They deliver! Well they pickup and take. But you know what I mean. They are consistent, arrive when scheduled to arrive, never have missed a pickup and leave the dumpster where it belongs. Nothing to complain about but they do what other companies we tried could not. Actually do the job they are being paid to do. Communication is awesome, maybe too frequent , but i'd rather be informed that kept in the dark, like others do. Prices are comparable.

Best garbage company around. Little more money but so worth it! Always on time, lids closed after pick up, and takes everything WITHOUT attitude. They appreciate your business unlike the local companies.

It was expensive for landfill cost, like in the middle of Quince (~90 ton(min) + extras =120 for small van (0.5 t)

I've been with w.m a month and a half now and it's the worst collection here. Driver is a lazy rude **** and won't take our recycling. This is the 3rd recycling date I've sat outside a week for a return pickup. Took me this long to get my recycling bin. The customer service doesn't know what they're doing. I told them I'm waiting for my recycling bin to be delivered and they send a truck to take my garbage can that's still full because they missed pick up. This place is a joke and i pay for it. Then they send me my schedule which is every other Wednesday for recycling and the customer service lady said that wasn't my date but the driver did my whole road then came back looked at my can and marked it as picked up. Yet still sits outside on my sidewalk Saturday morning. They were supposed to be here by noon friday but guess what.. just like the company my trash is still there.. find somewhere else that's good for the money and does their job!!!!!!

Not a great company. Customer service is bad and decision makers aren't any better. Call a local company, these guys use them anyway so you can probably get a better rate calling the service company directly. I requested that the office of consumer protection hold them accountable. That probably won't happen since they are a TX company and don't care about customers.

Well I have to unfortunately change my review. They used to be great but now they have three times this month checked off that they picked up the trash but the container never emptied. I’ve been dealing with customer service for two days now said the wound return on Thursday to pick it up or call but no pick up or call then said they would pick up Friday, checked off that they did but it was still in the can when I went down to check while on phone with customer service. She said a route manager would call, but no call back. Called back and this person said they’re coming on Saturday. Now I’ve asked many times for a call back because we have bear an can’t leave it overnight for that reason , but they couldn’t be bothered to call us back. What happened to this company? Terrible service now. 9/01/2023Always consistent and reliable service. From our service person Jimmi to the helpful customer service staff always professional and willing to work with you. Good communication through reminders for service interruptions via email or text messaging. Satisfied customer.

No communication about what you are doing. You didn't pick up my garbage and I don't know why. Do you know how to send an email other than for your bill???!!!

Highly disappointed with the service. Started service 9/27. Today is 10/15. They picked up my trash ONCE!!! They have stated that they service my address FOUR TIMES in the last 2 weeks and yet I still have 96 gallons of trash. I canceled the service because I have no faith the will come back again. I also had to hire another company for trash service. Due to the "service " I got from WM I am paying twice. They also have the nerve to send me a bill!! Will be calling as soon as they open.

Service has never been great but has devolved significantly this summer. They never pickup on schedule; often missing weeks. It takes 45+ min of phone time to talk to a human. Completely unacceptable.

Unless you live in a town or urban area, do not use Waste Management. They do not provide consistent reliable service to people in rural areas. The rural areas are not a priority. They should upgrade rural service or you need to find a local company that wants your business.

The trash is picked up properly and on time. I have never had a problem with waste management. Not like the “other guys in town“ who simply just didn’t show up.

Trash pick up service is ok always on time or notified with changes the only issue I have is they are extremely over priced for bulk pickup I understand an additional charge but who is going to pay over double the amount of a trash item removal then they did for the actual items it’s absolutely ridiculous

Always on schedule and will notify of changes in a timely manner. Drivers are courteous and professional. Site is always clean of debris and container is always placed in same spot.

+pick up days and times are consistent and reliable- billing fluctuates wildly from month to month, without clear reasoning (this month was 20% higher than previous months).

Was going to order online. Called in to ask if they provided a trash can or not. Was told the quote on their website is wrong. So basically did not uphold to their website. Told it must be an error. So on top of providing your own can, I was told the amount I could put in the can is less, but would also be $50.00 MORE than the website where I was going to order service. A RIPOFF.

Google says open 7am to 11am on Saturdays. Website has no information on weekend dump times. Arrive on Saturday at 10:45 am and see their sign says 10am closure time and no one is here. Very frustrating to see no one cares enough at Alliance to update their Google SEO and website with accurate business hours.
