Please check your receipts before leaving the store, they are robbing the community blind. Every store visit I make they continuously steal my money by charging more at the register. Also whenever I correct them on the price difference the cashiers like to argue and tell me that they won't honor the price next time and it's not them stealing the money its Family Dollar. So you're telling me that you're going to steal my money and just get away with it? I guess they run Tarentum if you ask me.

For the most part it's a nice store. The workers are nice enough but my problem is they never stay stocked on items they know sales out every week! Like my brand of cigarettes. They come in on Wednesday and are sold out by Saturday. And don't even bother calling they they don't pick up! (Family dollar in Tarentum on west 7th avenue.)

I came to this establishment 2 different time after its supposed to be open both times it was closed. No note as to why. Even witnessed 2 other customers try to enter. I was planning on spending a lot of money here today. Now I gotta find another store that is way outta my way

It's a very big store I love how it's set up, I'm new in the area and I can tell you one thing I have always loved family Dollar. This family Dollar is awesome great people working there if you need any help they're right there to help you! I love it!

A store that gets really busy in bursts because of it's location. I found though the employee's are fabulous! They ask if you need help and if they don't and you ask they will help you as best they can. They deserve a bonus just for how pleasant, friendly & helpful they are! The store has a lot of products for a smaller store.

I mean, for a Family Dollar I'm disappointed bc it's the 3rd time I've been in there that they didn't and (don't ever) have what I needed. This time it was kitty shampoo. Also, things seem a little overpriced for a DOLLAR store. I know it's not a Dollar TREE but things were definitely overpriced.

This store is very convenient for our area considering we have nothing else now I don't have to travel on a bus or walk far to get what I need I'm so happy they finally out a store in Tarentum

POOR SERVICE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, THEY REFUSE TO WEAR A MASK TO PROTECT PUBLIC FROM COVID-19, THE MAN MANAGER MATT, THAT WORKS THERE IS RUDE, TOLD MY FRIEND TO F HIMSELF WHEN HE TOLD HIM HE WOULD CALL CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE, ALWAYS CARTS FULL OF PRODUCTS IN MIDDLE OF ISLES, LAZY WORKERS! THE WORKER BETH, SHE IS A SMART-MOUTHED WOMAN, HIGHLY RUDE, ALSO! THE GENERAL MANAGER SEEMS VERY UNHAPPY, SO, WHY DO UNHAPPY PEOPLE WORK FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN A STORE? I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO SHOP THERE, UNLESS YOU WANT COVID-19!
