All other carriers in the area are able to deliver packages easily and in time to my residence, except for UPS. I live on a Main Street, with parking is available along the whole street, but for whatever reason, my packages through UPS get a hold or are never delivered. This is such a nuisance, and I wish I realized the package was supposed to be coming through UPS, so I could have canceled it and found an alternative carrier because it's always stuck a hassle through this company. This region's UPS sucks!!

You guys need to have customers sign for packages from their phone. You can't deliver mine because I'm working & therefore I'll never get it. So I need to take a 8 hr PTO to wait around for a 1 second signature? Both UPS & FedEx is a joke but at least FedEx understands that and will just leave it. For Christ sakes I'm signed up for text updates so I know when it's there to leave work & pickup. UPS IS A JOKE.

Very disappointed with your company. I now have to get a ride to Taylor to get my package. Your staff says unable to deliver. I'm disabled...that's why I asked for delivery. The real kicker is my roommate had his delivery today from UPS...never again.

If I could give y’all no stars i definitely would!! You guys have an issue with delivering my packages around the corner to a vacant store front . What really pisses me off is that you guys come to my address all of the time !!!! So what is the issue !! Use your brain and walk to the correct location before scheduling my things to be dropped off at a pickup location that’s 10-15 mins from my home !! Who says I’ll be able to get there !! The point of delivery is to bring things to the persons HOME NOT A STORE! Then when I call I can’t connect to an agent !! Like make it make sense here !!!!

I would never send a package with UPS, but I can’t recall a time when I’ve been on the receiving end of a package and there wasn’t some sort of major problem at the fault of local UPS. Among other things, If you work during the day and you are receiving a package you need to sign for, there is no contingency plan and they are totally unreasonable to work with. It will get returned to sender after three attempts. They don’t take blame for things that are objectively their fault. Whenever you need to talk to them and they are the only ones who can help you, they are impossible to get a hold of. If I had ever had a good experience, I would not be writing this.

I go from Scranton all the way to this UPS center for the great customer serviceVery professional yet friendly makes a pain in the neck errand a little easier!update: that was 2 years agothey changed drastically, soon after they got rid of or removedthe attendant at that timei haven't been back sincenow, i go to the UPS drop off box a block away from my housesaves time, gas and, well, headacheswait a while before you leave reviewsit's safer and more efficient that way

We have the very worst UpS Driver. Had package “out for delivery “ to be delivered by 8pm. Package has to be signed for so I waited all day. The driver usually just dumps our packages at the post office but this one could not be dumped. So he just chose not to deliver it in spite of it being “out for delivery” He should not have a job if he does not want to do it. No problems with FedEx at all. Taylor PA UPS.

I've lived in my home for almost 5 years and my husband has for 15 and UPS ALWAYS delivers after 5 pm. We're just at the end of a route I suspected, but never any issue. A few weeks after my husband got his job back from the pandemic we wanted to upgrade a few things and bought a top of the line smart thermostat worth almost $300. On the day it was supposed to be delivered I got a notification on my phone that it was delivered....at noon. We went outside and it is NOWHERE to be found. Filed forms for what cause nothing came of it. I am CONVINCED a worker here stole my package. Marked it delivered at a time when it would have been impossible to and kept it for themselves. No one ever called me, emailed me, absolutely nothing. It should have been easy to figure out what happened to my package just by the irregular time and knowing there is no driver that ever came that way, but no one helped me. Someone is making off good with other people's property here. I try and avoid this place at all costs now.

Package was supposed to arrive and I was waiting for it all day long and kept checking the tracking number. All of a sudden after 5pm when I checked the tracking number it said that there is an issue with my address. The zip code was messed up and that was not the case before. It was here in my area out for delivery. How could that happen if my zip code was wrong? Anyway, I updated the zip code and then the website just kept saying that it's in progress so I decided to call UPS. I did and you do not get to talk to anyone from the USA. It was people from Egypt and they couldn't help me at all. All they could tell me is that an address update could take 24-48 hours so who knows when will I get my package. Tomorrow, the day after or maybe on the third day? No one knows. They couldn't tell me. I could also barely hear them because the line was so bad and it's ridiculous that I could not talk to anyone here in the USA. Forget about asking them to notify the driver because they can't do that either. Absolutely useless. UPS, what has happened to you? Just terrible.

Absolutely the most horrible service of anywhere, of any kind of business on the planet, by far! I guess thier business model is keep lying to the customer at all costs. Just keep telling them that the package is arriving today and maybe they'll be stupid enough to believe it. They have so far cost me $30.00 a day in cab fare since last week because they keep lying and saying my part is being delivered today. The real killer is I only live 2 miles from their facility and they can't even handle that. It's just another case of entitled UNION WORKERS thinking they deserve a paycheck for nothing.

If I could give them no stars I would. I've had nothing but issues with this facility and have never had a package delivered on time. There was a snowstorm here two days ago so understandably my package was delayed. I get a notification this morning that it's scheduled for delivery and out on a van. Great! I shovel my driveway all the way up to my door to make it easier for them. I sit by the window all day so I don't miss the driver.Which means I was sitting right by the window when I saw the delivery driver pull 2 feet into my driveway and then immediately leave without ever getting out of the car. I called the customer care number listed here and was told "oh that wasn't your driver", even though I've been watching the Vehicle Location on the Follow My Delivery live map, which showed it on my road, and then in the next township.I keep watching the map and it's getting farther away, so I call customer care again and ask if there's any way to get in touch with the driver. They assure me that's not my truck.I check the live map again, and now at 6 PM the truck is nearly back to the Taylor PA location and I haven't received anything. I live over an hour from Taylor and it's impossible to get anything from UPS here when they just don't even bother to get out of the car. Lazy drivers and lazy customer service, should be ashamed.In addition, the last package I ordered via UPS was one that required a signature, so I cleared my schedule and sat by the door all day. Heard a knock and got up, literally in the time it took me to walk to the next room and open the door the driver was trying to get back in the truck and leave.This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never trust UPS again, and I'd advise others to go USPS or FedEx. Even in a ******* pandemic USPS has delivered things more reliably. Absolutely disgusted by this level of laziness.

