We have been taking our husky to Ben Jee for boarding and bathing as long as we have had her - over 8 years now - and my dog literally bounds out of the car when we pull in. I have taken my dog other places where upon a 2nd visit would refuse to go in but Ben Jee? It's like she doesn't want to leave.The owners recognize my girl as soon as we walk in, even if it's been a while since our last visit, and I feel like she always gets the top of the line treatment while she's there. We have never been anything but very pleased with all the services at Ben Jee.

If I could give zero stars I would. My precious baby had a horrible experience. He was dehydrated and had diarrhea, he had scratches and brush burns, his elbows had calluses, he was not fed properly(even though he was sent with his own food that was pre measured out). We we not called when he broke his nail. We paid for walks which were clearly not given as the owner admitted they could not navigate how to put his harness on. We were given excuse after excuse. Totally rude and unprofessional. And living on the property is completely different than 24/7 staff. Would not recommend this place to watch a pet rock. Please never take your pets here.

We trust this place to our 6th member of the family. That statement should say it all!!Staff is helpful and friendly! Very clean!If I could give partial stars I would rate this a 4.5+.Only reason I didn’t apply a 5 is on the last visit I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have a groomer on staff anymore(temporary I hope).

I will return here with by dogs. The rates are very reasonable. The kennel and the grooming area are clean. The only thing that I didn't like was that I was not told that it was an extra charge to walk and play with my dog each day. We were not told of that charge until we dropped them off. Plus the husband is very rude.

Best kennel and dog trainer in this area.The facilities are always clean and the staff are always courteous and pleasant. I have a few places in the Philadelphia area that are in the same business but I only trust leaving my dogs here when I go away on vacation.

My dogs and my parents dogs love going here! Sometimes they don't even say goodbye (my dogs). Wouldn't go anywhere else! I drive 45min to get there.
