Despite the questionable people shopping here, they have alot of things I need at very reasonable prices. Alot of times I end up walking out with more than I planned on with no complaints. Would recommend to anyone needing cheap snacks and items rather than paying an arm and a leg for them.

I went to the store this is my second trip this week . The first visit the lady had a nasty attitude she bagged my dishwashing liquid with child and cookies. Second visit another lady when she rung me up didn't say anything didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt she just turned her back to me.

Just wanted to share that the cashier Donna was wonderful- conversational, pleasant, and professional. Also was apparent she was multi-tasking and as a customer I recognized her efforts and commitment to her job. 2/6/23 at 6:48 pm.

Blonde haired manager on shift(12/18/22 2:30 pm) was extremely rude to the cashier. The way she spoke to the young lady at register in front of a packed store was uncalled for. It’s the holiday season, being in retail, I know that cashier has been standing at the register all day long working nonstop. The managers action were in very poor taste.

The line was through the aisles and the lady (tara, blonde glasses) was handing picking who she wanted to check out at her register. To have one employee on a register when the line is through the store is absurd. And to send another one to open but she only cashes out certain people is even more madness. Please staff your store properly, preferably with people who aren't bias.

This dollar tree was very nice when it opened ….BUT NOW THEY ALWAYS HAVE ONE REGISTER OPEN AND THE LINE ITS ALLWAY SUPPER LONG !

Manager on shift was being rude to her staff for NO REASON (at least I assume she was a manager by the was she yelled that she was the boss)! The employee was simply asking a question and she was yelled at. I literally have no idea why the manager was acting like that, it's embarrassing. Also this was all on THANKSGIVING. It literally brought the mood down for the holiday, TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT! ITS NOT DIFFICULT!

The selections are always nice, but the lines are ridiculous. They stretch to both ends of the store. Yesterday was not pleasant. The girl at the register had a really fake tone in her voice and went out of her way to count my dollars and cents in change one at a time as if I was a toddler. Don't appreciate the fakeness.

There was only one cashier the line was crazy I left all my things and went Walmart for what I needed. Sorry to said that because I love your stores but I don't have 20 mins wait and like I said I left.

As far as higher priced [product to price ratio] items go, and poorly made items that contribute to the non-recyclable plastics -polluting our planet- this dollar tree does a good job keeping the store clean, even though an equally sized [net profit] store would employ many more people..... guess I'm saying its clean, but the products are bad, and this type of store destroys local economies, taking away jobs, and business from our neighbors' stores. And over time will cost the shoppers more money (though its $1 @ a time)

I love this dollar tree. I love all of them really!!! They always have atleast 2 registers open which is HUGE!! I always go there before anywhere. The one day l found Heinz jalapeno ketchup. Brand name ice pops etc. But they key is you have to buy it when you see it. Don't say "ohh I'll come back for it". Yea it'll be gone. Buy it right than and there if you can!!!

I love $🌲stores,this 1 was clean but busy,they finally opened up a 2nd register after the line hit the middle of the store,while workers stood in front of store with a dumb look on their faces as they didn't know what 2 do until people started complaining about the line did they finally open 2nd register 🤯

This Dollar tree is ok but it doesn't have a good selection on ice cream. They have Dove bars and better cookies and different drinks . And the poor cashier had no help .

This is the most organized Dollar Tree Store in Scranton City, its clean and its never too crowded like the other ones, staff is polite, hope it keeps being this way and doesnt get ruined like the southside one, 8 years ago it was a wonderful place to shop, clean & organized, with polite people around, well... not anymore, now my family and friends are going to this one in Taylor.
