Do not hesitate to use Crystal she is wonderful and very skilled.

I started bring Jack-Jack here a little over a month ago for doggie daycare and he loves it! The staff is so caring.He had his first groom session with Crystal and she did a great job! I highly recommend Paws-itivity Healthy for grooming.

Fabulous groom. We have a Persian who doesn’t like noises so we always had to take her to vet and get her anesthesia to get her groomed. Paws-itively Healthy said they would try to shave her. They did a fabulous job, no anesthesia, no muzzle. Just lots of love and care for my dear Persian. And in record time. Thank you for saving her the anesthesia. We look forward to her next groom. I just moved here and was looking for a new groomer. I dropped my dog off at 11am and was told it would take"about an hour". Cue me calling multiple times between 12:30-1pm and getting no answer. So, I just drove over there, and complained about how long it took and was told "I'm sorry I just got here, I'll go get her". Terrible customer service, zero communication. I left zero tip and plan on never going back.

We brought our dog here for a grooming and were very pleased with the results. Our dog is a border collie and husky mix so has some challenging fur. The groomer did a great job, The dog seemed energized and she pranced around for days showing off her new ‘do.

Wanted to treat my brother's dog to a "spa day" and paid a LOT of money for the full treatment. I paid for to have the dog cleaned, groomed and the extras. Since I do not own a dog and did not know what to look for to make sure the dog was clean and groomed. When I returned the dog to my brother he was totally disappointed. The dog, was still dirty, nails were ragged, her ears were dirty and she still "scooted" on the carpet. I was upset to have disappoint my brother. Save yourself some aggravation and do not take your pet or someone else's pet here. I do not recommend this place.

We have been bringing our dog Panda for boarding and grooming. She has been well taken care and when we have her groomed she always looks great. I would recommend Paws-itively Healthy if you are looking for a good boarding facility and a good place to get your pet groomed.

I've used this place several times both their in home petting services and their boarding services. The first time I used their in-home services, they allowed my dogs to tear up my cherry wood dining room floors. Why the dining room on my hard wood floors was deemed appropriate versus the remaining carpeted house is beyond me. Despite this, I used them again and this time had no issues. Back in June 2018, I requested their service for 10 days this November for in-home services. I reached out today as I leave in 2 weeks to ensure we are still confirmed. I was told no. They don't have coverage. Gee, thanks for calling me to tell me. Now I have to find another place. Not only was I told no, there was total lack of insincerity from Danae who coordinates their in-home services. In fact, she tried telling me it was never confirmed to begin with. Interesting, I take notes and the conversation was that was going to take several people to cover due to the holiday, but would be fine. I called and requested to speak to a manager and/or owner and have yet to receive any call back demonstrating again, they just don't seem to care. I get people quit and things happen, but is it too much to ask that I had been contacted and informed of this so I could secure another placement and/or service?

I have been taking my puppy here for a few weeks. He comes home exhausted. He is able to play with dogs his size, its not just a free for all like some daycare's. I was a huge fan of the initial evaluation they do with their highly trained to help them know how my dog reacts. Knowing I could board my dog over night or get him groomed at the same location is also a benefit.

The staff is really friendly and knowledge. I feel safe with my dogs in their hands. If your dog loves swimming they'll really love this place since it has a lake. My dogs come home so tired, is great.