For 4 days I've had packages with medical stuff for an immunocompromised person sitting there in Taylor. I've had alerts say my package is loaded on a delivery vehicle, then ones saying your driver is arriving soon, to literally WATCH THE DRIVER JUST BLOW BY AND TAKE MY PACKAGES BACK TO TAYLOR. Even the app had shown them doing this. One of the packages I paid for, was supposed to arrive next day, and I paid for that. FedEx has had no issues delivering my packages even when it snows out. But nooo you don't have workers that want to actually do their job, and I keep getting my supplies pushed back because of it. Most worthless ups station I've ever had the displeasure of needing to receive packages from. Clearly ran by people who don't care and probably never worked a decent job before in their lofe

Have been waiting for 2 packages shipped from two different business to arrive for a week! The Packages have been rescheduled for delivery everyday and when I called they gave me the same excuse regarding weather. FedEx and the United States Postal Service never have issues delivering on time in almost all weather short of a blizzard! When I asked if I can pick them up at the location was told on Friday ... that I would not be able to pick up the packages until Monday!! 10 days later than the scheduled delivery!! INEXCUSABLE ... I will NEVER SHIP WITH THEM AGAIN!!! I may have to pay more ... But it will be worth it as they have delayed my source of business!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. This location is just awful to deal with. I live in Tampa and had to send my son his medication to his dad's where he visits during the summer and requires refrigeration due to his auto immune disease. Package was supposed to be delivered latest on Saturday it is now Monday and is just out for delivery. The person I just spoke with was rude and argued that the shipment just got to the Taylor location and wasn't there over the weekend when the person I spoke with over the weekend confirmed that the shipment has been at the facility over the weekend.

I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish with their operating hours but they're terrible. In addition, a package I ordered was said to be delivered on a Monday by the end of the day and when I checked my tracking status, the last update was a destination scan early in the morning the day of at the Taylor facility. I called the number which wasn't even UPS Taylor's number but a customer service number, and the lady kept repeating information and didn't answer my questions. Apparently, they lost my package. In the facility. Their job is to deliver packages. How does one lose a package within a facility and not contact me? Unfortunately, I can't choose my carrier or I'd have FedEx do it instead.

They are horrible I live in the country and they pick and choose when they want to deliver deliver to me. I had my son's medication overnighted to me And it didn't matter they still took 3 days to deliver. UPS should only be used to return Amazon packages.

I went on the eve of 31st December and in spite of the non working hours the guys over there were polite to accept my Courier Package which was already paid and with an outgoing label. They could have asked me to come during their normal working hours to accept my package however they didn’t turn me down. Good Professional people.

Absolutely incompetent! I realize that there was a snow storm however FedEx was able to deliver with no problem. I wouldn't give them 1 star if I didn't have to. The ups truck was at the bottom of the hill which could definitely be delivered because all roads here are cleared to pavement. FedEx no problem.

Just like the previous post if I could give them 0 stars I would!! I have 4 packages that have left the Taylor, PA location for 5 days now and every day gets returned back to the location. I have never received a Package ontime or even within a day or 2 and there is zero communication.

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, the delivery was cancelled because the house under me was vacant. Ok no big deal, its been a rough week for everyone and it was a mistake. Better safe than sorry, package was said to be here today. Onve again the package was not delivered. Now its an unknown emergency with no details. Ok frustrating, but its still been a rough week. No information on when the package will be delivered next, i offered to come pick it up. They said i can pick the package up in 4 days. I wish amazon would give the option to pick who delivers. Never had a problem with usps.UPDATE:They reached out today on monday. Letting me know the package is going back to the seller. (After i already kmew that and been refunded.) I moved the review from 1 star to 3 because atleast they tried to let me know what was going on.

We have been told that our package will “arrive by the end of the day” for eight days. Customer service is the worst. The Taylor PA. UPS facility is the absolute worst!!!Why doesn’t someone do something about this? We feel like UPS is holding us hostage. HELP!

the customer care phone number is terrible. It is almost impossible to get someone other than the automated teller. I have a package that wasn't delivered due to the weather and would like to make arrangements to pick it up. I'm now going to have to wait until they try to deliver multiple times to make arrangements to pick up the parcel.

Our family has a small cabin that is difficult to find for deliveries and usually falls on our neighbors to shuttle back our packages. Worst experience of my life. Had my BRAND NEW IPHONE XR marked “delivered to customer woman” on the tracker. Go downstairs to find it missing! The driver gave my package away to a random girl by simply asking, “is this for you?” No identification needed!!!! Unacceptable. Would vote 0 stars if could.

FYI if you are using UPS to receive any shipment be aware they will no longer be traveling down narrow roads this is from Donna the driver manager out of Taylor for the UPS hub they will mark your shipment as an emergency situation or due to inclimate weather so just be careful if you are wondering why you have not received your shipment this is why this is their new policy that went into effect they will no longer make deliveries down narrow roads where there are no turn around that includes they are not doing K turns either they should rename UPS to usph (ur package stops here)

They couldn't even print out a label for me to send a return back. Some guy told me he was no help to come back at 4. Returned at 4 just to have another guy be just as useless. So you are telling me within a whole warehouse full of labels, scanners, and barcodes that there's not one printer for me to be able to print a label for a package ran through your company? Stupid they told me go to a ups store. But if I wanted to do it through them I'd have to pay 12 dollars for what should be free. Whole experience was awful.
