This is what my $120 grooming appointment cost. Didn’t get his face, neck, chest or front paws. I also paid extra for the spring bandanna and didn’t get it… why does he look so bad???

Second time in the past month that I had my orders picked up and both times the 36 pound bag of litter has a slice in the bag. Definitely happened in the store. The workers need to pay attention to the orders before filling them. Very sloppy work. Won’t be ordering from there anymore

Horrible place to take your dog to see a vet. I refused all their attempts to try and make more money off me by recommending things my dog absolutely did not need and then the vet suggested I re-home my pet if I couldn't afford to take care of him! She was quite obviously upset that she couldn't get more money out of me and I guess she thought insulting me would be helpful....wrong! I would NEVER tell anyone to take their animal to the Petsmart in Tarentum

I think they're adoptions our a little high. Rescued a bluetick hound from West Virginia for 60 bucks. Had had a shot and he was neutered. Yeah good deal.

Asked for an application to adopt a pet and the employees wouldn’t give me one and said I’d have to come back the next day. I did and then they didn’t bother to send it to the rescue.

Recently I had my pup age 13 years old , groomed at pet smart located in Pgh Mills Tarentum Pa.I've used this salon service since he was a puppy and have the best experience with manager Melody. Very professional but also give a very personal service like we are part of a family.I would recommend this Pet Smart to anyone.

We get all of our pets food here. They have a wide selection. Three of ours require veterinary scripts. They carry the brands we need. The staff is always friendly. I do get offended and worry when I here their staff recommending food or diet for animals ( WHEN THEY ARE HAVE NO DEGREE IN NUTRITION ! AND ARE NOT VETERINARIANS! ) Why would you trust a loved one to a clerk? Would you ask a clerk those questions for your human children? It's a a store with a vet clinic and grooming. Think people.

I took someone to get a fish. We asked as soon as we went in for the fish department and the lady so ok pointed us on our way. We waited in the fish area for 15min before the person ended up buying a beta because noone came to help bag up a fish. That's alright she loves the fish. I returned the following week to purchase a beta for myself and the same ones were half dead, floating on their sides, and barely moving and were still priced at $20 . Very disappointed. They were all very pretty Betas though

This store cancelled a grooming appointment three times in a row. Twice one hour before the appointment and once after we presented for the appointment. They said their groomer did not show up each time. How could this occur? Terrible service

Grooming: Faith is a miracle worker!!!! My dog was extremely matted, and wasn't sure she'd be able to do much. This groomer underestimated herself big time cause she did amazing! Having my appt canceled at a different groomer. I was skeptical, not gonna lie. But Faith seriously saved the day and we already have our next appt set up with her again. My dog absolutely loved her, and Faith was so good with her. I can't say thank you enough!

I tried ordering from their website today same day delivery via DoorDash. Two items both listed as in stock. 35 minutes before my delivery window PetSmart sent me an email stating one of the two items was cancelled. So I called to add a similar replacement item and was told they could not modify the order. I then asked to cancel the order. They said I could not cancel either and to call DoorDash. Total disappointment and waste of someone driving back and forth.

If you want your dog groomed take it to a professional. Make sure you ask how much experience your groomer has. Manager acted like a 2 yr old. Obviously no customer service experience.

Manager is very hands on and she made sure that I was taken care of bc my tank was missing the hood and light. She thanked me for my patience. If you treat them with respect and patience I am sure they will take care of you as well. They make you feel like an important customer which is a nice thing these days.

Spent over an hour looking for a specific food for a cat with a skin condition. Kept hearing from staff "I don't know I don't have a cat" So no help there. Finally after reading many bags I found the perfect blend...only to discover it and the only other bag on the shelf was EXPIRED!! Don't recommend this store and will never return.

Everything you need for just about any pet you have. Friendly folks here that will go outta there way to help you find what you need. Just enrolled my puppy into a training class today and talked with Mara the Trainor and was assured that it would be a great experience .
