Edit: The front bathrooms are walled off. Folks have mobility issues and don't always use electric scooters, trust me. Mark my words, somebody is going to pee on your floors.I'm excited to see that it seems that this Walmart is expanding its arts and crafts section. It has moved to the back of the store, next to electronics, where the baby section used to be. I've added pictures of all of it, because it's thrilling to have more of a selection close to home.Honestly, I have to say that I was mildly irked that, when asking an employee where crafts are now, they simply said "diagonal." So I just had to kinda use her a starting part and slowly wander....diagonal....until I found what I was looking for. Could have just said "Where baby merchandise used to be" 🤣🤣 The store is confusing right now, because it's being rearranged, so I'm unsure as to why management hasn't better prepared their employees for customer questions about the locations of things.

What you would expect from Walmart. This store seems to be going through some restocking as there were some open areas. The pics show clean and organized isles. Shopping on Tuesday afternoon was quiet, and there were no lines to checkout. As a Walmart + member, I like the option of using Scan-n-Go, especially when the store is busy.

I live near enough and visited the Tarentum location today to purchase hair trimmers. I purchased the item and had gotten home to realize that the product was tampered with and then the packaging was resealed well enough that it was not immediately noticeable. I have a few photos attached to show that the bags inside of the hard shell carrying case were cut open and the trimmers themselves were covered in hair, absolutely disgusting.Now, I could be convinced it was a customer who had done this and resealed the packaging and placed the item back on the shelf; however, I have now tried to call the HR department of this location to tell them about what I’ve come across and was hoping to receive a replacement or compensation for the item. The real issue now lies in the fault of the staff of this location. I have tried calling them upwards of 15-20 times now, each time trying different departments in the automated directory, to no avail. Not a single person from a single department, including human resources will pick up the phone.I think this location forgot to implement the human into their “Human Resources”I have had numerous encounters with threatening people and unfriendly staff at this location now, and this has sealed the deal. This location will no longer see us and while my money may not be relevant in the grand scheme of their business, I hope to reach and warn any other potential customers of their blatant indecency and pitiful demeanor.I advise anyone within range of a different location to please take the time to visit another storefront. Not worth the time, and absolutely not worth the money.Thank you.

I will never ever do walmart curbside pick up again. They charge you before they pack your orders, so if something is out of stock, you have to wait 10 days to get your money back for groceries you don't even have. I can't just go buy them somewhere that had the items in stock now until they fix the total. Other stores do not charge your card until the final total is calculated based on what actually made it into your order. I'm furious.

Clean store and we'll stocked. The workers are wonderful. Especially Jeanie. From health and beauty. She deserves recognition, and a bonus. Also, the workers in electronics. I enjoyed my experience. My close friend also. 🧡

Never disappointed at Walmart. Even if shopping fails, always a good time just browsing and people watching. Pretty good selection of socks got some very good steel toe work socks today, not the best pictures but they have at least two aisles worth of socks

When shopping through grocery pickup I have never had such a horrible experience.I placed my order they said it gave option to pick up at 9. I clicked it, showed up and it said delayed. We sat for an hour waiting to go inside and they said it would have to be picked up next day instead. This is ridiculous. If you need workers, hire them, teens apply all the time and get denied. They actually want to work. Well, time for me to find a different pick up location . I will drive an extra 10-15 minutes just to get better service. Inside shopping isn’t bad but I have never.

This Walmart Supercenter is a very convenient place to pick up sundry things as needed. Their photo pickup service is very convenient (just upload your photos from home computer into your Walmart account, and then go pick up from the store when they are ready).Being a supercenter, they also have a pharmacy, clothing, shoes, electronics, appliances, lighting, paints, auto-care, gardening, frozen foods, deli, fresh meats, produce, and seasonal items. Other stores in the same building include a bank and an optical shop.This store is located next to a Sam's Club, and there is a Lowe's, an Aldi, an Applebee's, and others etc. in the same strip mall.

This Walmart is consistently stocked and clean. The customer service is good, but there is always a wait in the check out line. I also love the sales. What I don't like about this Walmart is the lack of items for African Americans in comparison to the North Versailles location. If you offer it, we will come. Thanks.

Every time we go to Walmart Pittsburgh Mills whether you go to a cashier or self-checkout you get treated like a thief on your way out. I had 12 bags the cashier put the receipt in one of them and because I had a case of Coke that wasn't bagged obviously I got stopped. The cashier put my receipt in one of the 12 bags it only took me seven bags to find it. Do better Walmart. If you're worried about theft pay cashiers. Even though that wouldn't have helped me here because I did go to a cashier. You just feel like you're being treated like a thief if you're worried about loss get rid of self-checkout

I was there this past weekend and I got a REALLY big grocery haul. It was my restock day. Anyways, the cashier Lillian, was SUPER friendly. She even helped repack my buggy to make everything fit.

Store is clean, friendly & helpful staff , but they never have the automatic cat try refills for the litter box so have to travel else where when looking for those. But else wise I love this walmart

My local WalMart store. I found it very odd that any other time of year they want you to ring yourself out, but these past week before Christmas, they had self checkouts closed and actual people working the registers. It should be this way all the time! Not just at Christmas when they think people will steal more!Other than that the place is good to shop at.

Way too crowded for the few checkouts they had open plenty of self checkouts available but i refuse to do walmarts job for them. Now that they are not open all night you have to trip over things while they stock the shelves and deal with the employees filling on line orders blocking the isles

The online order pickup was the worst! Over an hour in waiting with 20+ minutes sitting in a spot with not one employee bringing anyone’s groceries out. If there is a problem can they not just send an update or come tell us!? Then not one person will answer their main line not to mention the line for the order pickup. Will not come to Tarentum again. If you think of doing the pick up option don’t bother! I had to wait over 30 min today at 6 pm to pick up my groceries, and on top of that the guy that came out was rude and unapologetic. They also don’t go in order you arrive! The worst!

There's not much to say other than it's your run of the mill Walmart. It was difficult to navigate the grocery section, and the organization just didn't make any sense. Self check out, so i can't really comment on the quality of the staff.

I am very disappointed in Walmart. I went to do an even exchange of an item that didn't fit at Tarentum pa Walmart and they did a full refund instead and charged me full price when they rung me up at the customer service. I had my receipt and tags were still on the jeans. This is highly unfair. Walmart just made out $6.00. So I will not be buying there anymore. They said they no longer to even exchanges. I am so mad.

Walmart has a lot of great items & good selections. I wanted to look for some outside items and there was plenty to choose from.It is a very big store so know that you will be walking.There are times where not a lot of registers are opened and that's frustrating but overall I enjoy shopping at Wal-Mart.They also have store pick up options. Order on line and pick up at store. Very convenient!

This Walmart has items that I can’t get anywhere else or other Walmarts (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) but I use curbside pickup a lot and this location has by far the absolute SLOWEST curbside out of any Walmart locations I pick up at. Not to mention every single spot is full of other customers waiting for their orders. I generally have to wait over a half hour for my order.

Pittsburgh Mills location is awful. If you need to call, don’t bother- they don’t answer phones. If you need pick up, dont bother- you’ll sit there 2 hours and might see one person come out. If you need customer service, don’t bother- unfriendly and do nothing to help.

This is the typical Walmart. You can find what you need and purchase many things you don't. The shelves are not always stocked but that's a lot of stores lately. Workers have always been willing to help when I cannot locate something.
