Me and few co workers got Panera Bread... We placed an order on the app and door dash picked it up. The lady doped the order off and the bag was ripped and soup was leaking all over the place. the soup was very cold and the chicken noodle only had 5 noodles and no meat. Called Panera to get a refund and they said they could only refund for the soup and grill cheese. it was a big order and should get more then just that back. The company is going to call door dash to get the full amount for the order then only give us less then $13 when the entire experience was trash and everything was gross.

I ordered the turkey chili as part of the You Pick Two selection. The associate saw that he didn't have enough in the pan and went to the back to get another one. He came back with what I thought was a new container of chili and the manager on duty came out as well. She said something to the associate and I wouldn't hear the conversation so he put the chili in the bag and handed it to me. Something wasn't right so before I left, I checked my food items. See below. Less than half a cup of chili after paying nearly $13. I approached the associate and he stated that there was no more chili and asked if I wanted another soup item. I said why didn't you ask me once you found out there wasn't any more chili. I'm sure the manager just said to go ahead and give her what was available as she didn't care. People, check your items before you leave. Panera's customer service as well as increased pricing and decreased quality of food is well below par. I won't patronage Panera any more. More importantly, the manager shouldn't have the title of manager as I'm sure the associate is doing what she told him to do.

Hard to find a clean table to sit at. The entire place needed cleaned badly, including the restroom. During covid, they only have half the tables to clean, but they did not. I got Sierra Mist to drink from the soda fountain and it was just sour seltzer water, I couldn't even drink it. The sandwich and soup were good, employees were polite. So, 2 stars instead of just 1

I never have a problem at Panera unless it’s this one at the Pittsburgh Mills. Just went and ordered a breakfast sandwich and iced Madagascar coffee. It was awful. They didn’t put egg on the sandwich and proceeded to tell me after ordering and paying $6.50, that they were out of egg… and the iced coffee tasted awful. They literally added non of the flavor. This experience pushed me over the top. I’m always nice and understanding but this always happens at this location. Plus, there was only one Person working and all the other employees were standing around not helping the poor employee. Fix this problem.

They didn't today my sandwich after I made a special instruction using the kiosk. Some soft drinks are behind the counter now, removing refills. Very little Mac and cheese in a bread bowl, mostly empty. Meh.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance, inaccessible restrooms.

Great food and service. Too expensive though. The facilities need some tlc as well. There was also a threshold that was peeling up where the carpet met some tile flooring and I saw three people nearly trip on it while I was there for a half hour. It's an easy fix for someone handy but is an accident waiting to happen. Unacceptable for a restaurant to not fix that immediately.

Normally I’d rate it higher, but recently service quality has gone down. We order here occasionally on our break for pickup and while the wait is longer than average it’s usually convenient.The last few times we’ve gone we have had to wait approximately 20 minutes for pickup past when the email/app said the order was ready. When I asked the kitchen manager (I think that was who it was) she basically dismissed my concern stating “take it to the register I don’t have time to help you” while she just stood their with no orders going out to the counter.The new trainee at the register was polite and immediately got on it and figured out what the hold up was. I realized the bag sitting there was my bag the whole time and they just hadn’t taken it to the pickup, again for 20 minutes past the point of it being ready.I get being busy but you shouldn’t disregard customer service.

I’d leave 0 stars if that was optional. Never a clean table at this location when I come, and not even a napkin dispenser in site so I can wipe the table off myself. Also, just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you need to be a brat. Sheesh, I know we’re all going through stuff these days, but find an occupation that doesn’t require customer interaction if you can not be nice and have to have an attitude.

Great staff although over priced and poor water quality. Hot water comes out brownish instead of clear for hot tea,etc. And contains tiny brown/black particels in water.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mom ordered separate and wasn’t offered a $0.99 pastry. She went back up and asked if she could buy one and they said no. The serving sizes here might be enough to feed a small family of mice. My sandwich was less filling than a kids meal at McDonald’s. Half of my moms steak sandwich was missing meat. You would actually save money and get a fulfilling meal at longhorn, and better quality food. Don’t eat here.

Prices are ridiculous! But the autumn squash soup is worth every penny! This is so well done: Perfect texture, color, presentation with a light sprinkling of pine nuts on top, and the flavor is a perfect balance of sweet and savoury.... This is not something I would normally want, but I'm so glad I tried it. It's limited availability!

Ordered, paid, receipt showed 3:52pm. Watched people come after us and get their orders. Wasn't very busy. Approximately 4:15 we simply requested our money back. Manager refused to provide proof of the return to my wife's debit card or any documentation of the refund, because she needed it for her records.

One of my favorite places to sit and relax. Now that they have relaxed the fake mask thing. I love their butternut squash soup in the fall. And usually get the buy or pick two soup and salad or half a salad.

What a rip off...I literally ordered a You Pick Two (soup and half a turkey sandwich) with coffee and a pastry and it came to just over $15. I had coupons which saved me $4.79. Otherwise I would have walked away much less satisfied than I was with overall value. Qualitatively, it was great, but I can get delicious food at Chipotle for half the price, not to mention I don't have to walk away hungry like I did after my soup and half sandwich today. I saved the chocolate pastry for later, but wouldn't even have needed to buy a pastry if they'd given me a reasonably sized portion for my main meal. Thanks for reminding me why I don't go to Panera - please no more coupons...

Horrible sandwich. Ordered a Italian. Weird relish. No lettuce. Way to much mayo. Had to wait 20 minutes for it. I was on a my lunch break so didnt have that long to wait! Preppers were messing around. Way to expensive for the quality and wait! Waisted my money!

Quick service and tasty. Fairly expensive for amount of food received. I got a pick two--- chic noodle soup and Asian chicken salad and an ice tea and it was almost 13.00!

I wish the employees had the forethought to pack my sweet bagels separately from my salty bagels. This was the first time I ordered Panera online and there was no ability for me to write that instruction. My sweet bagels have everything seasoning and my everything bagels have a slight cinnamon sweetness.

The broccoli soup in the bread bowl is freakishly awesome. I have turned so many people on to the soup and bread bowl that I could change my last name to Panerera. Broccoli and bread bowl would sound stupid as a last name. Broccoli and soup bowl could be the name of my daughter's two cats that she left for me to take care of when she moved out!!!

Simply the best. About a 1 hour drive thru the drive park and the walk-thru is even better. The real deal, with the big jaraffes , bears, lions, largest turtles and many you can pet. Have I said enough??

Most of the time I go there its pretty good service but I just opened my breakfast sandwich and it had an avocado sticker in it and the egg yolk from the sandwich was all over my other items, the bag, and leaking through the box.

Stopped to get bagels. And, the bread company was completely out. Nothing on the way.. and, the counter worker said this is not uncommon. Not good.

This place is over priced airport food. There food is okay but their prices are just nuts for what it is. I get using better ingredients and higher quality food is going to cost you more but there food doesn't taste of high quality at all
