I've been taking my pets there since they were at their old location and I highly recommend them.Very affordable care, and truly caring staff.From 4 pets I'm down to 2, (bunny and one of my 3 dogs died), and they were very thoughtful and compassionate. I will continue to bring my furry family members there. Thank you Dr Kropp and staff. You're a God sent! Look at the before and after of the dental cleaning on one of my dogs. Amazing!

Thankfully, they were able to take us on short notice. The staff was friendly with a less than 2 minute wait to be seen. The vet was wonderful. She gave us our options and the emotional support we needed.We parked alongside the playground and there was a ramp to get to the door.

This is a great place to take your pets. Very gentle with pets and very compassionate towards your feelings for your pets.I have been going here since Katie started her practice on Rowe St.She treats your pet as her own.

Dr. Kropp is a hero. She was being treated for cancer while in the process of figuring out why my dog's liver levels were so high. She did surgery on him, so close to Thanksgiving too! He's officially diagnosed now.However, I do NOT like the other vet that is there. She tightened my dog's flea collar in front of me, so tight that my dog was licking his nose excessively nonstop (sign of stress), and froze. She LAUGHED! Never again with her. I haven't managed to get her name yet but she's older, has grey curly hair, and glasses.

Companion Animal Hospital is the best and only place for us to go to. Dr. Kropp is the best hands down and her staff is so professional and friendly. The office is always so clean and the new location is ideal, easy to park, handicap accessible. We've been going there for years. Highly recommended.

The doctors are nice and the prices are reasonable. The staff at the front desk seem to be friendlier if they know the people. I guess you have to be a client a certain amount of time before they recognize you and smile.

So this place came highly suggested and I called to get an appointment. They were very nice on the phone and helpful. My new puppy has round worm and eventhough her appointment isn't for 2 weeks they asked if I could bring her in today so we could get her started of medicine to clear that up. That totally impressed me. So I am very happy so far.

Took our puppy there after rescuing her. They cared for her before we brought her home. When we arrived for our appointment the staff was so excited to see Lucy, but Lucy was even more excited to see them. Everyone was phenomenal and the techs were so caring and comforting cutting our high energy puppy’s nails! Loved the service and quality. I never felt like we were being rushed and as first time puppy parents I felt like all of our questions were answered.

Took my 3 out of 4 cats here for their pre surgery physical so we can get them spayed it's a long waiting list for surgery their procedures are for Oct 7th it's a long wait but it was so worth it they are very good with my cats which an be quiet difficult at times but they were very professional and caring and my girls had a very good experience here. Very happy to get my baby's into this place.. It took 6 weeks to become a new patient but it was worth the wait!!!!!

Dr. Kropp, Jen and the entire staff are awesome. Dr. Kropp is intelligent and doesn't second herself. You're not strung along for constant testing when it's perfectly clear what's going on. Prices are fair and reasonable.

The employees and doctors are fantastic. Years ago my pup had an infected eye. This place was the only place that could fit him in their busy schedule. I have been bringing him and my other pets here ever since.

Call themselves an animal hospital then when you have an emergency... they direct you an hour away. I called for a dog that could of had bloat. I live 5 min away. Bloat dogs don't make it long unless seen. They told me they could not help me but the week before they were taking new patients. They call themselves vets but was willing to let my dog die of bloat. Horrible people and place.

This place actually cares about your pets. I was allowed to make payments when my dog had surgery. Dr. Kropp was very kind to my dog's every need and she walked me through on taking care of my dog after surgery. I highly recommend this facility for your pets needs.

Probably the most caring people I have ever met. Extremely reasonable with pricing and always try to get your pet in same day for emergencies without overcharging you for it. They listen and give you all the options for your pets care.
