I went there about a year ago to get my cat groomed. They seemed very nice and the price was pretty reasonable. The issue is that I have been trying to make another appointment for the past two weeks now and no one has answered my calls or returned my voicemails which is a shame as they were really good with my cat last time. I even texted the groomer to see if maybe their phones were acting up and there was no response. It’s looking like I’m going to have to take her to PetSmart, the only other place in the area to do cat grooming.If they would return calls or texts and actually schedule appointments I would change my rating to 4 or 5 stars. Hopefully I just caught them at a busy time of year and they aren’t always like this, otherwise it’s impossible to schedule an appointment.Next time I need a grooming, I’ll give them one more shot before fully switching because I would much rather support a local business!! Hopefully my calls get returned soon, and if they do I will update me review.

I love this place to bring my pitbull Blu and my 1 cat that will not allow me to cut his nails... so like I said love it; they are kind people that work there and very helpful not only to the fur babies lol but to me as well!! thanks for always making our visit great and worth it!

I've never had a worse experience. Very disrespectful, ignorant and miserable employees. I took my dog here for a simple nail trim and file. First they would not let me stand within eyesight of my dog and told me it was better if I waited on the other side of the room I found that very odd. As soon as they put him on the table they started screaming "he's coming for blood he's coming for blood!" My dog is 40lbs soak and wet and has never bitten anybody. They asked me if I'd ever had his nails cut before and I stated yes my wife brought him here the last time to which they laughed at me and called me a liar. I've never had a problem getting his nails cut. I asked if I could come hold him and they said they don't let owners hold or console their pets? The employees were very hostile and angry for no reason. I don't know if I caught them on a bad day but I would not recommend anyone go here they were very unprofessional and wouldn't doubt that this is how they act every day...

Had to go into the physical location to schedule an appointment because I did not receive a return call. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable prices were fair. I scheduled the 1st availabe appt. which was 4 weeks out. I put date in calander, but forgot to add the time. I called the night before the appt. to confirm the time. No return call. I showed up at 10am thinking that was the time. The staff told me appt. Was at 9am. They did not call to confirm or check to see if we would make 9am appt. Very nice people but not organized. They do not answer the phone or return calls.

When my regular groomer closed her shop, this shop was recommended to me. I have 3 shih tzus who I get groomed every 6-8 weeks two that have kidney issues. They are truly my furry kids. So when I needed to change groomers I was very apprehensive. Concerned I wouldn't find people who cared and loved my pets as much as I did as well as getting a great cut and groom.Well I DID!! Ashley and her team of folks here are consummate animal lovers. They helped calm my pups on their first visit before they even began working on them. I had a great conversation with them about my dogs when I dropped them off and saw they were slowly calming my dogs down as we chatted. I can honestly say when I drove away I was sure my dogs were in good hands. When I returned I saw my fur babies were cut beautifully, smelled wonderful and were all tail wags for me. On top of all that, they are very reasonably priced. I've found my new groomer. If you love your pets like they are your babies and want to be sure they are well cared for when groomed you should give this place a try.

Paw Wash is awesome! I travel 30 min for my Noelle to get her bath there b/c they take great care of her and she looks amazing when I come pick her up. She sheds alot and they do a great job de-shedding her. Her nails look great and just an overall amazing job!

I have had my springer spaniel groomed there on several occasions and truthfully, would not bring my dog anywhere else. The staff is extremely kind to my dog and you can really tell that they love animals. I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone looking for a great groomer, especially with a "springer cut"

Won't return your calls , the few times I went there dogs always came home with cuts and Knicks on them , I've tried to contact them over and over and yet they don't answer or call back . The new groomer we have the dogs love them and been going to them over a year every 2 months . To bad paw wash isn't professional and lost more business. I always warn anyone I talk to about groomers to avoid this shop

I have been taking my pups here for probably two years now. It's the only place my teacup babies WANT to go to. Any other groomer they cry. Paw Wash is great for little dogs. I always worry about my little >5 pound babies getting cut or dropped. HEAVEN FORBID! My fur babies always come out looking great and very happy! The staff is very friendly,prompt, and they help work WITH you. Highly recommend!

I always enjoy taking my "BEST FRIEND BEAU-JANGLES) for his grooming at Paw Wash! Ashley and her staff is very friendly and always concerned about my puppy! She does a perfect grooming every single time! I recommend Paw Wash 100%!!!!

Hands Down BEST groomer in northeast PA we're moving to Florida and I'm going to miss Ashley so much. She really cares about your pet not just your business. I may have to work Tazzy 's grooming into our visits up north!

Groomers did a beautiful job grooming my dog. Have had my dog groomed here several times and will never go anywhere else. The groomers are very kind and gentle with my dog who is not easy to bathe.

Very nice place, I brought my grand puppy there today (she’s a Great Dane and I knew I couldn’t get her in the tub, so with the guidance of the sweet girl, she showed me how to use the tub and voila! I was really pleased with the staff and facility. We will be back soon!

I usually use the self service option, which is awesome BTW. One day I came in, noticeably tired and she told me to go home, take a nap and let her wash my dog. Absolutely adore her!
