A perfectly good store. Only reason it's a 4/5 is because the price could come down on a lot of stuff. The employees are helpful and friendly. I like that there's now a self checkout option (It makes forgetting which phone number my rewards card is under easier 😆) The selection of sewing supplies has really improved over the last few years. I would LOVE to see more clay related products. The clearance aisle is always a neat place to stop to surprise yourself with a craft item you didn't plan on getting. Very nice selection for jewelry makeup, very nice selection of paints and brushes. The store is clean and organized.

Go here all the time, each location has different items in store but most things painting related is here. Surprising selection of quality items and recommend using the coupons on their app and staying up to date on their sale weeks. Also their selection of decorations each season inspires me every time, their designers are doing really awesome on keeping up with modern trends and colors of the season.

The store was barren-looking. Most of the Christmas merchandise was gone. If you waited til this week, you probably didn't get what you wanted. I was lucky they had several ornament frames left, but the selection was very limited.

Great sale on Christmas items.The only issue I had with this store is that they have more self checkouts than actual sales associate checkouts.

The story was a little busy and the cashier line had a bit of wait due to the lack of familiarity with the self check-outs, but the young girl working the register at around 2:30pm was fantastic. She helped us source our coupons and wrapped our candles in foam to ensure they would not break or become damaged on our way out. She also double bagged these items and told us how to identify which floral pieces are on sale. Fantastic service from her.

They have gone to self serve checkout. Giant robot like things at three of the four registers. I would imagine at Christmas this will be a major problem. Despite that the one register was open and she was young but experienced and went fast.

I probably give it a 5 stars but the thing is there's nobody in the house or walking around asking you if you need help today was the third time I've been in there this week looking for something but I knew for my son and I seem to couldn't find it and there's nobody to ask in the women out front we're awfully busy with their customers they need to have somebody walking around I mean just some dumb random Katie work there at least there's somebody walking around. I'd recommend this place to anyone I've gone a lot of things for My boy scout troop over the years they have everything that you need and probably a lot of things that you don't know that you need I'd highly recommend this place except that they need somebody to walk around and ask if people need help..

I was looking for two specific items that I couldn't find and when I asked for assistance from Sandy who was stocking, she wouldn't look at me and seemed disgusted to respond to my request. I can't remember having service like that. The cashier, on the other hand, was pleasant and helpful.

Convenient location,huge selection, lots of clearance items.YOU WILL NEED HELP NAVIGATING and if you're lucky, a nice staff will do so.Go on with a game plan and don't spend too much.Take a notebook for your To Do needs and they have great little dry Erase boards for organizing projects (not all cheap like Dollar Tree ones and as good as Walmart without the wandering around).

My daughter bought a beautiful wreath for on her dad's graveside.. .it is very pretty.. . The clerk was very helpful. . She called for someone to help us. . But no one came.. . So she left the register on her crutches to help us.

I enjoyed my time at Michaels which has been a favorite store for me since I was a young child. I have been a rewards member for years and love the great deals they always provide as well as the quality of everything they have in their store. Best craft store as well as hobby and seasonal store as well. Also it's always pleasant to shop at a store that has helpful and knowledgeable workers.

Nice selection, but they're prices are too high! Spent a hr picking out flowers for a winter bouquet, and when I got to the checkout total was $63. The flowers were marked 60 and 70 percent off!

This is a big store. There are a good deal of craft things here. I'm a beginner at crafting. It's hard to find an employee to direct me to what I'm shopping for. During Christmas, I had lots of assistance from employees; but they're fewer.

Loved it here! I bought everything I need for my beach theme wedding, except for sand dollars! Store and bathroom was clean. Friendly and helpful employees. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the cashier rang up and bagged something that was broken and didn't say anything to me about it. Only reason it was caught before payment is because my friend said something about it. She was really friendly tho!

I love this place ! There's only one problem...I go in to buy things for one project and leave with items to make several different things. They have so many nice things and a great selection in all their areas. They can be pricey but you can find coupons on their app and sometimes in the Sunday paper. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the store is clean. I can usually spend more time in Michael's than I do buying two weeks worth of groceries.

Need to have a more clearly marked area for online pick up and more detailed protocol stated in the email confirmation. Small sign upon entrance into store. Said to push button to notify of pick up. No assistance came after 10 minutes. Eventually flagged associate down and they instructed me to wait in check out line. If that is protocol, then why have a check in area and button. Poorly set up and organized.
