The worst Joann Fabrics in the Greater Pittsburgh area. There is nothing in stock. The staff always has an attitude and are never available. Clearly, the issue starts at the top, since the previous general manager was a joy.

I forgot my wallet in a cart, the store had closed and thankfully the staff got my husband's call and brought me my wallet. Also they have every fabric you could think of. Staff is helpful and nice.

Waited at the register for 15 minutes, buzzing their lazy call-someone button the entire time. No one ever showed up. We were in the store for more than half an hour and never saw a single employee. Maybe they were closed at 1 pm?

I do love JoAnn, I get great deals on cool decor and they are a great supply for my projects but if you can tell me what store I am picking up my order surely you could include the hours of the store. It's that little extra step of customer service that takes a few extra moments to include in the automated script.In the end I decided to add one more star because the lady at the cutting counter was super helpful when I was choosing thread.

Amber was an AMAZING help! When the Pittsburgh Mills store didn't have the material I was looking for, she looked up who had it & she happily ordered it for me, to be delivered to the Pittsburgh Mills store, at no charge to me. She was incredibly friendly & genuinely seemed pleased that she was able help me. Hang onto Amber! I know she won't get a raise with my review, but she should!

I have not been happy the last few times I have been in the store. First if you want to try and use coupons you have to download the store app. Which I think is not necessary when you shop there a few times a year. Then there never is anyone to help you. Plus when you do check out it seems like you can never use a coupon because there are so many items that are excluded. !!! Happens every time. I’m going to Michaels next time

Love this place! Has so much product and the sales are awesome. Everything is nice and tidy, and I want to bottle the lovely smell of the place. Lines are usually short and most of the staff is friendly and helpful, although there are some that just seem angry to be there and be asked questions, but they are VERY few and far between.

This is a great place to get your fabric needs. The new look is nice. The slection is great. The rest restrooms are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The pricing is reasonable. It is a little hard to notice from the main road but not impossible if you pay attention. I would recommend this place.

I went in for Halloween items and was thrilled to see the great sales that were going on. Nice selection of decorations and fun craft s for kids. Also the sales associate was more than helpful and made sure that I got every available discount.

I love this place. They have everything you could possibly need for crafts. ( but not if you're into woodworking ! ) I could spend some serious time in there....and have. Prices are reasonable and they always have items with a fair percentage off. If I was to complain about anything, it would have to be the entrance . There is no entry access from the Galleria area. The only entrance is from the parking lot. Anyone with knee or back issues ( like me ) could find it difficult because there never seems to be a parking space near the entrance. It is wheelchair accessible and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I like Jo-Ann Fabrics. They seem to have a fair amount of selection with decent quality and pretty good prices. The staff is extremely helpful for anything you're looking for. They will go through the store and search the shelves to try to help you find something I absolutely recommend this place. I only gave them four stars because they did not have the yarn my wife was looking for

Igave this store 4 🌟 only because sometimes when I go to the checkout lane I am not treated as a person. All they're interested in is getting us out of there. The store is spotless clean and the people on the floor are very helpful , there's always something on sale . Just a Beautiful place to shop not check out

This is a nice little crafts store as a whole. I personally prefer other craft stores in the area, but if you are looking for an easy stop with food joints and other stores in the area, then this place works well. It is connected with the Pittsburgh Mills, so there are other stores that are easy to access around JOANN. However, there is no direct mall entrance from this store to the mall. You have to go around.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is organized and cleaned. This review is about JOANN Fabric in general. Why can I buy hand soap, Easter peeps and cilantro seeds but not white pique fabric, good wool fabric, quality ribbon, etc. I am tired of the emphasis on quilting cotton, fleece and home decor wood signs, already made pillows, and all the stuff by the registers. This is JOANN Fabrics but a good selection of quality fabric is not available.

I have never had a bad experience with Joann fabrics until now. I put in a order yesterday evening. Got my email saying the order was ready for pickup. It showed what was ordered and what was available. About 20 minutes later I received another email saying 2 items weren't available. It showed they had double what I ordered. Just wondering if after putting my order aside if a customer came in wanting that item and they gave it to them. If so, not fair, my money was already there! If online/curbside is going to be the norm, then Joann fabrics needs to have someone always updating their products online and if a customer has ordered and BOUGHT the items then a person coming in wanting the same thing CANNOT take priority/presidence

Walmart has chapter generic supplies but for specialty items I prefer Joann. Friendly staff, good lighting, lots of sales. Take advantage of their app, they frequently have 40% off coupons and sometimes x% off entire order.

Hmm... well There's always a "sale" going on.. thankfully... not sure the average person wants to pay $50-80 for a wreath... There is a huge selection of fabric and other craft items. Unfortunately, you knows how long this location will last. I gave 4 stars due to prices and I couldn't find anyone to assist me.

Great store! Always friendly staff, well stocked with yarn (definitely beats most Michael's I've been in!). I dont really sew or do other crafts so can't attest to that, but their website store specific portion is isually accurate.

I love to craft so I don't go here often for the sake of my wallet. They always have everything I'm hunting for. It might be convenient to buy things online but I absolute have to feel fabrics that I work with.

This is a slightly smaller version of the typical Joann Fabrics and Craft store. They carry holiday decorations, faux flowers, crafting supplies, fabric, thread, zippers, etc. They have multiple completed crafts/ items on display, to provide shoppers with ideas for projects. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond, to help their customers. Unfortunately, because it is a smaller store, they MIGHT not carry all of the same supplies, which can be purchased at the larger stores.

I love coming here to see all the different fabrics they have but, sadly, can't afford. I do use the quilting thread and really recommend it as well. They ladies habe all been very pleasant and helpful.

Great sales and coupons. Other than that it's a little over priced in my opinion and they don't have certain materials for outdoor gear. Employees are super nice and helpful. Idk how they get any work done because they're constantly helping people finding items.

Lots and lots of craft and decorating items. Coupons are great, BUT naturally are for the company benefit. Coupons can be misleading to even experienced shoppers. Watch out for the cheaper fabric, not great quality for important and special projects. Spend the money on the premium fabrics.

Would be 5stars but their AC is always broken and by the time I get to the cashier I'm drenched in sweat. Btw, I'm not usually there for longer than 10 minutes. I might shop longer if it was cooler. Those poor ladies that work there are always hot too and are vocal about it and apologizing to their customers.
