This business cares about your animals. They respond in a timely manner, have wonderful prices, they late honest, they talk with their customers and LISTEN. They also have belief systems that they stick to such as quality of care and what’s best for the pet. I feel that this is the best grooming facility in the area and they deserve every bit of business. Highly recommend!!

We love Mary Kay! My Phoebe excited pees EVERY time I take her and Mary Kay never gets angry!! She loves going to see her! She also has a terrible time with ear infections and Mary Kay has always made time to get her in to shave under her ears in between groomings to help prevent them! She is the most kind hearted, hard working, compassionate person!

Mary Kay is amazing! I take my Doberman to her and he comes home smelling and looking wonderful! You can tell that she takes pride in her work and most importantly the animals that come to her! I can confidently leave him in her care and know he is in safe hands. :)

I cannot recommend enough! My Bindi girl gets excited to go!! She also grooms my great grandfather's dog. He has dementia and gets upset at times about us taking his dog. She has been so kind and considerate when I've had to reschedule. You don't come across businesses like this often! Amazing, quality work!

Mary Kay is an AMAZING groomer. Very professional and cares about her clients. My dog is older and I love the special attention she gives to him. I highly recommend The Kind Groomer.

I had an appointment to have my dog Oliver, groomed at The Kind Groomer. My husband dropped him off at 9:30, his appointment time. She sent us a text at 11:15 that Oliver would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. She sent us another text, that every minute my husband didn't pick him up we were going to be charge a dollar a minute. In the meantime, I had an emergency with my 88-year-old mother who happens to live in New York 5 hours away from me. I was on the phone with her doctor when I received the second text . Is this how Mary Kay does business, by charging someone a dollar a minute because they happen to be 15 or 20 minutes late to pick their dog up. Her charge was $55 which is not cheap to have your dog groomed. Then I have to deal with her irrationality. I will never bring Oliver back to her again and will make sure everyone knows what kind of a business person she is. I hope someone doesn't treat her the way she's treated my husband and I.

MaryKay did an excellent job with our pomeranian, Zoey! Being that it was our dogs 1st grooming trip and she has been terrified when I've tried grooming her at home I was a little worried but MaryKay was so patient and kind to Zoey and I couldn't be happier with the results. She is also very reasonabley priced. We will definitely be back as customers and will be referring everyone to her.

Great little local shop. The girls have the right demeanour for animals. My Dogs don't typically go for just anyone but they like these ladies.They are super friendly. Good price for a job well done. Every time !
